Charged for trial only samples with no explicit summary of automatic subscription on website or in emails.
I purchased a '14-day trial' of the NutraSX products on 3/21/2019 online (order #***). I received the product 3/25/2019. In the followup emails and on their website, there is absolutely no explanation of this being an automatic subscription of $79.95 nor of the requirement to call after 14 days to cancel; this is also 14 days after ORDER PLACED, not after receiving the product. I called after seeing my charge on 4/4/2019, which was only 13 days after 3/21/2019 and was told it was already 14 days and I would not receive a refund. If there had been directions to call after 14 days to cancel, I would have done that as the product did not work.

I would like a refund of the $79.95 to my account.

Thank you for your quick response and the resolution as I requested. I have received an email that my account has indeed been cancelled as of 4/4/19. I hope you will consider making the terms more clear in your advertising in the future. As customer service is important to you, I would also suggest you align yourself with the Revdex.com as that will ensure both you and your customers have a more satisfying relationship.

I ordered this thinking it was a free trial. Just found out I will be charged 79.95 every two weeks. I do not want and have tried to call no answer.
Ordered from facebook. I thought it was a free trial it never said any thing about it being a monthly supply. If it had I would I have not ordered it. I feel like I was scammed. It needs to be better advertised. Fault advertisement.

Free trial turned supposedly 30 days. Now being charged 79.95 for a free trial product. I think not!!!!

I've tried to call them to cancel but only get a message machine. How can I get a hold of them to cancel this? And I would like to cancel this "subscription " process and get this soled before you try to take it out of my account. I still have the bottle never opened it. Will gladly send it back. I need this solved ASAP!!! . This is a dishonest business practice

I signed up for a free trial bottle of diet pills and I my debit card was charged $79.95. I didn't see anywhere that I would be charged that much.
I signed up to get a free trial bottle of Nutra SX and my debit card was charged $79.95. Had I of known I would have been charged that much I definitely wouldn't of signed up. I tried to call to get my money back and I only get an answering machine. While I was signing up for the free trial bottle I didn't see anything about being charged that much money. They shouldn't be allowed to falsely advertise like that.

Over charged for an order and signed up for a subscription.
Hi I am looking to cancel my order, because I was not informed that my order would include a subscription of the product. When I ordered this product (Nutra-SX Garcian Cambogia) the website stated that it was for a trial, it did not tell me that there would be a subscription added to the product,I have not received an email confirming my product. I have emailed and called the customer service department several times and have not got an email or call back to cancel my order. I would like my order to be cancelled ASAP.

They have not charged me any additional fees, stopped my unwanted subscription and cancelled my order. Thank you.

Advertising was false. Company is a scam.

Terms and Conditions were not made clear. I want a refund of total charges made to my account and cancel my subscription. I came across an ad online that stated I would only be charged for shipping and handling. I didn't see such a big deal about it so I ordered it. However, a month after I looked on my checking account and was charged for not one, but two separate transactions. The first being $69.95 and then another charge of $79.95. This is a total scam. The terms and conditions weren't made clear before purchasing. I've tried to contact them several times but I have received no answer or response. I called my bank and now have to wait until the charges are posted before I can dispute these charges. They charged me $150!
They finally gave me address that product can be returned but cant send signature required. & that was only after I told them they were a scam & that I was contacting the Revdex.com. They were real nasty on the phone & told me that obviously I couldn't read right or I would have seen how it works. Nowhere does it say that after s&h for troal bottle that you actually get charged 69.95 &79.95 for each product. I thought was for next shipment & they stated that it was for the trial bottles. Ad does not state that at all. I have also contacted my CC company to investigate. I have no problem sending product back as it is unopened & I never completed the purchase in the first place or I would have stopped it then. I want a FULL REFUND!

I order a free sample paying shipping only and they sent me another set of nutra sx master cleanse and garcian cambogia for a full charge.
I order a sample of The gArcinia and was charged just for shipping like I was supposded to be but now they sent me another at full charge. I do not want them. I would like to return these and get a full refund but the number listed is invalid.
Second shipment came 10/3/18 and I tried calling today 10/3/18. it was charged out on my account on 9/28.

