Poor customer service I ordered a clock and it doesn't work They have no phone number to call I emailed them No response I also ordred a wine barrel magazine holder They went me two and won't respond to my emails

This company does not reply to emails about backorders and does not answer its customer service phoneThe customer service is a voice mail loop and never gives you a real person to talk about anythingYou have to leave your name and phone numberIt seems impossible to obtain any real person by email or voiceI am still waiting for response to my message on voicemail and to my email sent over a week agoI am disappointed and do not plan to order anything again from this company again since Bourbon & Boots appears to be a company that does not respond to customersMy rug is on back orderI have no idea how long it will be on back orderThe company took my money but I have no product and no communication from the company other than an email stating that the rug was on back orderIt almost appears that this company does not exist except of a websiteMakes this customer very leary

I ordered a product on 8/12/16, and they billed my credit card immediately on 8/12/ **A business should never bill your credit card until your order has been fulfilled; especially if they don't even have the product available[redacted] I checked the status of my order on 8/17/16, and their website said it was being processed I emailed Bourbon & Boots to see when my item would be shipped/received I was informed they were receiving a stock of my items the following week, and that it would ship to me the same day I emailed them again, days later, on 8/30/with no response from them as of yesterday I emailed them again yesterday, 9/1/16, to request a refund to my credit card I received an email this morning to my second inquiry about when my item would be shipped/received Their response was the same -- that a shipment would arrive next week They have not responded to my request for a refund I filed a dispute with my credit card company I'm not interested in buying from a company that does not even have the items in stock yet they take my money

I have never left a review for a business, good or bad, but this is frustratingI placed an order on December 16th for a set of Whiskey GlassesI was hoping to have these as a birthday gift in January, not even by ChristmasI have emailed and called the company multiple times as the status of my order has not changed from "being processed." The message on their phone states they will return your call within one day, that is not trueI have received no reply via email or phoneI just want to know that the glasses will be shipped or I want a refundHow can you take my money and not offer an status update on the items I paid forThis is the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I purchased a rug from this company on Aug My credit card was charged immediately for $ On Aug 28, I contacted customer service asking for a status on my rug, because the Order Status was listed as "Being Processed" for days since purchase The following day, I received an email stating the rug was on backorder, and was finally contacted by Taylor Won Aug stating "We are receiving our next shipment of these rugs on Thursday and Friday and will be shipping orders the same day that the stock is received" Thursday and Friday would be Sept and After not receiving a status update, or the rug, I contacted customer support again via message on September I have not received a response to this day (September 14) Finally I sent another message to customer service on September 13, and, surprise, I have not received any return correspondenceI would suggest the company stop advertising the rug on their Facebook page until they actually have the product to deliver My desired resolution: I would like a full refund of $for the rug

This company is by far, the worst I have ever dealt with I ordered what I thought were these beautiful etched whiskey glasses for a friend's wedding, one month in advance to allow for plenty of time for delivery My card was charged immediately Six days later, I was notified that the product was on backorder with no estimated date of shipmentTwo weeks after that, no one had attempted contact, so I called customer service six times and left messages which were not returned, and emailed twice, one of which was returned finally two days later The email notified me that the glasses were in production with the vendor and that they would be in the following week and would be shipped out The next week turned into three and then four I kept calling and leaving messages No one ever answered the phone nor bothered to return my callsI emailed several times and got no response Then finally, I got a returned email on September 21st which said that the glasses would be shipped out the next day That didn't happen, but they were shipped two days later When I received the package, I was horrified at what was actually shipped What I ordered was two beautiful ETCHED college town whiskey glasses, but what came to me were two cheap FROSTED map glasses that you can barely make out is a map If this application would let you submit pictures, I would I am not sure what photo was swiped and placed on the website, but I assure you, that is NOT what was delivered The glasses were dirty, cheap, and frankly atrocious looking Thank goodness these did not arrive in time for the wedding, because I would have been MORTIFIED to give these as a gift to anyone I could have gotten a better gift at Dollar General I would caution anyone away from doing business with this company They are terrible at customer service and the products shown on the site differ GREATLY from those that are actually shipped Terrible company with terrible service DO NOT do business with them

My husband ordered some Christmas gifts for friends and family from Bourbon and BootsOne, a pen, in October and the other, a cooler The item, as of 1/7/17, have YET to arriveMy husband has contacted customer service, who have told him the items are "in back order." A quick review of negative reviews on this site and the company's response seem to indicate that the entire stock of the website is on back orderIf you are selling items that you do not actually have, without letting the customer know that you do not have them, that is a scamWhen I'm told an item will arrive on a certain day, then never receive any update from the company on the shipping date or anything else (without jumping through hoops and STILL not getting an honest answer), that is a scamI've since seen the cooler we ordered being sold at grocery stores, so this is not some rare, handmade item My husband is willing to be patient, but I am fed up with this company, especially after seeing the many reviews on this same issuePeople do not have money to waste around the holidays, and screwing up expensive Christmas gifts for people without even a shred of notification as to why is pretty lowI will never be doing business with this company again, and I will warn others against doing so as wellThere are plenty of Southern business people to support who won't rip you off

