[redacted], we regret that you were not satisfied with the services, but we did all we could to deliver you the best possible price for your shipping. I our contract it clearly stated that we have to confirm with the customer if any  conditions of the contract change  (including the price) before the pick up of the vehicle. You had an option to decline the offer we gave and continue working with other broker, but the offer was accepted and driver picked up the vehicle. Every customer tries to get the lowest possible rate, but not always understands that in most cases you have to compete for carriers empty spot with other shippers to move your vehicle, because they always take easier and higher paying loads first. We did everything according to the contract and regret that your experience was not satisfactory, but this was the best price possible for your route and conditions.

I am rejecting this response because:  You representative did in fact push me to sign a new contract at a hire price, or else I would be left with even higher quote and also lied about the final price I would be charged. [redacted] specifically told me my final payment would be $700 in total, this would include, the driver fee plus the broker fee of $169. I asked her multiple times to confirm the final price. She assured me at every instance that this is the final price. Whereas, I find out $700 is just for the driver and additional $169 that your company charged me on my credit card is not part of that $700. You got me to sign the contract at lower price and lied about driver's trailer being broken down. You mentioned in your response, the driver changed his mind, whereas when I was forced to sign a new contract at higher price, your company told me the driver's trailer broke down and hes trying to get it fixed. Your lies are not adding up.

I am rejecting this response because: It was advertised to me that this company would be shipping the car. They false advertised their services to me  from the beginning! They stated that they would like to assist in any way possible but when I called them they told me they could not help and refused to assist in anyway. All they did was tell me to contact this "third-party" which is untraceable (I have a feeling this third-party doesn't really even exist). The  mileage was not documented on any of the receipts that I received from the carrier. I find it ironic that mileage was the only thing left blank on the forms. I was lucky enough to have documented the mileage on my own prior to the shipping and know that it was driven. The car even received toll fees in the state of [redacted] which was collected while it was in the possession of this company. The state of [redacted] has evidence of the car being driven by someone and not placed on a car holder as they claim this "third party" did. The state of [redacted] even dismissed the charges from my name because this company was responsible for the car at that time. I was under the impression that I was dealing with them only. This third party was never mentioned.  I tried to look up the "third party" but the company does not even exist. I sense fraud! I think they may be "the [redacted]" of this fake company as well.  This company needs to be thoroughly investigated because there is something very fishy about them.I deserve to be reimbursed some portion of my money for the false advertising they did, the mileage they placed on my car and refuse to admit to, the toll fees that they put in my name, and inconvenience. I was told that they were taking care of the car and now that things have gone bad they want to blame it on a third-party. Justice needs to be served. They have cheated a lot of people and they need to be stopped.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: It was never true that a driver was found and he canceled on you all. Why was it that you never reached out to me to let me know and I had to keep calling you. The reviews on your [redacted] page which I discovered later showed this is a pattern and you bait people, waist their time and leave them with no option. How are you going to compensate me for not reaching out to me to give me updates which lead to my flight being changed etc.
