This company is by far, the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered what I thought were these beautiful etched whiskey glasses for a friend's wedding, one month in advance to allow for plenty of time for delivery. My card was charged immediately. Six days later, I was notified that the product was on backorder with no estimated date of shipment. Two weeks after that, no one had attempted contact, so I called customer service six times and left messages which were not returned, and emailed twice, one of which was returned finally two days later. The email notified me that the glasses were in production with the vendor and that they would be in the following week and would be shipped out.

The next week turned into three and then four. I kept calling and leaving messages. No one ever answered the phone nor bothered to return my calls. I emailed several times and got no response. Then finally, I got a returned email on September 21st which said that the glasses would be shipped out the next day. That didn't happen, but they were shipped two days later.

When I received the package, I was horrified at what was actually shipped. What I ordered was two beautiful ETCHED college town whiskey glasses, but what came to me were two cheap FROSTED map glasses that you can barely make out is a map. If this application would let you submit pictures, I would. I am not sure what photo was swiped and placed on the website, but I assure you, that is NOT what was delivered. The glasses were dirty, cheap, and frankly atrocious looking. Thank goodness these did not arrive in time for the wedding, because I would have been MORTIFIED to give these as a gift to anyone. I could have gotten a better gift at Dollar General.

I would caution anyone away from doing business with this company. They are terrible at customer service and the products shown on the site differ GREATLY from those that are actually shipped. Terrible company with terrible service. DO NOT do business with them.

They don't fulfill orders properly and do not follow up on customer service complaints. Avoid this company at all costs. It's a shame because they carry near products.

Though this company seems to makes great products their customer service is in need of revision. . Their phone answering message says they will call back in one business day. I have called and emailed once a week for a month and have yet to receive a response . I ordered a purse and have yet to receive it. All I was asking was for a response even if it was " I don't know when it will be available again." The purse is presently being sold on their website with no indication that it is backordered which is confusing.

Very very disappointed with the customer service from this company. Have called and emailed them numerous times since 12/22/16 regarding an item missing from my order, with NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Their CS recording states they will get back to people within one business day because "that's who they are and how they do business". Poppycock.

We ordered etched wine glasses in Nov, 1016 as a Christmas gift. When we did not get any shipping information after a week we emailed the Company asking for a shipping date. Representative responded that item was out of stock and it should ship 12/19. We asked why the website did not say it was out of stock and why item was still not shown as out of stock on their website. We also requested that the shipping address be changed in the hope that it would ship directly to the recipient was it was back in stock. Item did not ship and the company will no longer correspond with me. Emails are not answered, phone calls not returned and the live chat is not available. Our credit card has been charged and we have no product. Will have to contact bank to assist in getting our money back.

Poor customer service. I ordered a clock and it doesn't work. They have no phone number to call. I emailed them. No response. I also ordred a wine barrel magazine holder They went me two and won't respond to my emails.

This company does not reply to emails about backorders and does not answer its customer service phone. The customer service is a voice mail loop and never gives you a real person to talk about anything. You have to leave your name and phone number. It seems impossible to obtain any real person by email or voice. I am still waiting for response to my message on voicemail and to my email sent over a week ago. I am disappointed and do not plan to order anything again from this company again since Bourbon & Boots appears to be a company that does not respond to customers. My rug is on back order. I have no idea how long it will be on back order. The company took my money but I have no product and no communication from the company other than an email stating that the rug was on back order. It almost appears that this company does not exist except of a website. Makes this customer very leary...

I have never left a review for a business, good or bad, but this is frustrating. I placed an order on December 16th for a set of Whiskey Glasses. I was hoping to have these as a birthday gift in January, not even by Christmas. I have emailed and called the company multiple times as the status of my order has not changed from "being processed." The message on their phone states they will return your call within one day, that is not true. I have received no reply via email or phone. I just want to know that the glasses will be shipped or I want a refund. How can you take my money and not offer an status update on the items I paid for. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered an item from Bourbon and Boots in early to mid January and was told the item was in stock. Approximately two weeks later, I emailed customer service letting them know I had not received any shipping notification and was inquiring as to why. I was then told that the supplier had failed to deliver the product, thus leading to the shipments to customers being late. When I asked about the "in stock" note, I was ignored, but customer service seemed apologetic so I let it go. Here I am three weeks later...still no item. FINALLY today I get notice that my order is shipped. I reply to the email asking if the order was overnighted (as I was told it would be throughout one of my 25+ emails back and forth throughout these three weeks) and I receive a call from a DIFFERENT customer service employee whom is concerned because "NO orders are overnighted due to the expense!!" Then I get an email from the original customer service employee stating they only said overnight (on February 9th) because I had mentioned needing the item for a birthday gift on February 10th and they wanted to do all they could to get it there in time. So...they would have overnighted it IF it had arrived over a week ago...but since it DIDN'T they are going to ship it with normal priority; making it even more late! I then point all of these facts out and get a snarky email back saying that I "must not want to be helped...and thank you for this lesson in customer service"!!!! To which I replied cancel my order and refund my money immediately! Their response to this is that my order has been cancelled and I should receive my refund in approximately SEVEN business days!!!!

To sum my experience up, I ordered something from them, they didn't fulfill my order, not only LATE, but not at all...and my roughly $60 will be mine again after OVER SIX WEEKS since the original order.

