I have reviewed the customer's complaint.  The customer does have an account on our  site, and no orders have come through.   Most likely he attempted to place an order and it failed.  Either a bad billing address that would flag accredit card fraud, or an issue with the...

device / browser being used.  In this case he would see a temporary authorization on his card, but those disappear within 24 - 48 hours.  We did try to explain this.  The procedure is put in place to prevent another person from using your credit card.  We will check the [redacted] account to see if and why the charge actually went through and cancel it if that occurred.  Sincerely, Joel S[redacted]

There was a typo with the email address I used for the initial product purchase. The order was processed and a product was shipped. The company has also offered to allow me to return the product for a refund minus the shipping costs. Thank you to Mopar Parts Online for your patience and I sincerely apologize. This matter is not at all resolved, and Westbury’s lack of communication, delays, and minimal responses and assuming all has been resolved with not phone or written communication since last partial paperwork sent is in my opinion a continuation of poor customer service I have received since purchase time. First, I was sold a blue vehicle – I received a green vehicle (misrepresentation)After dozens of calls and emails, and more than 30 days after my purchase, I have received most of my documents. However, many are photo copies and not the originals owed. No one has addressed my inability to drive the vehicle for several days, after the temporary registration expired and in excess of 30 days after purchase - I did not have title, registration or plates. I paid Westbury Jeep a fee for a company they chose to process this paperwork and provide plates in a timely manner. As a result, I had to provide alternate transportation for several days at additional cost and expense. A refund of the fee charged and a reasonable offer to offset that cost. Fees charged to me for “Its Easy” service. Misrepresentation of loan – was not through Chase Bank as promised, was not 2.9% rate and for 12 months longer than requested. Paperwork, loan numbers and whom it was finanaced through was not provided until after the 1st payment was due – again due to Westbury failing to provide proper paperwork at time of transaction. Additional interest and fees are associated with this issue too. Many of these issues were not known due to Westbury withholding documents, failing to provide sale and loan documents in a timely manner. I no longer seek a refund and end to the transaction, but monetary compensation for many costs and other  issues is owed, due and applicable.

When the customer wentto leave he noticed that his drivers window was not working. He then asked the[redacted] about it not working stating we must have broke it whiledoing the State Inspection. [redacted] stated to the customer that he would take alook at it be he could not guarantee it would be free. We just performed astate inspection and no other repairs. The customer began to yell and curse at[redacted] that he was going to fix his window for free.The customer then got into his vehicle and left.The customer called the [redacted] and left a messageto never call him again and take him off any list that he might be on.Sincerely [redacted]

I know I didn't take car in these dealers should notify customers about inspection. My problem is that Steve kept telling me it was covered when it wasn't I should've been told that prior to work. I okayed the work cause at that point I had no choice. So what your saying is that your dealership has to remove a transmission before you know it's covered, I cannot accept that you had the car long enough to know it was not covered

no refund is due customer. customer has all documents as well as all his motor vehicle items he is entitled to. no other resolution will be considered.

 We did not agree to bring the car in to check the check engine light. The problem was with the fuel pump, and its been fixed.
 After doing a diagnostic so that I would know exactly why the car wouldn't start after running for a while, so that I don't have to keep buying parts that didn't fix the problem, they replaced several parts and charged me over $800.00 but still neglected to fix the problem.  They then said they thought it was the fuel pump and that would be an additional charge. This after having my car for 3 weeks. they should not have charged me after stating the problem was with the sensors! That was the whole idea to running the diagnostics! They should refund my charges because they didn't fix the problem!

I never received the apology from the parties that berated, lied to me and PUBLICLY embarrassed me in front of the other customers... The videos [redacted] sent me were from the time I was leaving not the time of arrival when his employee BROKE my window. All I requested from them was an apology from the staff. Cannot even get that from Westbury Jeep. In my opinion nobody should do business with these people. They are liars and cheaters and who knows what else they do!
