We have attempted several times to resolve the situation with MS [redacted] but unfortunately we are unable to assist her at this timeAt no time was she unaware of the situation along the wayWe have sent a certified letter explaining the situation to her

Oasis had a difficult time in verifying the information that [redacted] supplied to usWe were finally able to verify her information on the size="2">th of October and as a result were able to send funds to her the financial assistance she requested Tell us why here

I have called this company numerous amounts of times regarding my current personal injury case and have yet to hear back from themI think it is very unprofessional that nobody can return my emails, calls, or online chat requestSad....I do not recommend this company being their customer service is garbage

So I decided to go to oasis for financial funding because I have seen the [redacted] commercials and guess what they denied me even then my case is legit and I need the money because me being a college student debt is coming along couldn't hold down a job due to lower back problems and college scheduleso when I call and ask why they didn't even give me an exact answer and they didn't even call me back from a week ago so I had to call themlairs that they wouldn't even recommend them at all advisement

We are sorry that Mr [redacted] had an issue but Oasis Financial does not do Auto Warranty coverage and we do not show him as a consumer of Oasis

Because my lawyer told them to approve the additional fundingHe told them almost the same thing I didThat I had, had numerous surgeries and applied numerous times over the last year and they keep denying meHe said I shouldn't have been denied funding bc each additional surgery raises the value of the case, so there is no reason why my funding should've been deniedAlso they were kind of rude and told me over the phone that they make the decisions not my attorney

Absolutely unprofessional I submitted an application online for a small advance; called to follow up a week later, they said they never received itI made another application over the phone Called again another week or so to follow up, this time I was told I was deniedAsked why, was told it was the underwriter's decisionOf course I, or the customer service rep, could not speak to underwritingAsked why I wasn't notified by email, phone or mail, rep just repeated that application was denied Spoke to my attorney's office, was told Oasis never requested any info from themI tried emailing and calling both their Director of Servicing and Chief Operations Officer to get some straight answers; was told they don't speak to clientsI then tried one last time to explain issue to this CSR, but it appeared she was using canned answers and talking in circles Very disappointing as I have used them before, but apparently things have changed and Oasis now values secrecy and sloppiness above all else Do NOT use this Oasis

This company approved me for a loan and the process took from a Saturday when I first called to Tuesday night when it was depositedThe fees are definitely high but I needed money and it worked outThere was an issue with the payout taking about hours longer than it should have and I will be receiving a refund of 1/the cost to transfer the money tomorrowIt cost me $to western union it but the bank transfer was the same price and took longer somehowAny bank transfer I've ever made or received was instant and freeSince when are bank transfers not free?? I would only recommend using this service if you have no other options as it is very pricey

I had signed up for help from oasis financial and was told that I told by oasis that they was going to be able to give me $ against my case which is really nothing They had sent me the contract to sign and I sent it back and they sent it back to my lawyer to sign then I was told today that I am now not getting it after doing all that signing they are lyresthey say they can help you and then turn around and deny you after they tell you yes we can help you and tell you what you was going to get ,then do an about face and tell you noI would not recommend them to anyone because they lye