What a ridiculous company to deal with! I only with I would have seen the "B" rating from the Revdex.com ahead of time and read some of the SEVENTEEN complaints filed against them!

Buyers beware!!!!!

I ordered $350.00 worth of merchandise from you guys. First of all, the merchandise you sent me was not what was advertised. Secondly, the first shipment you sent did not include all of the merchandise that was supposed to be included. Thirdly, it is now over a month since I ordered and it still has not been complete, yet you have already charged me for the full amount At last, I have called and called, emailed, and you guys will not return any of my phone calls or emails.

Do not buy from this company they will lie to you about shipping and it will take weeks for them to ship also you can never contact a person by phone.

Absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered a leather backpack for my fathers birthday on August 16. It didn't say it was back ordered or anything. Time went by and I wrote them to tell them that my item had not been shipped. They wrote back (Taylor W. Who seems to have a lot of name drops on here as the unapologetic rude one) very unapologetic, rude, and said the item would be back in stock in one-2 weeks. Well 2 weeks went by and I inquired again, and again, no response. Waited another week. I said if it does not ship this week I want a refund. No answer. Finally today, way over a month from purchase, I emailed that I was mortified by customer service and that if I did not receive my refund the next business day that I would report the money as stolen to my bank and contact Revdex.com. I noticed that they have no way to post on their Facebook any reviews or posts like most businesses do (leading me to believe this happens all the time and they don't want future customers to know how awful their experience will be), so I commented twice on pictures of theirs my disgust in their company and that they post hundreds of emails that take up half my email for NEW PRODUCTS but have no time to answer their customers who they are receiving their paychecks from without delivering any orders. Well that finally got the attention of another customer service rep who refunded me. That refund will take 7 days though and my money had NO problem going through to them in 1 day when I paid! Customer service also acted like it was a surprise that their vendor had taken so long. Suggestion from an actual business owner who also operates from vendors - DO NOT LIST THE ITEMS AS AVAILABLE IF THEY ARE NOT. GIVE A DATE THAT THE ITEMS WILL BE IN STOCK. Looking over these reviews, I am not the only one who ordered as a gift! If I had known more than a month would have passed from my fathers birthday, I absolutely would not have ordered this. Also, Bourbon and Boots, awful suspicious by looking at these other bad experiences with the EXACT same excuse you use for EVERY vendor. Quit blaming your horrible customer service on vendors and step up your game. You wanna be a real company? Act like one. Your description of being a lil southern shop does not reflect the southern hospitality and manners that we in the south pride ourselves on.

You know in surveys or job interviews where they ask your worst customer service encounter? Well this will forever be mine.

Ordered a pen from this company in early December for a Christmas gift. I have tried to contact them via both email and phone, with no response whatsoever. Needless to say I did not get the product in time for Christmas. Please do not do business with this company. I don't know if I will ever get my product. However my credit card was charged the day I did the online order.

I ordered from this company on August 16th and my card was charged immediately. After emailing them to see when my item would ship, I received an email SIX days later that my item was on back order.. I have called the company twice and nobody has called me back! They keep giving me the run around via email. I think this company is a scam.

I purchased a rug from this company on Aug 23. My credit card was charged immediately for $187. On Aug 28, I contacted customer service asking for a status on my rug, because the Order Status was listed as "Being Processed" for 5 days since purchase. The following day, I received an email stating the rug was on backorder, and was finally contacted by Taylor W. on Aug 31 stating "We are receiving our next shipment of these rugs on Thursday and Friday and will be shipping orders the same day that the stock is received". Thursday and Friday would be Sept 1 and 2. After not receiving a status update, or the rug, I contacted customer support again via message on September 8. I have not received a response to this day (September 14). Finally I sent another message to customer service on September 13, and, surprise, I have not received any return correspondence. I would suggest the company stop advertising the rug on their Facebook page until they actually have the product to deliver. My desired resolution: I would like a full refund of $187 for the rug.

I placed an order for 2 rocks glasses on July 12, which was 3 weeks away from the date I needed them (birthday gift), I was made aware a few days before I needed them that they were delaying the shipping due to a switch in vendor. I was told my glasses would ship by the third week in August, which would have been August 15. It is now September 9, and they still have not shipped! I was told the other day that a member of the team would contact me to let me know if my glasses will be shipped soon and of course nobody called back. The customer service is lacking, nobody has apologized at all. I don't understand how you can switch vendors, and make someone wait 2 MONTHS for 2 rocks glasses. I will honestly never use this company again. They do not return phone calls and are extremely slow with emails. Everyone on the phone has been nice, I just don't understand the lack of sympathy and no apologies. This is frustrating, and believe me if these weren't the glasses my brother wanted specifically I would have cancelled my order awhile ago.

I placed an order with this company on December 11, 2016. The company confirmed my order and charged my card the same day. However, when I received neither a tracking number or notification of shipping as follow up, I began to inquire. To date I have placed numerous phone calls, sent numerous emails and attempted to contact someone via on-line chat with no response. Still no sign of the product I was billed for, no courtesy follow up via call or email and no credit for the purchase. I have contacted xCelerate Capital to see if they know if the company is still in business. I'm asking you the same question if in fact, they have unexpectedly closed their operations.
