they are given the terms and conditions explaining that if they don’t cancel their trial within 14 days of the order, they will be charged for the full amount of the product and also will be put on a monthly subscription to receive product every month until they cancel.Please note that our company’s website and products make no claims or references to an endorsement of any kind. Our company’s website contains fully compliant and explicit terms and conditions within all pages of website. The reference within the complaint filed, mentioning lack of clear terms, must be related to affiliate’s (3rd party) web pages, which our company’s outsources. This instance has been noted by the company.According to our records, customer ordered our product on a 14 day trial basis back on 05/06/2016  and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.95. The trial expired on 05/20/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $89.95 and $88.10 for the original shipments.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 05/20/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. Customer also requested a refund however the customer had stated they had already filed a dispute with their financial institution.Our customer service informed the customer that in order to receive a refund they would need to call us with their financial institution on the line. Customer has yet to call us back to resolve the issue. According to our records, customer ordered our product on a 14 day trial basis back on 04/15/2016  and paid the shipping and handling fee of $4.95. The trial expired on 03/07/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $89.95 and $88.10 for the original shipments.
Customer contacted our Customer Service on 03/21/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. Customer also requested a refund however the customer had stated they had already filed a dispute with their financial institution.Our customer service informed the customer that in order to receive a refund they would need to call us with their financial institution on the line. Customer did not call resulting in account being flagged as a chargeback ,however  the customer’s credit card company resolved it in our favor. Regardless we are happy to issue a refund in this instance and do apologize for the inconvenience.  A refund in the amount of $89.95 and $88.10  has been issued.Here are the refund confirmations:

The trial expired on 03/21/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $89.95 for the original shipment.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 04/08/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled and refunded. According to our records, customer ordered our products on a 14 day trial basis back on 03/01/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.95. The trial expired on 03/15/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $67.46 for the face serum and $66.07 for the eye cream on 03/26/2016 for the original shipments and the autoship program took effect. The following month, on  04/26/2016 the customer was charged again for both products $89.95 for the face serum and $88.10 for the eye cream and 2 more bottles shipped out .
Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 04/30/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately honored the request and canceled the subscription. We also issued a 50% refund which the customer accepted $44.97 for face serum and $44.05 for the eye cream. We feel our customers concerns and apologize for any inconvenience,however the remaining balance for 04/26/2016 was already refunded on 05/01/2016. $44.98 for face serum and $44.05 for the eye cream.Here are the refund confirmations:
