I filled out the online order but I deleted my info.I didn't complete the order. I was just charged $89.71
I don't want to be charged for something I didn't order or receive. I don't want others to be taken advantage of like this either. Companies like this should be exposed for the unscrupulous businesses that they are, preying on an unsuspecting public. I was charged $89.71 on 8/3/20

Desired Outcome

Return the money to my bank. Delete my personal and bank information from your system. Obtain some moral ethics and utilize them. Stop trying to take advantage of an unsuspecting public and using a false promo to scam people out of what little money they have.

I ordered samples and paid shipping. I was not aware I would then be charged 88.52 and 89.71 after 14 days.
When I called the number 1-855-472-2836 it was not a working number and could not get anyone to answer. I will have to go to my bank and dispute the charges there. This is so wrong! I fell for it and feel really stupid and it makes me very mad!

Desired Outcome

If my bank can't refund my money I want this company closed so it can't do this to anybody else!

Advertising stated Donald Trump and Sean Hannity cod oil company Free cod oil for chronic pain only pay $6.22 for shipping This was a one time payment. They charged me shipping twice on July 13,2020
Then on July 31,2020 they charged another $88.50 and $89.00 charges, both unauthorized and fraudulent This overdrew my bank account and now I had to file fraud through my bank This company needs to be shut down I never authorized the extra shipping charge or the other charges I have blocked my card and hopefully the fraudulent charges will be reimbursed.
How is this company still doing this to people'?

Refund I would like the fraudulent charges reimbursed and the company shut down so there isn't anymore victims

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. THEY HAVE CHARGED ME $300. FOR THINGS I DID NOT ORDER. I HAVE TURNED IT OVER TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. IF EVERYONE IS NOT GETTING THEIR MONEY BACK, MAYBE WE CAN ALL GET TOGETHER AND SUE THEM. THAT WOULD MAKE A LOT OF PEOPLE HAPPY. THIS WON'T TAKE THE DATE SO I WILL ENTER IT HERE 6-25-20.

Company has charged me 5 times for products not received.
Company has charge me 5 times for products not rec'd or ordered. Charged credit card on 5-14 & 6-14 and 6-18 eact time there were 2 separate charges.

I want a full refund as I did not agree to these charges. Total charges $436.46

My Bank was able to get the charges reversed. This Company has a history of overcharging their customers. I saw many complaints on Face Book. Their 3rd party Customer Service told me that they were aware of this Company overcharging. The the CS person hung up the phone on me.

They advertise to send free samples for the cost of shipping. They do not tell you this enrolls you in a monthly charge of $173.23 for a bottle of oil and capsules. I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes explaining I did not want the monthly enrollment. The man was very difficult to understand. I stayed on the phone every time he said he had to check with his manager. I finally got a refund on my money. Stay away from this company.
My aunt tried the "samples" as well. She called them and they hung up on her when she told them she wanted a refund. BAD company.

4/20/ I ordered a FREE Trial Offer of Nutraxoil and pills
5/12 Nutraxoil charged my credit card $89.71. I returned it .
they will not refund.

On 4/20 I ordered a FREE Trial Offer of Nutraxoil and pills paying shipping charges on my Visa Credit card. I received the order, but did not open.
5/11 Nutraxoil billed my credit card $89.71 . I immediately called my bank and cancelled my card to stop further charges from Nutraxoil, because when I called their customer support I was told that the terms and conditions in small print were somewhere on the website (which is no longer online) said we had 14 days to cancel a continuing subscription and we had to return the free trial or be charged. I did not see these terms, but I do believe that their advertising was very misleading and sets up a trap for senior citizens.
I then emailed their support service and the representative reissued the conditions and terms statement.
I then asked if I returned the unopened package to them if they would refund my $89.71. They answered "correct" I do have the USPS tracking number. to verify that I sent it.
They sent me a statement via email...saying my account was closed. I asked when I would receive the refund, and I was emailed that since I had reported the charge to my bank and that they had to pay $45.00 for the dispute, that I would not received any refund regardless of the outcome!! I now have no product and no refund.
It seems their business practice is not made in good faith. It simply isn't fair.

Nutrax Oil had stated that if I returned the CBD bottle and pills that they would give me a full refund. I mailed the package UPS, which they acknowledged in an email. I asked when the refund would be credited to my account, I was told that because I complained to my bank, they had to pay a $45.oo fee....therefore they would not refund any of my $89.71.

This company is using the names of celebrities to promote their product and not being forthright and up front that you have to call them within a seventeen day trial to cancel auto shipment that you were not aware that you signed up for in the first place..As for the effectiveness of the product, I did not get any relief of pain. Definitely a racket they are running!!!

Our company is not associated with any celebrities. We have 3rd parties do our advertising and unfortunately there are some that misrepresent our company for the sake of making sales. If you can send us the link to ad we can find out which advertiser was doing this. We can see that you called and cancelled your account with us and you were given options on returning the products for a refund, or keeping them along with receiving a partial refund. You have chosen to keep the products and received two $50 refunds back towards the charges. Please let us know if changed you mind and rather send the products back.

