I'm going to respond to your allegations one more timeFor you to accuse me of withholding your sculpture illegally is outlandish and foolishYou called me and inquired about the sculpture that you forgot on the truckI questioned the foremen and it was still on the truck*** the foreman that you tried to accuse of using cocaine in your home that was found by a helper in your closet that obviously belonged to you found the statue and gave it to meThe sculpture sat in the box until I had a free chance to ship itI managed your move perfectly I asked the appropriate questions to try to figure out what would be needed to move both loads and never received a clear answer from you or *** as to what we were moving in your homeI almost sent a foot truck but because I used better judgment I sent a foot truck.
You were aware of every charge that you were chargedYou received the contracts for both jobs and signed off on every chargeI even discounted your bill for charges that you and *** agreed to before I booked your jobAnd I repeat as I stated before my company is Nautilus Capital Management, LLC DBA Northeastern Van LinesI am located at *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ***The name change of my company is none of your business but I will tell you that my ex partner came up with the name and decided to take it with him when he left to open his own companyWe are still listed with the FMCSA as On Point Moving and StorageI am not hiding anything from anyone least of all you.
And just for your information further, the federal authorities should investigate you because as far as I know cocaine is legal in this country and you are so lucky that *** didn't decide to call the police when *** found that in your cupboardWe know that this is not an isolated indecent because we have had other situations when we have gone to a customers home and found people overdosed in the bathroomMy guys are very well trained to deal with customers such as yourselfAnd in response to the packing and sloppy practices you should be ashamed of yourself for making these allegations but I can see that you have no class so Im not surprised you are making them.
We spent two days in your home packing your items *** crated over paintings for you and you refused to pay for it after we arrived at your homeAt the last minute you told me that we had to travel over a rickety bridge to get to the final stop to deliver your items*** told me the bridge would not support the weight of the trucks so I drove from NY to NH with a foot truck to drive to unload your items from both trucks onto and drive them over the bridge to your homeAnd after all of this you and *** have the nerve the audacity to accuse me and my company of wrong doing.
Fortunately for you I am a gentleman and a business man so I will leave it at thatYou have every right to pursue this anyway you likeWe can do it here or we can do it in courtAt this point you have all pf your items and you still owe me over $that you and *** agreed to pay meI have nothing else to add to these complaints from this customerI would like to get paid the balance for the job that is owed but Im sure that will never happen

I would like to say that all of our estimates are very detailed
and point out all of our charges and how we charge as well as the fact that this is an estimate and not the actual billThe truck did blow a tire and we fixed it and arrived on locationThe customer did not want to pay for us to do the move for he decided to have his family help We drive our trucks the posted speed limits on the roads and highways that they are allowed to be onWe cannot drive faster or on roads that are off limits for trucks to make a customer happy As far as everyone having attitudes with this customer I’m sure you can see by the profanity in this complaint the type of situation we were dealing withI was called every name in the bookThe customer had a three floor walkup and never told meI discounted the bill $for any issues the customer had with the moveWe ask that all of our customers be as clear as possible with what we are moving and they chose not to tell the truth

Also making your workers work hours without a break is against every ethic in the book! and arriving so late is no acceptable in any means!!! Also sending one 1/men to do this job was ridiculous!!! Also sending a truck that had no ramp up and down!!! Your a crook and have so many bad reviews online your business should be shut down!! This move was a total nightmare because of your mistakes on your end!! I have moved every year in the past three and have NEVER experienced such confusion disrespect and scam in my life!! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseI am not sure what email he has provided to you but I have attached the email I received from him showing $as the new estimate which says absolutely nothing about him sending a crew from hours awayHis travel time quote is for hour(The add I responded to on *** *** was for South Jersey Area) He asked me for details of the contents of the apartment so he knew what needed to be movedI told him exactly what was there and he estimated only hours for this move both verbally (twice because I specifically asked about overages because I did not believe it could be done that quickly, to which he replied sarcastically "***....I am a professional moverit will NOT take longer that hours" & in the emailWhen the movers arrived they said this would take more like 5-hours and that it's not uncommon for the sales person to grossly underestimate time for the move, that's why he likes to review it with the customer before they start the job. I also included the emails we exchanged on 7/** regarding the dependencies. As for not calling Michael directly on 7/**, I did not feel that was necessary because his sub-contractor (the driver) himself was on his cell phone twice speaking to Michael about our concerns before agreeing to accept $for the complete job.*** *** ***

