I read a ad free sample of their oil and capsules just pay shipping tryed the product didn't have any effects 28 days later received another bottle of each no billing statement with product checked my bank statement was billed 4 charges totaling 356,46 I called customer service told the very Rude guy that I didn't enroll in a monthly order he said it was in the terms and agreement after some argument he agreed to cancel my order and refund me 90 dollars This company is a total Ripoff They should be put out of business !!

I ordered a free trial and now they are billing me over 170 dollars. I don't want this product. I called and left messages and no response. free trial
They charged my credit card for 88.52 and 89.71 on 4/10 I did not authorize this charge only a free trial. will not return calls. I filed a dispute with my credit card on 4/28/2020. It looks like other people have bad things to say about this company. I never received any other product than the free trial.Thanks for any help

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Continue to be billed as a monthly auto renewable order after repeated attempts to have it stopped.

They start your "trial " from date of order,3/3/20 not date received 3/9/20. They "added" another product and wouldn't let you cancel at the low low price of an additional $88.52! Then share your cc # with an online fitness class for another $8.95 monthly. Customer service very condescending. Would not refund my money even tho I called and cancelled by the 2 weeks they give you for your trial !

This company is using false advertising offering a free sample of their products, then enrolling you in a monthly subscription service without your consent. They send you a product you believe you have paid 6.99 for to try. They send you no information with the product, no mention of a need to cancel within14 days or the actual price of the product. Then charge you 89.00 dollars monthly without your consent. And then when you try to return the product you did not intend to buy try to charge you a 18.00 restocking fee. This a horrible company preying upon elderly people. They do not clearly explain what you are agreeing to. Avoid at all cost

I ordered a sample of there product, I keep receiving bottles every week, I have tried to get information to send all the additional bottles sent
I need to return and get credit for all the additional bottles that were sent without my knowledge, and were charged to me without me knowing,can't get a hold of anyone

False advertisement trial size was 6.99 now I am getting charged for full size order which they said cant cancel. Charging 89.00 false advertising..
False advertising...refused to cancel my order which was just placed last night..why am I being charged 89.00 and 6.99 for trial size? They were very nasty to me and I have to cancel my credit card.

On 2/22/2020 I ordered 2 items for a total cost of $12.99. Since then they have exhausted the funds from the prepaid credit card totaling $89.53.

The fraudulent charges were to a Vanilla One prepaid card. I cannot obtain the exact dates of the charges due to my card being closed for lack of any remaining funds. I had notified Vanilla One on 4/1/2020 of the initial fraudulent charge of $80.00 leaving a minimal balance of $1.53 which has since then been fraudulently used. I cannot believe that Vanilla One allowed the second charge even after my complaint. Due to my account for this card being shut down I cannot confirm that Nutrax Oil took the remaining funds, but I am assuming so. Vanilla One confirmed the initial charge of $80.00 or $80.03 in February. I made Vanilla One aware of the charge as soon as I discovered the missing funds.
I have not received any additional items from them other than the original order of sample items.

I was unknowingly charged for a subscription I didn't sign up for. I thought it was a free trial.
I ordered what I thought was a free trial of CBD oil on 2/28/2020. I paid $6.77 for shipping. Upon looking at my bank statements I see that I was charged twice on 3/18/2020 from this company. One charge was for $89.71, and the other was for $88.52. I called the customer cr (877-227-5273). I was never told a company name when I called until I asked, the man I spoke to never gave me his name. When he asked for my name to look up my information he immediately came back on the line and told me why I was charged the charges above, without ever telling him why I was calling. To me that seems that they know they're scamming people. He explained to me I apparently had 14 days to call them and end my "membership" that I didn't realize I signed up for in order to not be charged and that the 2 charges were for CBD oil and some kind of capsules. I never ordered the capsules, nor did I receive them. When I explained this to the man on the phone he told me to look up the usps tracking number and try to figure it out with them and that he would only refund me for $45. I had no idea I would have been charged over $160 for not canceling a "membership". I thought I was just getting a free trial of oil. The oil didn't work the way they said it would and the amount was so tiny there's no way it's worth almost $90. When I went to look up this company's website, they had nothing in the fine print about being charged for a "membership". They know they are scamming people and refuse to give refunds. Even for products I didn't receive and that did not work.

