These guys were amazing! I have never encountered such a great experience from start to finish with any company ever. Everyone we dealt with during the entire process was professional, prompt, courteous, and understanding of our unfortunate situation. Every person we spoke with was upfront and knowledgeable of the process. All time frames provided were met earlier than initially indicated. The crew who came to do the removal of debris were extremely respectful of our property even at the late hour of the night. They were careful not to bang walls and/or furniture as they were carting stuff in and out of the house. The entire time they were here they did not take even a 5 minute break; they worked diligently to get the job done effectively and efficiently. We recently experienced a major water leak emanating from the second floor through the dining room ceiling. We have engineered hard wood floors throughout the first floor. After our plumber determined where the problem occurred, and made the necessary repairs, we really needed professional help making certain this water damage was corrected and no further damage and or mold occurs. We called Northeast Power Dry because of a recommendation, and we are glad we did. [redacted]. the service rep. responded in a very timely manner and we found him to be caring and very professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions we posed to him. If you need immediate assistance, a phone call away, [redacted] responds back quickly. Believe me when I write, we never had to make a home insurance claim. We never had any amount of damage as we just experienced. It was good to have an experienced, caring and knowledgeable professional assisting us. The cleanup crew was also very efficient, professional and caring. Northeast Power Dry makes certain all is dry and mold free, before they leave and the next part of the restoration is started.

I returned from vacation and discovered I had a water leak in my living room ceiling. My plumber recommended Northeast Power Dry. [redacted] and his team ([redacted] were terrific. I was anxious at not knowing what to do other than having the leak fixed. [redacted] reassured me and laid out a step-by-step process that made me relax. He helped me with the insurance company and with the contractor who will repair the damage. [redacted] very professionally installed the dehumidifier and the fans needed to combat any moister/mold damage. Even [redacted] and [redacted] from Power Dry, who I only spoke to on the phone, were wonderful to deal with and extremely professional. Can't recommend Northeast Power Dry enough!

They took a difficult mold situation and simplified all steps from insurance to the actual mold removal, and made it easy and non thinking. Each person was kind, caring, and followed through with all scheduling on time.