My answer is thisthere were other people in the house when we movedthese people will provide a notarized statement to my lawyer for courtAlso, I brought your representative into the room and showed him the gouge in the floor, he knelt down and felt it and luckily I had other people in the room to provide a statement to my lawyer, I also wrote on the contract (before your movers left the house, never mind drive off) that the floor was damaged, you absolutely knew what was going on and I can't believe your's and your workers deceitful answer, your emails and initial salesperson did not mention that I would have to pay cash at any timeI am afraid that your workers beside being inept also fail to be able to tell the truthI do indeed have before pictures of my floor, and again I will provide them for the law suitI read your responses to those other folks who complained about your service and since I see that there is a pattern of up charging as well as mishandling of customers property prior to getting your response to me and it is the same as the othersI am also contacting NYS Sales Tax, I am contacting the NYS DOT, and last but not least I will be contacting the Federal Transportation folks as I see that you also move across state linesI am not only willing and able to take this right to court, but I am also willing and able to figure out how to get your unethical practices haltedIt is unfortunate that you need to do business this way, and my opinion of your company remains the same The Revdex.com has no teeth, and cannot sanction you or your business, but there is an agency that can and I will do whatever I need to do HONESTLY AND WITH PROOF to have my situation remedied legallyMay you find the same in life that you have given others.

Justin, let me tell you something, you have been carrying on about this cat box for months and I'm tired of it and you. I don't think you would be able to find one sane person that would have given you what you were expecting to get for that junk cat box. You tried to get me to buy you a new one. When that didn't work you wanted me to pay you $200 for this one and I said no. To make you happy because I could see it meant a lot to you I offered to pay you $100. Then I started getting phone calls from your father. Demanding money from me calling me everyday. Threatening to come to my office and meet me. Let me tell you something I owe you $13.05 that's it. I had to block your father from calling me and I'm going to do the same to you. Don't ever contact me again.

Clearly you have me confused with someone else.  My date was changed once & it was you who request several times for me to me te change my date to accommodate your company.  I also put $100 deposit to ensure that my move was going to take place It is remarkable that you have no memory of changing the payment During the mi e.  Along with threatening to take my furniture if you did not receive cash. You ordered the driver to lock the truck during the move and all because your driver did not like his tip You and the driver were extremely disrespectful to my family & I.   It was you who refused to take my calls & only speak to the driver.  Your movers disrespected my family by speaking non English while this fiasco was going on. I do not accept your apology as you are dishonest & will say anything at this point.  Nor will I use or refer anyone to this company.  I requested an apology from your superiors along with the replacement of my ironing board & cover which your assured me the you are insured. Again it is not surprising that you Mike continue your disrespectful tone towards customers, especially since you have received my money. Hello, I am so sorry to here that you were not happy with the services that you received from our company. As you know Northeastern Van Lines is a National transportation company and we take customer complaints very seriously. Unfortunately the job that you are referring to was not booked by...

you and the terms of the job were not negotiated with you and your name appears nowhere in the contract. I booked this job with [redacted] who did not have any issues with any of the charges when I confirmed the job with him days before the move and when he called me when the movers where in the house the day of the move. My foreman and I went over all the charges with him again and gave him an opportunity to cancel before we started. He agreed to the charges and we did the move for you. If you have any issues I am more than happy to go over [redacted] bill with him again but since you are actually not my customer and I did not book this job with you I cannot go over any issues that were not negotiated with you. All information was emailed to [redacted] at [redacted] and he e-signed the agreement and approved all the charges. I do apologize for your experience and would like to offer you a 25% off coupon on your next move and I sincerely hope you have a better experience next time.   Thank You, M. B[redacted]

