Want to stop and cancel products but cannot get through to company at all. Only have a phone number with no response.
On April 4 . was billed for samples of Keto and Cleanse product, received product and was trying it. On April 20 was then charged 79.95. Thought I must have misunderstood offer so let it pass. On May 18 charged again 79.95. No product has arrived. I just want this canceled before they charge me again! Email address is ***@yahoo.com. This was charged to my Capital One Mastercard. At the very least the May charges should be refunded/credited to my account and want no further business with this shady company.

cancelation of whatever they think I signed up for and no more contact with this company.

Items were purchased, the subsciption was cancelled with the vendor but I am still receiving charges for product. I have accumulated $634.24 charges.
Items were purchased on 3/24 via website. A cancellation of the subscription was made immediately.

Items were delivered.

On 4/6, another $355 worth of charges were charged to my account. No items were ordered or delivered.

On 5/6, another $265 worth of charges were charged to my account. No items were ordered or delivered.

Total charges are now $634.24 and we have cancelled the subscription, not received product, and have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com a second time. NO REFUNDS HAVE EVER BEEN GIVEN.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for all items I have not received and after the cancellation of our subscription was made. The total refund I am seeking is $617.35.

I signed up for the trial package, it states to cancel you must get a hold of them within 14 Days of order. Trying the email and # given with no luck
I ordered the trial package offered at the website, they state to cancel you need to contact them within 14 days from your order date. I have been trying to call and email them with no luck. The email comes back as "undeliverable" and when I call I get the same message. To first hold for the next available person, then less than a 2 minute wait then asks me to leave a message. I am trying to contact them before they charge my account for anything else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the late correspondence, this customer is actually a customer of Control X, not nutra SX, the customer was never charged for any additional product. She was only charged the 4.99 and 4.95 for the 14 day trial and then account was cancelled per her request. She only paid shipping for the trial offer as requested.

First ordered keto dietary supplement from greenvibe health of Nutra SX end of August 2019. Attempted to go to trygreenvibe.com website a few days later in order to stop trial and website was no longer available. I am now being charged every 2nd of every month a total of $79.95 + 4.99 shipping equaling $84.94 since August. Unable to contact company by phone (trying three different numbers) unable to contact website and unable to contact via email at [email protected]

Desired Outcome

Would like immediate discontinuation of this ongoing order. And refunded for every order shipped after the very first trial order

Just as other complaints, I ordered the "trial" size for the shopping cost, then received other shipments, that I don't want, its too $$ want refun.
Just as others I also got the "trial" and then received unwanted and not ordered shipments. I tried to cancel order, they said they would and since received another order. I just want it canceled and money refunded. $84.90 and $74.94 = $159.84. Very deceiving business

I purchased Cleanse Weight Mgmt & GRN Keto Weight Mgmt. Was told the cost was only the shipping of $4.99 & $ 4.95. Then had two more charges showed up
The ad said I would pay $ 4.99 & $ 4.95 for shipping and handling. It said nothing else about a 15 day trial, additional shipments and/or additional charges. I went to my bank account it had two additional charges. One for $ 79.95 & one for $ 69.95. I called and emailed the company to cancel any further shipments and asked them to call me about the charges. I never received a call back. I called them again and they said they cancelled any further shipments. I asked about the refund of the additional charges and they said oh yes, I can issue you a 50% refund. I told them I wanted all of my money back and they said it had been over 15 days. I said that it hadn't, that I had only received them in the mail this week. He said, no it's been over 15 days since you ordered them. None of this had been portrayed in their ad. I spoke with David, agent # *** It has been a total scam.

I have been charged 79.95 and 69.95 for a membership I did not authorize. I have cancelled my membership but did not receive a refund for the memberships. I ordered a bottle of Nutra-SX Cleanse for postage charges of $4.99 only. I have now been charged 79.95 and 69.95 for memberships which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. We did not receive those funds. In fact we do not even know what an account of "Discover 4970" is. That is not the account number we used to purchase "the trial". We checked our bank records and there is not a credit back on 4/22 or any date near that.

There must have been some confusion in my last statement. We were initially charged the 69.95 + 79.95 by the "company". We called our bank to dispute those charges. The bank gave us a temporary credit for 149.90 while they investigated the charges. This was a temporary credit I had highlighted in green. Two months later the bank got back to us and said they could not prove these were false charges and then took the temporary 149.90 back out again. I will attach the June statement showing that in green as well. The response from the "company" states they credited us back the 149.90 on 4/22 onto our credit/debit card. However, by that date the card had been shut off already and any attempt to credit us back would have failed. The "company" says it was successful; which it was not.