I placed an online order on August 24th for two sets of whiskey glasses and the status is still listed as being processedI have called and left a voicemail and sent three emails requesting an update but I've never received a responseThe money was deducted from my account immediatelyI'm beginning to feel like this is a scamAt this point, I would just like a refundI shop online quite often and I've never had an issue like thisThe lack of customer service is unacceptableI will be warning all of my friends and family about your business practices

I figured I would share my experience on here since whoever runs this company seems to be more efficient at answering back comments on here rather than the 15+ phone calls and multiple emails I have sent
I purchased a set of whiskey glasses for my fathers birthday which was the sixth of January I purchased this from their website a little over a week before Christmas Their website said anything placed after the 14th would not arrive prior to Christmas This was fine as I did not need it until over two weeks afterMy order on their website tracking says that my order is still being processed even today I have attempted their live chat, emailing them, and calling them with no responses of any sort Their recorded phone message even says they return calls in one business day because "that's just who we are"It appears not I see in a lot of their responses that items went on back order and were delayed Their website's shipping policies are outlined saying they will notify you via email immediately if this happensI have received no such emailThey are very good at processing your payment immediately though, nothing else I will never be doing business with them again

First let me say that I have purchased several items from this company in the past few months and I was completely satisfied However on December 13th I purchased another item as a Christmas gift for my sonI have sent several emails and left several phone messages inquiring on a status of my order I have received no response I am left wondering if the business has shut down I have listened to the recorded message on their end that says customer service is very important to them As of now, I have to disagree!

I ordered a pack of scarves (same scarf) from them on 9/and received it on 10/ When I opened the package, what I received looked nothing like the image on their website The colors were the same but the pattern was different I contacted them immediately on 10/with the picture on their website and the picture of the scarf I received and asked them how this was the same item I then said that if they do not have the item that is shown on their website, I would like to return the scarves and would like my money back No response I e-mailed them a week later on 10/that I would like this resolved No response I then contacted them again on 10/because I tried to go ahead and return the item, but it was out of their day return range I then said if this was not resolved I would be contacting the Revdex.com and my bank and I would give them a week to fix this How can I not return an item when I was waiting on the company to get back to me? Again, no response I then e-mailed them on 10/26, 10/27, 10/ No response I e-mailed this morning telling them that their lack of customer support is disturbing and I was going ahead and contacting everyone I said I would
This was not my first time ordering with this company I ordered twice last year and had no issues They have lost customer for the future

I place my order (OU Ice Chest) on 12/22/ They charged my acct that day and I received my order confirmation the same day as well I have made several attempts of contacting someone (website, facebook, phone number, email) to let me know the status of my order Poor customer service and I will not shop with them again I just really want to know where the ice chest is

I order three items from the company in JuneIt is now September and I have never received my order, though they did take take my money! I think this whole business is a scam and it needs to be looked into

I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service and overall business practice of this companyItems I ordered were shown as available on their website even though neither were in stock at the timeOne of the items was not even to be available for two more monthsThe second item was allegedly coming into stock "very soon," and yet, here I am, three weeks later, and it has yet to shipIf items are not available for shipping within a reasonable amount of time, this should be disclosed to the customer before an order is placedIt seems like this business makes a habit of taking customers' money and then contacting them days later to let them know that they do not actually have the products ordered

I have ordered from Bourbon and Boots for a personal gift and did not have a problem with the quality of the gift or timely receipt However, I made two separate orders on December 7th for the same gift, customized, for two different recipients for Christmas giftsA confirmation of order was received, however the recipients did not receive their order by ChristmasOnline status show " in process"I reached out to Bourbon and Boots on two separate occasions after Christmas for a status update with no responseI received a response on the first inquiry that support was requested It is now December 30th and still no response has been received to date

I have never written a review for any company, product or even a movie beforeHowever, the painful experience with Bourbon and Boots compelled me to warn others about this terrible company and its practices
I ordered ordered bourbon barrel sunglasses from them back in the first week of October I was told they would arrive in weeksThey did notI called to ask when they might arrive and was told they were on back order and would get to me by mid November (weeks after my order) I wasn't upset because I was assured they will get to me by mid November and I understand these things happen sometimesThey did not arrive in mid NovemberI called MANY times after that and no one picked up, I left many emails and no one respondedI was worried that this was a scam but finally got through to someone after one week of calling and even though I was polite and just wanted to know if my product would get to me or if I could get my money back, I was treated with disrespect and rudenessI was told that my product will get to me by the 2nd week of December (months and weeks after my order)
After some more relentless calling and getting through to no one at all, with no call backs and no replies to my email, they sunglasses got to me by the 3rd week of December
Here is the saddest part of all: The sunglasses looked NOTHING like the pictures on their websitesThe frame was much thinner and the quality was so awful I immediately put them back in the box and sent them back
Please don't buy from this companySave your time and money
