I am rejecting this response because: You were notified of the issue the day the 2nd Unit was received with metal shavings in the pan along with fluid, filter and dipstick grometSuggesting that the 2nd unit was not serviced, or properly checked before it was even shipped. Timeline: 2nd unit received March 6, installed 9th, March asked what the ETA of replacement was for the 2nd unit, March checking with warehouse, March 29th asked again reply I believe it was sent I’ll checkSo this all happened way before the days

Our warranty clearly states that a licensed mechanic must install the engine in a licensed facilityIt is by no means outrageous to ask that a professional install the partHe blatantly violated our warranty termsThe warranty was emailed to the customer with the purchase invoice, and can be found here: ***

This customer has been refunded in fullThe customer sends us emails demanding additional money, threatening us if we do not give it to themI have explained to the customer that this is extortionOur legal department will handle all communications with this customer in the future

This customer has in fact emailed or called just about everydayWe have issued a refund on this order months ago and the customer claims they have not received itWe do everything we can to make situations like this not happenHowever in this case we have issued a full refund

The problem is the paper work that was submitted was tampered with, the date on the original install was changed by hand and shows a date listed well after the original purchaseWe have yet to verify that this engine was in fact installed at this locationAlso the estimate of repair was
inconclusive and just suggests the motor needs replacingWe have informed the customer of this

The information provided by the business is not trueThe rep that called didn't even ask whatnumber I was calling from earlierHe immediately began his tirade about his phone systemIf the phone had been answered timely, the order would have been cancelled per guidelines As of this morning, my account on their website still says "waiting toshipWith no tracking info, I assume it has not shipped. He was a very unpleasant individual who displayed no skills on customerservice He told me that the credit card companies could fight it out.This was my problem to handle. Please process a full refund and cancel this order

I am rejecting this response because:Their response is similar in other casesThey will not answer their phones or be transparentThe part WAS defective and was shipped in poor conditionThis is a common practice and we are sorry we ever chose to do business with them.No one else was able to settle other than a refund of their moneyI was hoping to find some compensation from them for the added expenses we had to pay to remove their defective part

The customer was refunded in full business days after placing the orderI'm unsure why the responses provided seem to ignore this, and imply that we are somehow holding her order, or moneyI assume to take out her frustration on usI am not the original person that dealt with this, but am fully aware of the situationOur website clearly states that you have hours to cancel your order, and this did not occurWe do not receive tracking information immediately on LTL freight shipments, therefore were unable to provide the customer that information immediatelyAs in any situation, the story provided is one sided, as I have listened to the calls placed to usThe customer was extremely aggressive and was unwilling to accept any answer that was not the cancellation of her order, and return shipment occuring at our expenseOn our end this has been done and settled for weeks, if you would like more information regarding the refund, I am happy to forward anything you need

The part worked when it left usWe are not in business to freight ship faulty parts across the country and then ship them back at our expense, and then issuing a full refundEverything is tested prior to leaving us to prevent such losses

I am rejecting this response because: There has not been any part it was not sent in daysthis is a out right lieafter days I was told you were shipping that part that day and I would have to refuses it for a refundYou answered my call with in ten minutes the first timeand since have not responded to voice mails and I have sat on hold for up to a hour and a half many timesi still have the tracking number and the part has not shippedas to the email that is my mistakemy email auto fills and it does not accept that on most sites I learned during this
This is the ups tracking number the package still has not been shipped***I read the reviews after all this started like a itThey say I must send the package back (the one still not shipped ) for a refundFrom what I read they do this and charge you most the money for a restock fee.

I am rejecting this response because: I also Have every email and I chose emails to keep record of our conversations I NEVER SAID the engine ran flawlessly that is a lie I repeatedly asked and told them I did not agree that they wouldn't pay for repairs as the engine clearly was not a good engine or it would of ran for more than miles periodYou sold me junk that I had to pay to have repaired that is not right !!!! for the money I have into this thing I could of gotten a brand new engineYour company sold me a defective motor and I want the money I absolutely shouldn't of had to pay back I will forward our emails to you at the Revdex.com if you would like me to

This customer is changing the story, we have emails where the warranty rep explained to her that her estimate for repair was very high and that we did not cover labor, she explained she understood that and was only looking to get the $in parts refundedThe motor that was sent out was installed and worked flawlessly by the own customers statement she had driven the vehicle for 200+ miles without an issueA problem arose and we honored our warranty and offered the customer a replacement motor or offered to have the parts covered to fix the one she hadShe asked for the $in parts to get her back on the road fasterWe did that and now she is attempting to slander our company and try manipulate usWe stood behind the product and took care of the problemWe can provide any more evidence that is required to show thisWe also have phone conversations recorded which also back this up

We are more than happy to reimburse the customer for the cracked glass

The customer is aware we were delayedHe is also aware that he has already been refunded in full

The customer will not provide pictures of the engine showing this damageIt was run tested prior to shipmentI'm also not sure why the customer keeps pointing out the the person who signed for the engine was not authorized to, as he clearly received itThey have been informed that since they have
stopped payment that per our terms of service they are required to return the engine

This customer is falsely accusing us of selling an incomplete product because he did not follow the installation requirementsWe have recorded calls with this customer where he called and stated the transmission is not shifting properly when asked if he followed the installation procedures and if he installed a new filter as stated here? ***? ? The customer also should notice what is included with transmission, notice it does not mention filter or wiring harness or shifter or hoses or sensors, the customer had no problem with the other items not being there but the fact that we told him he voided his warranty by not installing properly and not changing filter sparked his rage and he began this Revdex.com complaintThis is an attempt to soil our good name because he did not do his due diligenceIt is not our fault that the customer chose not to follow the terms? I am rejecting this response because: We are faced with additional expenses because they are shipping out defective, un-inspected car parts. This apparently is their common practice according to the claims on several sites identifying their issues.We were requesting that they would help cover the extra costs to install and pull their defective transmission.  We had to start over again and locate another transmission..this caused more down time without a vehicle and added costs.Thank you[redacted]

It is clearly states in our warranty that a filter must be installed. It is also beyond belief that a licensed mechanic would actually not, at minimum, make sure there was a filter in it. Without the filter there is no pressure, and the transmission cannot shift. Also please note that it says if...
