I would never rate this business with even a starI left Pilot GoGo scooter there for repairs, and after 6-phones call that were left to voice mail or never returned, I would persist and sometimes get a person, who would graciously give another of many excusesI never talked to a technician, but was told the cost would be over $ with no details Terrible, terrible customer serviceWe simple picked up the scooter and took it too another place

As sad as it is to say what I'm about to say and be as old as I am and having to say this, numotion don't have the? To actually tell the truth and treat people the way they would treat their own family members. When I found this company I thought I had died and gone to heaven. They were very attentive in the beginning, shortly thereafter their true colors were shown and they broke my heart. I believe that when you're in your golden years life should be comfortable and we should believe in what the truth really is. However, when people, others also say don't know what the truth is or can't tell the truth that's what hurts folks. I thought I could believe in this company after all I've been in the chair for almost 15 years and I've never suffered as much as I'm suffering right now. My son is having to push this heavy chair around with me in it to get into the bathroom to get me to the kitchen to get me back to my bedroom where I can sleep and I spend 95% of my time in that bedroom now where before I was able to get up and get out and enjoy my life. My life isn't worth living anymore due to the fact that I can't get this chair repaired I've been down since August of this year 2018, I'm so depressed and almost cry everyday. This is not who I am I'm a happy-go-lucky person and involved in so many things and to be locked away in my bedroom now it's crazy. This company has taken my life from me , my happiness my everything. I can't even go and do anything that I want to do or used to do. Well there it is I don't know what else to say I can't even give them one star because every time you call or talk to someone or text they put you off nonstop. I wanted so much to keep my chair it help my pain and one would think that when you have a chair that does that much for you that this company would do the right thing and fight 4 what's right for the patient. They drop the ball and walked away I got a letter stating that I was no longer their client I didn't do anything wrong. When you're ignored the way I was ignoring you will get a little bit upset they would get upset if someone treated them like they treated me. No disrespect meant just a lot of pain and agony, the pain I'm in and it is not just physical it's emotional abuse because I'm no longer comfortable.. when I call or text they say they're waiting on an order well that's been almost a month ago and it doesn't take that long I know the people in Lebanon Tennessee I've spoken with them I know what the turnaround time is if they have the part 24 to 48 hours that's the turnaround time. If they do not have the part on the Shelf 7 days that's exactly what they told me now if someone ordered the wrong part and the company sent the wrong part whose fault is that? Honestly, I wish they understood the pain really truly understood the pain if they did they wouldn't treat people like this if they had any Heart and Soul at all. The owner of this company he should be ashamed of the people that has been hired to work under his umbrella., unless, he's the same rate they are which I'm beginning to wonder

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/06/01) */
Dear Revdex.com Serving Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois:
This letter is in response to your notification letter of May 14, 2015, in which you informed us of a complaint about Numotion. Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose...

any information about any customer without a valid HIPAA-compliant release from that individual.
Please know that we make every attempt to respond as quickly and completely to all customer concerns, and welcome input and suggestions from all customers.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 15, 2015/06/11) */
To Whom It May Concern:
We are NOT satisfied with the response and lack of action on the part of NuMotion concerning providing Mrs. [redacted] (93-year old life-long resident of Missouri) with a power chair.
I am enclosing a copy of the review form, a Durable Power of Attorney, and the HIPPA Privacy Authorization Form and complete history of our experiences with this company, so that you will be able to look into this problem. This should eliminate the current excuse why NuMotion is unable to do their job.
WE ARE NOT READY TO HAVE THIS CASE CLOSED- AND ESPECIALLY NOT GIVE THEM A SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION! The problem still exists; we have had nothing but excuses from NuMotion.
I am also sending a copy of these forms to [redacted] NuMotion's Customer Advocate, who sent you the letter saying they could do nothing because they did not have the HIPPA. This should knock that excuse out of the water.
Please further investigate this company. We question whether they are legitimate in their dealings with Medicare. They certainly have not been honest in their dealings with us.

Invacare manufactures one of the most reliable chairs on the market so I am surprised by Mr. [redacted]'s experience....

Regardless Numotion wants every customer to be completely satisfied with the chair we provide and we stand behind every product we provide. I will contact Mr. [redacted] to find a solution for his wheelchair issues today.

NuMotion did a great job coming out and getting info on me for my new wheelchair. Thing went downhill fast from there. The order process took 110 days and every time I called I would get a different answer. They somehow always seemed to blame somebody else. When I finally received my chair, stuff that the rep told me would work, did not and they told me they offered no service on problems that I was having. I just learned that after filling out the review form that their corporate office sent out I am no longer a client of NuMotion.

Thank you for sending us this disputed request.  We have been in contact over the last three weeks via emails and letters regarding this client’s mobility equipment.  Client purchased batteries privately on 4/3/15. We went to see the client on 7/13 stating that the batteries were not...

holding a charge.  We were told by the manufacturer that it was a bad charger based on our readings.  We are out of network with the insurance so the client agreed to pay for the battery charger.  The charger was delivered to the client on 7/29/15 and a check was received for the down payment.  We received a call again to go out and returned to the home on 7/30. The batteries were not responding to the new charger.  We contacted the manufacturer of the batteries to get warranty ones shipped to us on 7/30/15. The client contacted us to go back out as soon as possible to replace the batteries right away. We went to the home with new batteries from our stock and rechecked the original charger which was functioning correctly.  We returned the check written to us the previous week for the charger and picked the charger up to return for credit.  The manufacturer is replacing our stock with the warranty batteries and the client received the new batteries with the original charger on 8/3/15.

Mr. [redacted] contacted us for service for his [redacted] Scooter on 6/19/15 and we scheduled an in-house appointment. The...

equipment was brought in on 6/23/2015 and it was determined that the 9 year old equipment was past its useful life and he is better off going through the process for new equipment. The referral from our Service & Repair department was passed to our sales department on 6/24/15. On 6/24/2015 our customer care coordinator, [redacted], called and left a message on Mr. [redacted]'s voicemail. We have not yet received a call back from Mr. [redacted] or his sister. This is the only history I have regarding this complaint.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
No equipment was ever taken. [redacted] and the sales guy that came out to the home never mentioned to us that the scooter was past its life. Both stated that the simple request I made on the foot plate was doable.
No call was ever made to me about scheduling or denying the repairs.