Conformation No. for my cancelling was XXXXX dated 1/27/20.

Do not trust this company. They say it's "free" with only shipping charge and then 1-2 months later you start getting recurring charge of $89.71.

responded to add on face book on 3/4/2020 for CBD oil and pill ad said just pay for shipping and handling,this was chg on 3/04/2020 in the amt of 6.22 & 6.77 on 3/23/2020 without my authorization or knowledge they chg 89.71 on 3/23/2020 and when I tried to reach the under the name that was was facebook (Renew U 365) that name didnot exist nor did the phone of 855-472-2836. Since this was done on face book I do not have a receipt for all the transaction only the charges on my credit card.

Total rip-off! I did not sign up for auto ship but they charged my account $178. It was supposed to be free trial! And now I am fighting to get my money back

Zero stars. They shipped me a bottle which I paid for the shipping on, when I called to cancel they tried to up sell me for more oil, then said if I wish to cancel my order they require me to ship back the product for which I already paid. I have never in my life heard such ***. They said it doesn't matter if the product has been opened please ship it back to us and pay for shipping, so basically pay twice to have a product shipped and get nothing in return. Luckily I raised hell and got a manager to cancel my subscription because the marketing is misleading. To charge people to try a health product just to hold them hostage in an agreement they left to be unclear and misleading is part of the reason this world sucks now. People trying to take advantage of those who don't read every millimeter or fine print to then get *** financially is a travesty and this company and everyone like it should be punished like they used to do to criminals in the Wild West.

Actually, there is information on their web site about a person ordering the product for free, just paying for shipping then they will be sending you automatic shipments at a regular time for quite a bit of money. I was lucky in the fact that I went to the web site and found that information. Not easy to find so that is part of the scam. I called and was given a conformation number that confirms my opt out of any shipments. I am not happy with the product. Mislead..thought it was a topical. Stupid me for not looking into the product and company before I jumped. Oh well, thank goodness it wasn't a lot of money. I am just going to throw the stuff out!

I ordered a free sample of their cbd oil and tablets on Feb 21 2020 and was charged for shipping only 6.77 and 6.22$ The products arrived and bottles are for one month supply. On March 9 2020 they tried to charge me for 89.71 for the product saying it was for a full supply of which I of course did not order. My credit card company(Capital One) declined the charge I called them to find out what this charge was for and they told me I owed this for the product. I declined and they said they would lower the price and I told them I didn't want it and would not be paying anymore since I ordered a FREE sample I told them they were fraudulently selling a product and I would be reporting them.They said the account would be deleted. I didn't know I had an account! I also reported this to the FTC

Never ordered anything from this company. Received a bottle of cbd oil in mail. I called and was told my cc was being charged $6.77 for shipping. Was told they cancelled my subscription, even though I never ordered. When asked what email address they had for me it was not my email address. When asked what the credit card was they have on file for me they gave me the last 4 digits of a credit card that don't match any of mine. I have no clue how this company got my name and address. This company does not seem real! Please be careful.

I too tried the oil because it was associated with Sean Hannity. I caught a glimpse of what was likely a chance to opt out of the subscription (the box appeared to have an x in at the far left bottom as I was submitting my order.
I tried the product for about 3-4 weeks and noticed no difference in anything, was taking for some off and on back pain and hopes of weight lost. Neither happened.
I got a box in the mail and checked my charge card and sure enough a payment of $89.71 was on it. Went online and got this Revdex.com site and their ph. # and got a hard to understand customer rep. But I did get a full credit on my statement for $90 and it was posted before I got to my credit card statement...so they did make good on that and stopped my so called subscription without a hassle. If it's too good to be true...it's a scam for sure.
