When we noticed the snyder chips was order by a customer and we were out of stock and those items was discontinued because of less demand we notified *** *** at once by email that the item which was ordered was not in
stock and was discontinued and a full refund would be issued to his form of payment We also went ahead and started processing his refund and He should see the refund reflected in is next statement Thank you for you time

[Your Answer Here] I know the company's response is that they experienced a loss of information and sent a letter to [redacted] in regards to the mishap.He has necer received and correspondence from Nu Choice via mail nor did I ever receive any call backs from the voicemail messages I let in regards to the status of his order/package. I  also want to reiterate that he was told by a representative of Nu Choice his package was being mailed the next business day from when he called. If that was true then he should've been affected by their system glitch due to his package being "ready" for shipment. Again, I have read their response and would prefer to have a full refund sent to [redacted]. This mishap has been going on for 2 months and im not trusting the fact that now a package has been sent out on July ** as they stated or feel comfortable with having a credit of $20 because we will no longer use this company.
