To whom it may concern:On August 12, 2015, Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted]purchased a 2015 Toyota Tundra from Cavender Toyota. They traded in a 2014Chevrolet Malibu that was financed through Ally Financial Corp. Cavender Toyotacalled to verify the net payoff due on said vehicle. Mr. and Ms....

[redacted]pointed out that the payoff was incorrect, at which point Cavender personnelcalled Ally to re-confirm the payoff amount. Ally verified the original figurewhich was used to complete the sale. On September 1, 2015, Ms. [redacted] tried tomake a payment on her 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, also financed through AllyFinancial, and was told that the vehicle had been paid off by Cavender Toyota.The payoff on the Cruze was approx. $4100 less than the amount due on theMalibu. After an internal review of the facts of the deal, it became clear thatCavender Toyota had paid off the wrong vehicle for the wrong amount, ourmistake. Cavender personnel acknowledged that Mr. & Ms. [redacted] voicedtheir concerns several times regarding the payoff amount. I have not received the confirmation letter yet. I need the written evidence from 3 credit bureaus (my credit reports) showing that the negative reporting from the People Energy has been removed from my reports. Once I receive the credit report, I can close the case.
