I Thomas *** of ***,vaBorrowed monies from this company on a settlement that I'm waiting to receive, but my problem is I borrowed about $dollars and they are expecting me to pay them back $16,backThis is crazy, because after my settlement is over I will barely get back a $1,dollars back off of a $70,dollar settlementI feel that it is a miss judgement on the commercials that they portray to help you they are just a miss representation of the way they operateCROOKSITS HIGHWAY ROBBERY

We have attempted several times to resolve the situation with MS *** but unfortunately we are unable to assist her at this timeAt no time was she unaware of the situation along the wayWe have sent a certified letter explaining the situation to her

Because my lawyer told them to
approve the additional fundingHe told them almost the same thing I didThat I had, had numerous surgeries and applied numerous times over the last year and they keep denying meHe said I shouldn't have been denied funding bc each additional surgery raises the value of the case, so there is no reason why my funding should've been deniedAlso they were kind of rude and told me over the phone that they make the decisions not my attorney

We have reached out to the consumer and their attorney and are provided additional financial assistance to them at this time

I made initial contact with this company by phone on a Monday, and was told by the representative that my application would be processed in to business daysThis is also the processing time frame promised on their websiteI explained to the person who accepted my application as well as another agent days later that I was under a funding deadline for Friday of that week and was assured that that would not be a problemIt was not until I heard from my attorney late Friday afternoon that my application had been denied due to the complexity of my caseNo one from Oasis has contacted me directly I would discourage doing business with this company Their advertising is misleading and they do not return phone calls

I have $25,settlement & got denied for a $1,000??? Don't waste your time

I met all requirements and I was still refused helpThe lady on the phone said my attorney was helpful but their underwriters refused to helpI filled out the application and was told ot was going to take a weekTheir clam of getting it the next day is falseI wouldnt recommend this company to a dying man

[redacted] applied with us on June 20, 2016.  We funded her on June 27, 2016...

for $525.  [redacted] requested an additional $2,000 less than 2 weeks later.  We declined her for addition funding due to the fact we did not want to overfund her case.  MS [redacted] called Oasis many times and she was upset that we were unable to provide her with additional funds.  We have reviewed her case since then and unfortunately we are not able to provide her with any additional funds at this time.

Unfortunately Mr. [redacted] allowed another company to fund behind us in the case violating our agreement.

So I decided to go to oasis for financial funding because I have seen the [redacted] commercials and guess what they denied me even then my case is legit and I need the money because me being a college student debt is coming along couldn't hold down a job due to lower back problems and college schedule. so when I call and ask why they didn't even give me an exact answer and they didn't even call me back from a week ago so I had to call them. lairs that they wouldn't even recommend them at all false advisement
