Your information was given to the office manager who will give you a call next week to see what's going on and get the issue resolved

The refund was mailed off with the original paperwork from the insurance companyIt should be received any day in the mail, if not already receivedWe went over the procedures with the homeowner and stated that we do not build sheds however, you can use the money from the insurance company and
purchase one from Homedepot or Lowes and they will come out and install it for them, it was paid for from the insurance and Mrs *** has those funds with her as wellWe preformed the inspection after the work was completed and everything was completed correctlyMrs *** was informed that it will take some time for the shingles to lay completely flat with the help of the Texas Sun and Heat. As for going into Mr*** ***s PERSONAL stuff that has ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING to do with the roof and work that was done on your propertyI spoke with Mrs *** for almost an hour on Monday 6/26/around am and went over everything and informed her that all documents were in the mail along with the refund of $She still had a balance of $that was due to NURoofing there for her refund went from $to $since the remaining balance was never paid

Once they honor their word, I will be more than happy to accept their responseAs you can see, they keep making promises that are not trueLast week they I should have received satisfaction by nowThe week before they said they had been here and settled the issueNow their saying by this weekThey are not trustworthy to their word at allI will contact you when they make good to their promises and warrantyI am not trying to hurt their business, but right is right and wrong is wrongI just want to be treated fairly

I have had no communication with NuRoofing in regards to this matter and no one has come out to resolve this matterI have not received any referral fee from them as of this day. No one has called or come out in regards to this complaint.*** ***2/2/

If the person responding this whole time to this complaint is 50% owner then you have no excuse to have not been aware of any of the issues as you have continuously claimed in the process of not addressing the real issues and accountability of the actions of owner *** ***, including your continued misrepresentations throughout this dispute in attempts to resolve this matter.You've raised an additional concern as you are now stating you have fired your subcontractors for the deliberate actions caused and acknowledged by the owner *** *** that began 3/30/17.In addition to roof refund and property damage reimbursement, we need proof of payment paid in full to the subcontractors who performed work on our roof under Nu Roofing owner *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:Clearly owner *** *** is not the person responding here We can only assume that whomever is responding has not been kept in the loop throughout this entire process which would explain why the facts are repeatedly distorted All communication between 3/24/and 4/28/was between owner *** *** and *** *** who WAS present on 3/24/to meet with the insurance adjuster and NuRoofing and he WAS present during the signing of the contract and he DID speak directly with owner *** *** at length regarding roof installation, materials to be used and installation date *** *** did not sign the contract, as one signature was requested and there is room on the form for only one signature, however he has been involved from day one and is clearly authorized to oversee the roof installation Obviously owner *** *** did not share this information with his associate if she claims to have never heard of *** *** prior to 4/29/17. Whomever is responding here may not have been aware of all the issues, but owner *** *** was made fully aware of all the issues on 4/5/when he met with *** *** at the property to discuss the issues with the roof, the issues regarding breaking into the gate, the issues with the dogs being trapped in the house all day with no access to water, etc., etc It was also made very clear to owner *** *** that day that the GPPD had been contacted specifically regarding a CTW should he or anyone associated with NuRoofing come to the property without permission AND *** *** must be present. *** *** also specifically told owner *** *** on 4/5/that the roof is beyond repair…it will need to be replaced and owner *** ***’s response was “No way, that’s not going to happen", removing any offer of work to be performed to correct roof by Nu Roofing as any option! Only after speaking with the City of GP, NuRoofing’s tune has suddenly changed and now they claim that they will re-roof the house yet they continue to be argumentative and lie and are now a distraction from the real issue. The sign was NOT removed from the property….it’s sitting in our garage for god’s sake The lies are so ridiculous, with no basis or proof and we have lost interest in the rhetoric Our focus is getting this intentionally defective roof replaced We have done and will continue to do our due diligence to make sure that happens with or without NuRoofing's cooperation. NuRoofing brought all of this on starting 3/30/and we are aggravated by the non-stop nonsense and the amount of time that has been wasted having to deal with this company. We are moving forward with the re-roof process to have roof professionally corrected by another roofer, another fact known and acknowledged by owner *** *** between 4/and 4/28.

We reject company's response.We need some form of acknowledgement through an affidavit at minimum showing Nu Roofing has paid in full the subcontractors used to perform work on my home 3/30/

*** *** has been out of work for the past few weeks due to surgeryI will contact a crew and have them come out and take a look at the leak and get it resolved for youAs well as the other work listed above

As of 2-5-2016, I have not been contacted by ** *** or his company No referral fee has been received as of yetI am replying and rejecting this response because in the past their word was not keptOnce I receive the referral fee and someone checks my roof and make necessay repairs, if needed, I will release and close my claim, but for now 2-5-I am not satisfiedI do not trust their word, just their actionsI should not have had to take it this far, but they refused to contact me to reslove this issue and would not have if I had not referred it to Revdex.com.Thank you,*** ***

There is no need to provide that to customers. Everything was taken care of and handled with all subcontractors.
