The O2PUR television advertisement that is running, offered a free standard level e-cigarette with the purchase of one bottle of e-liquid for $4.95. This free e-cigarette with $4.95 purchase offer is clearly identified on the screen multiple times. Callers are then offered a series of upgrades that...

clearly define what the cost is for each upgrade. If the caller does not double opt-in, they are only charged the $4.95 as advertised. Our system is a double opt-in that clearly identifies each and every charge not once but twice. The caller must confirm twice before any charge is made. On 01/06/2017 09:24am Order Created, The Customer called our automated DOUBLE OPT IN order line and upgraded his order to our "Standard Switch System" which is sold for 3 payments of 39.95 and includes an upgraded e-cigarette and a package of accessories and extras. On 01/06/2017 The Customer was billed the first payment of $39.95. The Customer called in on 01/17/2017 03:25pm and informed us that he did not think he ordered the upgrade. O2PUR was unable to stop the shipment as it had already processed and was shipped on 1/13/17. We do understand that sometimes there can be some confusion when using our automated system and due to that confusion we are going to as a one-time gesture to the customer refund him in full via check sent via trackable mail to insure that he receives his refund and is made whole. We have canceled his account and for protection we have blocked this account and will no longer be able to send any orders to The Customer.Tell us why here...

 Hello! I just pulled the copy of the check up!! Yes, I do remember the check!! For some reason, I had it confused with another company!! Please ask O2 Pur to accept my most humble apology!!! Truly, I had to see the copy of the check to make sure, but yes, everything is good!!! Thank you so much for your assistance in this matter! And Thank You O2 Pur for doing the right thing!! We received the customers shipment and are refunding the money spent on the order of $4.95 as of today. The customer should see this refund reflected on their account within the next few business days, this is in reference to complaint # 11911638 which was the same customer, same complaint that we...

had answered previously. The transaction ID for this refund is:  Refunded - $4.95 Trans-ID: [redacted]. We can only refund the amount that was charged to the customer.  Hopefully, this closes the complaint and satisfies the customers concerns. As a precaution we have set the customers account so that no future billing or orders will take place. This is to protect both the customer and the company.

tracking number [redacted]. USPS note Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 1:39 pm on October 11, 2016 in NANTICOKE, PA 18634. [redacted] was billed the second payment of $39.95  on 11/6/16. [redacted] called in and was confused as to what she purchase. O2PUR gave [redacted] two choices. Choice one, [redacted] could keep her product and we would do a partial refund of $20.00, or second, [redacted] could send all of the products back and receive a 100% refund. [redacted] agreed to choice one and we refunded her $20.00. It now appears as if [redacted] may want something different. I have issued an RMAnumber for [redacted]. If [redacted] would rather have all of the money returned then simply package up our products and once the products are received back at the O2PUR Fulfilment Center, within 48 hours O2PUR will credit her account the remaining balance. So choice one, keep the products and receive a $20.00 refund as agreed and executed, or choice two, using the RMA numberassigned, return the product and receive a full refund. If [redacted] elects to return the product the RMA Number is: [redacted]. Make sure this RMA number is visible on the return package. We highly recommend that [redacted] use a shippingmethod that istrackable with signature so [redacted] canconfirm thepackage was returned to us. If [redacted] elects to keep the products then we have already stopped any further payments and refunded her $20.00, so nothing need to happen further. Please let us know what [redacted] would like to do.

cumulatively with no results.We would need to see some kind of proof of purchase to further research this alleged transaction.Currently we dispute that [redacted] is our customer, and would ask that this claim not be attached to our company without proof of purchase.

Please make sure that [redacted] takes a copy of both the front and the back of the check to the bank. Once this has been done, please let us know the findings.

There was a mistake made with this customers account, we have corrected the mistake and coached the employee that made the mistake to correct it moving forward. Due to the mistake made on this account, we have refunded the customer in full and have asked her to keep the product.  I spoke...

to the customer and assured her that we are refunding all 39.95 (two refunds 1 for 20.00 and 1 for 19.95) spent and informed her that it can take up to 96 hours to post to her account, (depending on her banks policies and procedures). I also asked her to let us know should she have any issues with her refund. She stated she would be contacting the Revdex.com once her refund has posted to let them know that she was taken care of successfully.

 also the only reason I am getting my refund is because I called customer service and they said, since you have not used the product, we will refund the money. so they are refunding me the money, because I did not use the product. if I would have used it, I would have not been entitled for a full refund. their ad's says risk free , how can I try something if I cannot use it? I did read reviews online, and numerous people were not given an refund because they had opened and used the product.  also their ads said if you dont like the product, keep it, and we will refund. how they are asking for the product back. no problem take it .  I would like for them to pay for the shipping back. I took it to USPS and they said it will cost around $7.50 USD to ship the item back. I want O2PUR to pay for the return shipping because of their false advertising and misrepresentation.  waiting for your haste response

I am rejecting this response because: I have yet to receive the first $20 refund, it was never sent. I'm teguards to the acceptance by pressing 1 or saying yes twice, I pressed #2 which by there system ment no, refuse. I continued to press 2 thruoyr the automated system. I have tecieved the remaining $19.95 but never tecieved the first $20 as said I would. When I was given the 50% off, I was told the product had been shipped, I called a couple days later to find out why I hadn't tecieved the refund or product. I was given a number to check with bank bout refund, also was informed they were backordered on product! They kept giving me different stories. I STILL Have not tecieved the first $20 that was sposedly sent, there for this situation is not resolved. Thank you. [redacted]
