Northpoint managed my rental property in Kansas City, Mo, for three years. I cannot thank them enough for the exceptional job they did not only selecting renters, but also handling repairs.
When maintenance was needed, they handled it quickly and efficiently, and I never felt the prices for repairs were exceptionally high. Living out of state from my property, that can be a concern, but I was always completely comfortable with their consultation and their selection of repair companies for whatever needed fixing.
I never experienced a late payment from the renter or in funds transfer. This, again, speaks to their ability to select renters and handle payments efficiently for all parties involved.
I also used them to sell the property, and Emily C out of the Kansas City office was exceptional. She advised well during the process and made sure my interests were covered. And the entire sales process went far smoother than I ever dreamed possible. I credit her and the Northpoint team for their incredible management and knowledge of the real estate market for making this happen so quickly and efficiently.
If you are looking for property management services that will not break the bank and will treat you as a trusted business partner, you will not go wrong working with Northpoint Asset Management.

My Columbus, Ohio home has been managed by Kat Rosas with Northpoint Asset Management for the last two years. Service is exceptional. Communication is excellent. Value is the best in the area. My mind is at ease with Northpoint Managing my property. I recommend them without reservation.

Kat R helped me with getting my property in Galloway, Ohio rented last August. She was extremely meticulous in preparing every corner of the property before it was listed for rent and no wonder the property was rented within a few hours of getting listed on various portals. Since then, she has constantly worked with us and from what I can tell, she has been a fantastic advocate for our tenants as well. I know where to go when I ready to buy and rent out my next property!!

When I approached Northpoint I was pleasantly surprised the way they returned my calls and answered my questions so efficiently. Once I spoke with Kat I was instantly sold. They were amazing from the very start, fast replies and very personable. They related very well to my specific situation, adapted and overcame every obstacle that popped up. These people shattered my expectations they have shared more info and kept me in the loop more in the first month than the other company did in 3 years of work! This company has shattered my expectations and I highly recommend Northpoint and the great leadership of Kat.

Kat has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She was our property manager when our property was a rental and we asked her to be our realtor when we decided to sell. She is always right on task. If an issue needed addressed with the rental, she was working on a resolution plan before we even knew there was a problem. When our unit was vacated, Kat had it rented again within 24 hrs. When we decided to sell, Kat had it sold for full asking price within days. She is the best!!

Michael was my property manager for a few years before representing me as my seller’s agent in selling my tucson condo. He’s been great help to me since i’m a out of town home owner.

I live in a different state than where my property is located, which would normally make me nervous about owning rental property. With Northpoint and Kat taking care of my property is has been a breeze ! Kat made sure to put a reliable tenant in place and has been very communicative when a repair needs done, always sending pics and invoices. I am so happy with the level of service I have received.

I received 3 bills all dated 6/27/2019 with very vague descriptions like "Dispatch Fee repair supply". It's even harder to determine what I'm being billed for since these bills are for work that were performed several months ago (our PM agreement was terminated back in April). They didn't bother providing the actual dates of the work, which might help me figure this out. The way they process work orders and billing is very disorganized, not very intuitive, and wastes a lot of time since I almost always have to call/email someone to get clarification. Since the email address they provided on their bill wasn't valid, I emailed the broker with my questions, and I still have not gotten a response a week later. Additionally, I did not receive a notification of these bills until I received an email from them on 7/22 and the payments were due on 6/27. So now that these bills are over a month past due, I really need someone to get back to me on this issue ASAP, and they seem to have no sense of urgency.

The repair invoices that the customer has mentioned have all been updated with more detail. This was an oversight by our data entry department and steps have been taken to correct this issue going forward.

Please note that these invoices are related to legitimate repairs items including a leaking roof and the replacement of a kitchen faucet that was responsible for a sink leak and floor damage. We responded to these repairs in a timely manner and arranged for prompt repair to halt further damage to the property.

Just couple more questions. Could they explain why I was originally charged $198, and then $196 for the same work order? And is $198 the correct amount?

Sorry to have to use the Revdex.com for these routine billing questions, but the email they provided on the bill did not work. I tried contacting their broker since I was last told I could direct all questions to him, but he never responded. That's probably something else they need to work on because using Revdex.com to ask these questions is ridiculous.

As explained in the previous response, the second billing ($196) was an error. The error was both in billing for a duplicate scope of work and in the amount being $2 off. The $2 difference was a manual keying error. $198 is the correct billing amount.

Again, the $196 has already been refunded to the clients account.

We agree that using the Revdex.com to interact is not ideal. This is not Northpoint's preference. Billing questions like these are most effectively addressed directly with Northpoint using our existent channels of communication and operation as opposed to a public review site. All clients are encouraged to contact their property managers and/or their Brokers. We also have a dedicated accounting team appointed to resolve such issues as they arise.

Clients are free to submit requests, comments or complaints directly to Northpoint's Headquarters with any of the following methods:

1 - an email sent to [email protected]

2 - using the "Contact - Send a Message" link at the header of our website (northpointam.com)

3 - calling Northpoint directly at 1-888-889-0081 (found on the footer of our website) where their call will be directed to the appropriate parties who are qualified and empowered to address their questions.

My experience with Kat *** and Northpoint Asset Management was beyond amazing!!After seeing the good reviews online I decided to go with Northpoint to manage my property. I started to work with Kat *** to find a tenant and she was very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable in the real estate field. Within a few days we got several potential tenants but I changed my mind and decided to sell the property. She was willing to help me with this and her dedication was amazing! I can't mention everything but with her direction I was able to sell the house while out of state, I got to save more than four Thousand when she suggested that the insurance might cover my roof damage, I also got to make more than six thousand extra when she did some research and suggested that the value of the house was more than what was earlier suggested. She was always there to answer my questions and worked well with the other parties involved. I had a truly great experience! If you need a realtor to sell or rent a place I would totally recommend Kat and Northpoint Asset Management Company!

Kat R from NorthPoint is very professional, efficient and mindful of the needs of the owners and the renters. Kat has been in constant communication updating us. We are extremely happy with the service that we received from NorthPoint and especially Kat. I recommend this place for anybody looking for property management.

I got denied for a rental application, which is fair enough. I'm honestly okay with that because my credit score was low due to being unemployed for two years while finishing school. Strange because I make six figured and was willing to put more cash upfront to offset the poor score, but, whatever.

The problem is my denial letter said they also used an internal process to review applications. As someone denied credit, I asked what factors were used in this, which is my right as a consumer. Between rude emails and dismissive phone calls no one seemed to know or be willing to tell me what they calculated internally that led to this decision. Then they said it was a third party vendor, which is not an internal process, and proceeded to name FOUR different vendors.

I have no beef with being denied, but I DO have a problem with getting the run around when trying to find out information that adversely affects me and that I have a right to know.

4/26/2018: We have tenants in the dark at *** Place #***. They promised to send a contractor to give us a quote on fixing the place, next day no response, no follow-up, and the contact is out of the office. Tenants are left in the dark. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY. Once the lease is out we are finding a new company, worst customer experience in 30 years on earth.

I'm quite happy with the service quality and professionalism exhibited by my account manager Chris W. My requests for information or help get attended to promptly and in a timely and friendly manner regardless of what time of the day I call or email. The constant feedback I keep getting from my manager makes me feel that my property is in safe hands, especially I'm traveling abroad most of the year. I have no doubt in my mind that I made the right decision by chosing NorthPoint as my property manager. Mr. W is an ambassador for his organisation.