A refund was not requested at that time and it looks like Ms. went to the bank to have the charges reversed, normally we are more than happy to do a refund as long as products are returned and unopened. I signed up for the Nutra SX trial and have been getting billed twice a month for roughly $80.
Nowhere did I ever see when I was signing up for this product was a choice or option or an agreement from me to this business that I was allowing roughly $80 to be paid to this business twice a month. Everytime I have tried to make contact with this business I am directed to the customer service line and nobody ever answers. Ive left my name and number multiple times for the past two months and still have got nothing. This is a scam and I am very much upset and wish to be fully refunded for both months this has occured.

I ordered this product about 15 days ago and have yet to get it, was charged $150 unknowingly, and recently found out this was all a scam.
I ordered the product from the company on September 5, 2018 for only a trial of $9. 15 days later I have yet to receive the product and was charged with $79.95 this morning on September 20th as well as another charge of $69.95, a total of $149.90 unknowingly. I have also recently found out this product and company is a total scam, for I know many other people have dealt with this company and its problems. I contacted the company this morning about a refund and cancelling my subscription. They already contacted me and cancelled my order. I plan on calling the company soon for my refund, but I was informed by other customers that calling them is no help and does not work. If nothing else works after this I will contact my bank on a full refund.

The terms and conditions were not made accessible when purchasing the product. Thus by purchasing the product you are bound to the faulty terms.
The product was advertised to me on social media for a low price. I thought why not give it a try. When purchasing the product the terms & conditikns were not easily seen or coud not be found in the typical bold/hyperlinked lettering. But by buying the product thats you, accepting their terms and conditions. Apparently in the terms and conditions are were they state that the product is intended for 14 days and if you dont cancel your account or return the product (unopened) they will charge you a monthly fee (their words not mine). After I purchased the product I get a call from their shipping plant letting me know my product will be shipping, they ask me to confirm my address then ask me to pay. I tell them I paid already and hang up. I proceed to call the number I have from a confirmation email and leave a message asking them to verify the legitimacy of their business. And that if this is a scam to cancel my order and refund me my money. I do not hear back. And today 9/6/18 I see a charge on my cc for $79.95. I call the same number again and ask for the reasoning of the charge, they notfiy me that Its the full price for the product. I ask for a refund and they cancel the 2nd charge but state they can give me 50% of the 79.95. I proceed to tell them that, that was not states anywhere when buying the product. Theh then state its in the t&c's but the t&c's were not made accessible when originally purchasing the product. The t&c's are almost hidden. Then I mentioned the 1st initial call I made asking for their legitimacy and the rep states I should of called a second time to inquire more. But as a business they should of reached out, since I as a consumer am asking for them to confirm or deny their legitimacy. The charge is currently still pending but I have notified my credit card immediately and look forward to fixing this matter. And also bringing awareness to this scam like business' practice.

I accept the business' response and decision to fully refund me the charge of $79.95 to my credit card. In addition to their statement to Revdex.com, I'd like an email confirming the actions.

Fraudulent company removing funds from my account.
I ordered a trial sample for S&H only. Apparently there was an underlying fine detail about a subscription plan. I contacted the company in writing via email to let them know I never received and not to bill me. They said it had been delivered. I did not receive this merchandise. I now see they have billed me four times in the last two months for a total of $309.75. They bill under a "newspaper subscription plan" with a totally different name I have filed a dispute with the bank and also contact the company to let them know they are being reported for fraud.

Desired Outcome

I want a direct refund of the money taken from my account without approval and for merchandise not delivered.

I ordered a free trial and paid the shipping. I have tried to call and cancel. The customer service number is a bogus voicemail box. It has a recording that never changes. No one ever answers. The only time they returned my call is when I did not leave enough information and called prior to 8:00 am. I have called a half a dozen more times with no responses. I have emailed multiple times to cancel and they respond that I MUST call. Never ending circle. Have been charged twice now and filed disputes with my credit card company. It is a scam and the stuff doesn't work!

I need to cancel the subscription and get a refund on prior products.
I signed up for a free trial and afterwards the company started charging my card. I've tried to call them to cancel but only get a message machine. I've tried the number and website that you the Revdex.com are advertising for them, but they are closed down. But today I just got another product and $79 charged to my account. How can I get a hold of them to cancel this? And I would like to return unopened products and get my money back. This is a scam.

Desired Outcome

I want to return three bottles of the Garcinia product and I want $79 back for each bottle that are unopened for a total of $240.

Some of these bottles are past the time I can take them back. The terms and conditions were very clearly stated. I refunded 50 % for two bottles and she got full refund for two bottles. I think that is a fair compromise to this situation.