I will explain this to you as plain as possible so that you understand. You signed a form called the NORTHEASTERN VAN LINES COMPANY POLICY. This form must be signed by the shipper and the terms must be agreed upon before the job starts. If the form is not signed and the terms not agreed upon the job DOES NOT TAKE PLACE. One of the terms among the many is our tipping policy which states that a 10% to 15% tip is greatly appreciated to the men that work very hard to service your move. Now if you did not understand the forms and contracts you signed that's ok but do not question my customer service or anyone at my company. You have been slandering me and my company with your petty complaints and lies for days now obviously because you don't have anything better to do. I own this company and I have apologized to you I have addressed all of your issues personally and have listened to all your lies. I booked your job personally and I changed the dates for you every time you called to change it. For the record I never offered you 20% off of anything other than your next move if you use us again and a new grinning board cover which you really should be ashamed of complaining about for almost a week but its ok. It is obvious that you do not bother to read things so I suggest that you take your time and read this. We have a claim policy for lost or damaged items. It is in another contract that you signed. Our insurance company offers 30 cents per pound per article for lost or damaged items. Hello, I the interest of time I have taken the liberty of sending the signed documents to the Revdex.com mediator after talking to him on the phone yesterday. I questioned the foreman again about your allegations and he did in fact confirm that you pointed out a scratch on your floor to him. He did say that he could not tell if it was done by us or if it was there already. I ask you to produce proof that we in fact scratched your floor by providing pictures of your floor before we moved your items in. As far as your other threats it is certainly your american right to file frivolous law suits and make wild accusations where and whenever you like and to whoever will listen to you. The facts are these you were aware of all the charges that were going to be charged, you agreed to all the charges, and you paid the bill without any dispute. Also, I did look at the contract and you did note that your floor was scratched. As I stated if in fact we are responsible for the scratch we will repair your floor. The foreman did tell me that he informed you that he would like to use extra protection on your heavier items and you refused this service. Of course you realize that this is a business and that part of our business is to sell materials that we pay for to make money. Unfortunately we do not have a drive up menu where you can order a number 1,2, or 3. Your job is by the hour and things like tolls, fuel, parking tickets packing materials are all additional. This is made very clear in the emails that are sent to you before and after you book the job and explained to you before the foreman begins working and the contract is opened. You have many opportunities to cancel the job and receive a refund of your deposit no harm no foul. In very few cases people do not understand these things that are repeated to them over and over and over again and I apologize for that we are not perfect. Please send any evidence that you may have concerning any issues that you had with your job and I assure you that I will do whatever I can to address them. Please note the middle of the page regarding payment. In full before unloading and in cash. Signed by the customer.

I know the company you are confusing us with and so does the Revdex.com so stop it. You have been threatening me ever since the day we did your job and I do not like it at all. My guys did your job and if you had any issues with the job you should have said something that day before you paid the bill. I never told you packing material would be free of charge I even told you that if you wanted to keep our blankets you would have to pay for them and you agreed. On the day of the move I told you we did not have enough material to do your job and you agreed to go buy the material with your husband and we would use your material and there would be no charge and I would discount your bill. We give some packing for free but you requested 100 boxes! Do you have any idea how much 100 boxes cost? I still let you keep our blankets and did not charge you for them. This customer had members of her family there that were in the way of the guys working and they were all over the place. The customer was rolling her eyes at the guys and making comments all through the job. She was sending me text messages and emails the entire time that they were there and I had to keep calling the foreman to talk to her. Everyone was upset and wanted to get away from her as soon as possible. The guys drove three hours to get to her house and she was rude and nasty to everyone. Before the job started she called me and tried to scream on me in front of the men that she worked as an arbitrator for the governor and that she understood contracts and that my paperwork was not correct.This went on the entire day. She has been sending me threatening emails and text messages from that day on. One email is titled TELL IT TO THE JUDGE! I can not and will not be bullied or blackmailed by a low life like this. As you can see this is her motivation because she really does not have an issue. And if she did we are fully licensed and insured and if there was any damage she could always file a claim with our insurance company. Which we of course would not have since we are BANDED IN FOUR STATES!!! and operate under fictitious names. As I stated to you over the phone and through email. If you have a valid issue I will address it but if you just want to try to slander me because you think you can good luck. As it stands right know you owe me for the blankets that you said you would pay for. I do not owe you anything.   Mike

I hired Northeastern van lines quite hastily as I needed some movers very urgently. But, on contrary to my fears, the movers turned out to be delightful. The men were all very experienced and it showed in their work. They packed up all our belongings in a very short time. Not only were they fast, they were also very efficient. They took such great care of our furniture while loading them onto the van. Soon they were off to the road. They made the delivery right on time as well. All our things traveled quite well. I have no words for how amazingly this crew handled my move.

I spoke with [redacted] in December and informed him of what his costs for storage would be.  He agreed to pay and now he is saying he did not agree to the price. I told him in December that he would be posting $225 a month for storage and I gave him the first month for free.  He knew what the...

costs were going to be and he had plenty of time to make other arrangements to store his stuff.  We are not a storage facility we are a moving company.  We store our customers items as a service for customers that we move long distance so they do not have to worry about their items. [redacted] told us he was moving long distance to get cheap or free storage and three months later it's still sitting in my storage and now he does not want to pay the bill.  Solution,  take your stuff out of my storage asap. I will hold it for you until you find someplace else to put it. He said he will get it out in a week.  If that's the case I won't charge him.