I saw an add for a free sample of CBD oil on line and it looked like something that I would like to try. It said free except for shipping. So I filled out the information of what they needed and put the price of the shipping on my credit card. Nowhere in the add did it say that I would be charged for anything else. I received the product and there was no paperwork saying I would be charged for the free sample. I got my credit card bill today and it had charged me full price for the free samples that were sent to. I called and they said that there was not anything I could do to take that charge off. I was very mad and told them that they were pulling a fraud and that I would get in touch with the Revdex.com. I have reported this to my bank that I have the credit card with.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 04/18/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.77 and $6.22. Your trial ended on 05/06/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

We went ahead and cancel your account today. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.

Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process refund of $88.52 and $88.71.

Ordered OIl & Capsulses Nutrax Oil as a free trial and now I am being charged $ 80+ dollars for each of the products. This is such a scam, I called customer support and I was told that I agreed to some terms and conditions, I explicitly remember the ad I was directed to stating that this was a free trial and would NOT sign you up for a autoship. The disclosure for cancellation was not well represented these types of offering are a way to scam people out of more money.

I never agreed to sing up for a monthly recurring subscription and if I did it was not clearly defined anywhere on the site I was told it was under term and conditions again do not recall seeing on the web site, if I would have know this ahead of time I would have not ordered the products.
The package I recieved contained nothing but the two bottles. NO INVOICE/ PACKING SLIP/ NOTHING
Two weeks later they hit my cc up for just under $90 -- TWICE in the same day which I did not know about until today when someone tried to use my cc & my fraud alert caught it (unfortunately it did NOT catch their first two hits). Then I pulled up my account & saw the two previous charges. I was told by my cc company that I had to call "Re-Roboot" to get a refund because I had intially given them my card number for the Shipping/handling of the "Free trial". Synchrony cancelled said card & is reissueing me another since it's obviously been hacked now.
Upon calling was told that they would cancel my monthly subscription but could not give me a refund as I did not cancel within 17 days ( how could I determine the products are working within 17 days?), the representative went on to say as a "one time only special deal" he would refund $120 -- $60 less than what I was charged.

Celebrities and doctors that participate and endorse in this type of marketing scheme should be ashamed of themselves. Free should be free and these sites should clearly state their intentions on the actual page not on some lengthy terms and conditions statement under a seperate cover. In addition, the invoice (WHICH SHOULD BE IN PACKAGING!!) should also state the cancellation policy and that there will be recurring charges.

I only trusted these people because one of the radio hosts that I listen to (& trusted) recommended them -- Never again!

I ordered a sample of two bottles of CBD from Nutraxoil.
I was charged full price on my credit card without my authorization for these two bottles.
On 4-24-2020 I ordered 2 items for a total cost of $12.99. On 5-13-2020 Nutraxoil charged my credit card with two charges of $89.71 and $88.52. I contacted the company and asked for a full refund of these two amounts. They refused to refund the full amount but did refund $40 per charge.Saw this offer on Facebook. My credit card company(Barclay) will not let me dispute the charges until it shows up as an authorized charge.

Desired Outcome

I expect a full refund of the $89.71 and $88.52 charges. A total of $178.23.

They have given me a $40 credit on my credit card for each purchase. I still want the rest of my money refunded.

We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our products free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel within trial, upon expiration you are billed the retail price of the products as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days.

The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products.

Your account was cancelled on 05/14/2020 when you called us and you were refunded $80.00 towards the charges. At the time of your call you were given options for either returning the SEALED products full refund or getting a partial courtesy refund which is $80.00. You chose to accept the partial refund and your account was also cancelled. Please let us know if you changed your mind and you like to return the SEALED products for a full refund.

I did not understand the terms of the trial period. It is impossible to try the product for 14 days and know if it is going to benefit you in any way. Then if you do try it, how can you return it SEALED for a full refund? Why would anyone pay $89.71 or $88.52 for a tiny bottle with a dropper that only lasts one month? You can purchase CBD from many places for half that price or less. I will let my friends and family know of my experience with Nutraxoil and warn them never to purchase anything from them. It is a come-on, very dishonest and a scam. Shame on this company.

2 sample products ordered and paid for. Later I was billed $178.23 for these two products. I was promised $140.back but I still want my $38.23.
I purchased two sample bottles of Nutrax oil and capsules in April, 2020. I paid for the samples and on May 12th I get billed $88.52 for 1 sample and $89.71 for the other. They said that I received a e-mail and I was supposedly told to call within 14 days to cancel the product. I never received any e-mails from them but I checked on May 12th and the e-mails were in spam but there was nothing on the e-mail to tell me to call anyone. I called them on May 12th to complain and they finally agreed to send me $80. I still complained and told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com.Now they finally agreed to send me $140. I received a e-mail from them in my spam folder that said they were going to send me a refund but it did not have a amount on the e-mail. If I get the $140 I still want the rest of the charges on my Debit card which totals $38.23.I thank you for your help in this matter.

Yes I received all my money back but they lied when they said I received a e-mail and I was suppose to respond to them in 14 days. I received 2 e-mails that went to my spam folder and neither e-mail said any thing about calling them and there were no phone numbers. I think this company is out to rip people off. They first offered me $40 for each item and said that was as high as they could go. It was only when I told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com that they offered me $70 for each item. Thanks to the Revdex.com and I received 100% of my money. Most people would not go as far as I did and that company would have free money from I am sure millions of people. This company should be closed down. I don't know how to do that or do I have enough money to do something like that. Thank you so much for helping me.

I do not wish to receive this product that they continue to send me. There is no way of cancelling product.
I have no record of this order whatsoever.