This company charged an unauthorized amount of 79.95 to my account. There is no where on their site to contact them or dispute the charge.
The company advertises a free bottle of Nutra-SX Garcinia Cambogia and all you have to pay is the $4.95 shipping. Yes, that is in fact correct until it comes to the next month after you order the 30 days supply. They charged my account $4.95 and 2 weeks later $79.95. No where in there disclaimer does it state that this is going to be a reoccurring charge. This is absolutely absurd. There is no bill no email nothing. They just send a the following month with a receipt that DOES NOT show any charges. I want my money refunded and taken off this mysterious reoccurring list.

I cannot contact to cancel this product
I have not been able to stop shipments and billings with NUSTRA-SX. I have tried and using all communication, trying to call and trying to communicate thru the internet, and all attempts fail. phone never answers..a message, "all lines are being used, Hang up and call back later". Internet communications result in failure to be able to communicate with them.

I found an unauthorized payment to this company on my bank statement.
I accepted a free trial for a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia tablets through a 'free prize offer' from Amazon. What was advertised to me was that I would only pay for shipping and handling which amounted to around $5. No where did I read that they would automatically charge me after the two week trial. I was under the impression that if I liked what was provided, then, I would pay for a subscription. If I knew I would be charged then I would not have opted for the free trial. Also, while I only wanted the one bottle I could not complete the transaction until I agreed to purchase another bottle as well. Thus, I ended up with one bottle of Garcinia Cambogia and one of Green Coffee (60 tablets each).

I submitted my information for the free trial on 03/26/2019 authorization number *** from HAVERFORDGARCINI *** FL ***. It came through USPS First Class Mail. USPS tracking number is ***.
My order number is ***.
The shipment number is ***.
The stamp is labeled 'stamps enaicia' and dated 03/30/2019.
It is stated as coming from Customer Service *** PO Box ***, *** NY ***.

There was also another charge I do not remember and I know this because it is not something I would want, which I associate with this company because it is about "Metabo Garcinia" and their 15 day QuickStart guide. I received an email with a link to the ebook from the sender " ***@***.com" On March 28, 2019 at 1:00AM with the subject line "Order Confirmation #***. The purchase I can link to this is on March 29, 2019 titled 'Purchase/authorization #*** 3-27-2019 ORFUSCR*MUSCLE *** FL ***" for $44.99.

Following a earlier purchase, "auth #*** 3-27-19 CRESCENDO EYE SE *** FL ***" for $5.97. Now, this is alarming because they all occurred within three days of each other, each from Florida, and they are linked through methods associated with diets.

Upon checking my banking information today I noticed a 'purchase' authorization #*** on 04/10/2019 from "HAVERFORDGARCINI SARASOTA FL ***" for $89.97 on my Visa debit card. I should mention that this record does not give a phone number or email, and the zip codes for all transactions do not match.

At first I did not recognize it and knew immediately something was wrong. It took over an hour of searching to find what the source was and it was through an online article stating that this and other companies are involved in scams in which they advertise a free trial and charge the customers without their knowledge and continue to do so until threats of reports or until the costumer closes their account and receives a new card. In other cases the company with offer 30%, 50%, or however much and from what I have read switch names and phone numerous times. This is all information I found from personal accounts on a Facebook page easily identified with one google search.

Instead of wasting time with possible difficult representatives, negotiations, unhelpful banks, and extreme wait times I have decided to contact you guys in the hopes that my voice will be heard and the problem can be resolved in a polite and effective manner.

I would like a refund of the amount taken out of my account for the aforementioned transactions (The magazine surmising around $55 and the recent $89.97 charge) as well as a discontinuation of my 'subscription' to the company and their products/services. Could someone have ordered from another company besides Nutra SX, and has confused it with our product ? I have been billed $79.95 for a subscription I never applied for. There was no mention of it in risk free trail offer for $4.95.

On 04/10/19 notices charge on credit card for $79.95, phoned bank to put a stop to as it was fraudulent. Bank informed it was this company. I attempted to phone company evry hour on the hour to notify I did not sign up for any subscriptions or further products. There was no answer. A recorded message stating all reps were busy and the wait time was 2 minutes. Then another recorded message stating leave name and number for a call back. I would like a refund, and this company to remove my name and information from anything associated with it.

All customer service numbers which are given by this company are either not in service or a to service center which does not have any information on this company - FRAUDS!!!!!!!

After reviewing Ms. complaint, we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. We do not offer sample sizes and for this reason we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply of product at only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once your trial period expires, you are billed the retail price of the product. Because customer satisfaction is very important to us, we have refunded Ms. a total amount of $ 149.90. Please allow 3-5 business days for this refund to process on to her bank account. In addition, we would like to confirm that her account with us was cancelled when she called in on 10/13; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

I ordered bottle for S&H only. I have now been charged $79.95. Have tried calling customer service to no avail.
I order the 30 day supply bottle that was offered for shipping and handling only. I was charged $79.95 on 4/3/19. I did not authorize this. I have tried calling the customer service number only to be directed to a voicemail. I have left a couple of messages, but have continued calling to see if I reach an actual human being.
