I received a free trial but was charged $80 after I left a message to cancel my subscription.. I called multiple phone #s and none were legit. scam.
I ordered a free trial on 6/12. A few weeks later I was charged $80, however I made no purchase. There was no way to cancel a subscription through their website and they provided over 5 phone numbers that never actually reached a person to speak to. Once I got my bank involved, Nutra SX finally answered the phone. They were only able to give me 60% back even though I did leave multiple messages canceling my subscription before the 2 week mark. The people were very rude and the company is not legitimate. I am still $32 from receiving my full refund because this is fraud.
I want a full refund of $79.95.
We apologize for the issue she is having. We searched for any previous emails or voice mails from her and there were none so we offered her the 60 % refund. The terms and conditions list a support email to contact as well as a phone number. On the bottle is an email as well. She was also offered to return the unopened bottle for a refund. She did not. We think we are being very fair here as we had no previous contact from her.

I utilized all available emails and phone numbers in attempt to cancel my subscription. The fact that after leaving voice mails they do not have any records indicating my attempts is incorrect. I called within the 2 week time period required yet they decided to answer right after the time was up. I did receive the 60% refund, however, because I took all necessary actions I should receive a 100% refund. Their response to this is unfair and I would like further action taken in order to get my money back.
they charged me $150 for product I cancelled and was never sent. I can not get a hold of them for a refund.
I ordered online for their trial offer which is just to pay for shipping which is $4.95. They charged me twice for that to start. I got the bottle wasn't happy with it cancelled the trial. They sent me a confirmation email that my trial was cancelled and the representative on the phone assured me that I would not be charged. A few days later I had 2 different charges on my account totaling $150. I have tried to contact this company for my refund all I get is a voicemail where no one will return my calls. I want a refund for the money they essentially stole from me. No product was ever sent to me for the $150 they charged me.
I would like a refund they did not send me anything and I have proof that I cancelled.
I purchased Garcinia Cambogia from this company as a trial for $4.95. On 4/5 they charged my account.I couldn't take the product so I called number they furnished with order it was inactive number.On 4/19 they changed my account for $79.95.I called bank who gave me contract number. Lady told me to return product for a full refund. Return was delivered on 4/23 @ 12:32 PM. Today 5/12 still not refund. I called them and got hung up on 3 times before Gladys tells me they won't refun because bottle was open even though I was already told to return it for a full refund with cost me an additional $7.95.now they have my money and the returned product.

I am sorry that the customer was given incorrect information. We are in the process of shipping her out a new bottle as well as refunding her $ 70.00 ( less the restocking fee) for taking the opened bottle back. We hope she will accept this gesture as an apology for the mistake and we have cancelled her account out. Thank you and have a great day

The Nutra-six did not refund me $70 like they told Revdex.com they would.
