Total RIP OFF they associated them selves with Kobe Bryant how dare them.
I got a free trial of which I only paid shipping and then with in 2 weeks they charged my account twice once for $88.52 then same day for $89.71. When I called they where very rude, yes she canceled my account, but would not return the pending charges. VERY RUDE

I purchased 1 trial size CBD oil & 1 bottle CBD capsules. I paid for these products and then was charged (2) $86 by the company for subscription
Two payments of $86 & $87 were deducted from my debit card that I used to purchase the trial CBD products. I called and was told that I was charged because when I brought the sample I brought a subscription. I requested a refund and cancellation and was told I could not. I brought this through the internet and have noticed now that this has happened to several people. I need help with my refund.

Desired Outcome

Refund of the charges

This company charged me after we thought it was just a trial to pay shipping and handling. They are scam artists!! Look at the Revdex.com review. They are listed as a scam alert!!

Dishonest. I feel SO DUMB for falling for this!!! DO NOT TRUST!!! Ugh. The free trial I did request was associated with Sean Hannity on Facebook. I am guessing that this was probably false advertisement. Be very leery of this company! I called and cancelled my credit card right away after I realized what I had done!

Total Rip-off business!! Ad said pay $6.77 shipping only for free bottle of oil. Received oil and then a couple weeks later a $89.71 charges appeared on my credit card. Customer Service Rep said he can only cancel our membership & give us a $40 refund. I told him I never signed up for a membership. I only ordered the free sample & I paid for the shipping. I told him I want the full refund & no membership, that we did not ask for. No where was anything listed about a membership or a 14 day trial.Rep also said I would need to be on a 3 way conference call with them and my bank for full refund dispute. I have disputed with my bank for them to handle.

Beware, they charge you over $150.00 if you dont return it within 14 days. When you call, they refuse to refund your money even if you offer to return the oil and capsules. Their customer service person was rude and not willing to offer any assistance.

I called to request an RMA # in order to return this shipment and cancel this service the customer service rep YVONNE issued the RMA then stated a partial refund of $70 would be issued immediately and then once the product was received, an additional partial refund would be issued when I expect a full refund of what I paid. I paid a total of $178.23 leaving an additional refund due of $108.23. I was told that I would be charged a restocking fee of $19.99 for each of 4 Bottles. In essence I am paying just under $80 for 4 bottles, each of which fits in the palm of my hand. This is probably what the product is worth so they lose nothing and get back 2 bottles unopened that they can resell and 2 bottles they will destroy, according to Yvonne. Is this a fair business practice? Yvonne stated she is a call center only and couldn't tell me the name of the company she represents. There is something seriously wrong with this concept.

Desired Outcome

Refund Upon receipt by the company of my return, I would like a full refund of the $178.23 that I paid. Thank you. *** ***@aol.com XXX-XXX-XXXX

Very dishonest. Ad was associated with Sean Hannity, said $6.99 for CBC oil sample. A month later my credit card was charged $89.01 for something called Prevent Ad Wrinkle cream, which I never even heard of! When I called the company's customer service department, they said the cream already shipped to my residence and could only refund $20. I got the refund but no cream. I learned my lesson about ordering from internet ads. Just don't do it!

Never buy anything from Nutrax! We had a very hard time dealing with their Customer Service after they charged us $88.52 & $89.71 for products we never ordered. Jarvis the Customer Service Rep said he can only cancel our membership & give us a $40 each refund. We told him we never signed up for a membership. We only ordered the free samples & we paid for the shipping. We told him we want the full refund & no membership, that we did not ask for. We told him we will be reporting this to Visa & they can loose their Visa merchant account from too many complaints from customers. We told Jarvis we want to speak to his supervisor. He placed us on a 10 second or so hold, said he has notified that he needs a supervisor. So he said he talked to his manager & that he can give us a $70 refund for each charge. We told him no, we want a full refund. After him making excuses & trying not to refund us, Jarvis finally said he would refund us the full amount but it will take 7 to 10 days before we see it in our account. I got a confirmation # & he emailed them to me also. After I got off the phone, I checked my email & Jarvis sent the emails, but he never stated it was a full refund or a dollar amount. So we will see if he refunds is the full amount without us having to demand it again. So tired of scammers.

Dishonest. Billed for something I did not order and then placed on a repeat billing cycle!! The item I did request was associated with Sean Hannity - a name I trusted. I am guessing that this was probably false advertisement. Be very leery of this company!

This product was purchased as a sample. It was not effective so not even used. No paperwork with the sample indicating use instructions.
3 weeks later I received 2 separate $90 charges for the product I did not use or like. When I called they indicated I could not get a refund and that I did receive terms and conditions with the order, which I did not get.
Beware of this type of marketing. A good product does not have to force you to purchase it and refuse refund

Ordered bottle of CBD oil. Ad said try a bottle for free, just pay shipping for $6.77. They charged card additional $89.71 without authorization
Ordered A small bottle CBD oil from "Nutrax Oil" for shipping of $6.77 On Jan.2, 2020. Add said try risk free, Had no time limits to cancel account or anything about further purchases billed. Product arrived in ten days, and at two weeks they put additional $89.71 on credit card without authorization.

Called, they specified there was a two week cancelation which did not exist. They refused to refund $89.71 back to card.

Desired Outcome

$89.71 charged to my card without authorization by me.
