[redacted] placed the order with us as Movewheels.com over the phone on the 10th of April 2016 to ship her vehicle 2007 Lexus ES 330 from : [redacted]  [redacted],she has been provided with quote $700 what she agreed upon over the phone but...

didn't  sign the contract that was sent to her,her vehicle had to be picked up on the 12th of April 2016,I was working on her case to assign a driver ,but later on I was checking the Nationwide board Central Dispatch and discovered that she was working with a few transportation companies  and shopping around ,what decreased my chance to get a driver on time ,she called me on the 11th and canceled the order with me because she decided to go with another company.I have canceled the order,but she got back to me on the 11th of April again and asked me to help her.I posted the vehicle on the Nationwide board Central Dispatch for the price I quoted her($700) but there was no driver who would accept it because the location of [redacted], it is a mountain and not popular route  and drivers not willingly going there.We have finally found a driver, but for a higher rate.Driver was assigned and I explained the situation to [redacted] and provided her with details why price gone up and told her that it is just offer and she can accept it or I can continue searching for a better price ,that she needed to ship her unit ASAP and agreed on price of $800,new contract with the price of $800 indicated on the contract has been signed with us and we assigned a driver.

previous experience and driver's availability on specific routes. All information about pricing is gathered through top load boards like: centraldispatch, truckstop and DAT. Unfortunately, price that was automatically calculated was not sufficient for drivers when we got in touch with them directly. We provided this information to the customer and offered another solution. In our contract we always indicate that quoted prices are a subject of driver's confirmation, we also reserve the right to search for an empty spot within 5 days after the first available pickup date and cancel the contract if driver has not been found due to factors that are out of our control.Once again, we are very sorry that we were not able t perform the transportation. We never charged the customer and respectfully disagree that we owe [redacted] the amount of $1400. Please feel free to ask any questions.

I am rejecting this response because: And I understand that, as I give estimates for a living as well. Which is why you don't give people empty promises. 3 people from your company promised me the price would not change. Instead, you all should have made it clear, this is an estimated price and could change. Then there wouldn't have been a problem. But since you promised me over and over again, I left my car half way across the country and went home. If I would've known the price could've changed from the beginning, I most likely would have stayed and fixed it, and drove it home. It's still setting down there, I have no car currently to drive, because of your empty promises. So you have to understand my circumstances, and where I'm coming from on the costumer end. I just wish you would have been up front with me. I know why you do business the way you do. You give people low prices, lower than all other companies, to gain business. So that people will sign a contract. And then when you realize you can't find a [redacted] that cheap, you tell the customers you need more money. And they probably go ahead and pay the extra because they've already signed a contract. Just like I would've done out of desperation if I had the extra money. And if the customer backs out, you charge them a $75 cancellation fee for cancelling the contract, when it's yours company that can't keep your pricing promises. I'm tired of playing cat and mouse with BWT honestly. So here's what I'm proposing.....you cancel the contract. I'm still willing to pay the $650. You're not willing to do the job for what you quoted me ($650). So if anyone is cancelling, it's you. So it would not be fair for me to pay a $75 cancellation fee.

We would be glad to help you out anyway we can to coordinate some refund, but don't have record of payment from you on this order. Liability certificate, and with the insurance company that works with the carrier. So by the contract (with you and with the 3-rd party), you have to handle the question of damage, with the carrier company. We do very apologize for such a carrier being assigned, we will definitely not work with them in future.Best regards.MoveWheels

Unfortunately, the second driver who should take the car directly from the first one was not able to do it in time. So Brian did his best to find you a driver who can. Instead of leaving your car in storage that cost $30 a day, for several days, we managed to deliver a car for only $75 more. We are ready to compensate $25 for your inconvenience, so on delivery, you will have to pay $500 total, instead of $525. That is the best what we can do for the situation that is not our fault. Dear [redacted].Apologize for the long reply. It is clearly stated in our contract and terms of conditions that we are a licensed broker and will be hiring a transport company to do the move. Never meant to hide this information for any reason. Also, we got in touch with [redacted] service and they informed us that all the violations for your plates were resolved. Also they confirmed that pictures of the violations show that the vehicle was actually on the truck while passing, which is the reason they resolved the violations. We hired a transport company with excellent internal reviews and not a single negative issue. As there is no other valid proof of mileage difference, we are not able to help you file a claim to carriers insurance company, so you would have to resolve it directly with a carrier. We would love to help you anyway possible, but did our job according to the contract.

need to be made to better our customers. Please note that Movewheels dates are estimated and not guaranteed and we do ask for a 1-5 day after the first available date to find a carrier. Records show that we did have a carrier company assigned on 7/13 two days before estimated pick-up day. Unfrotiunalty things happen that are out of our control and the carrier company that was assigned had to cancel. At that point, our dispatch/support team immediately started working on assigning another carrier company to transport your vehicle. On 7/14, one day before estimated pick-up day, we found a driver but for slightly higher cost. Our manager riched out to you and offered this option. We never force our customers to pay more or making rash decisions. That was just an option to move your car as soon as possible. Unfortunately, you've decided to cancel your order and refuse our services, according to the contract this action resulted in a cancellation fee of $95. We care about our customers and try to provide the best service possible.
