NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Lets just say they do not communicate well they don't tell you anythingjust read what we send you tell you one thing and do another so they tell me that they have to days to deliever my stuff after I advise them I want it They send an email saying they have recieved my request(i emailed them the request and they email me back saying I have to callreally)they send me another email saying they put it in a truck and it will be here in to dayswell when I call them on the 5th day they have no idea about time frame They can't get a hold of the driver was told the driver would call, he did not I ask the to confirm that that since they are delivering it outside of what they promise they will not charge for having to deliver it on monday, a holidaythey never call me back and when I call them they act like of courseone point I tell the delivery coordinator when she says she thinks they will be saturday but that is no

Worst move I've ever had! Total lies from start to finish Was quoted $for our move from Utah to Nevada-then told it would be $when the movers arrived? The movers broke different items and didn't disclose problem?? Called the person we were dealing with- Maurice- and he laughed at us-.-and said it WASN'T his problem??

I was quoted $5,and charged $8,and now the delivery is going to be late There was no communication as to why the delivery is going to be so late My wife and I have been living in a house with no furniture for over three weeks When I first emailed in the second week to get a update, I received a rude reply When I started calling, I was transferred to the scheduling dept and had to leave voice messages without receiving any replies The day before they were delinquent, I told the first person that answered that I did not want to be transferred to anyone's voice mail again and finally got a date as to when my goods would arrive, three to four business days longer than quoted on the contract I then asked to speak with customer support and again had to leave a voice message That was several hours ago and no one has called

Short story, DON'T move with OasisIf you want the long story read the following: I was moving from Southern California to Upstate New YorkI spent hours on the phone with multiple companies listing my belongings in order to get an accurate quoteBased on the original customer service and thoroughness I thought I received from Oasis I booked my move with themNot only were they courteous, I believed, based on the length of our conversations; my quote was a solid numberLittle did I know that "when the rubber hit the pavement" I couldn't have been more wrong I was originally quoted $When the movers showed up, they said carrying my stuff to the truck was a "long haul", (that was never mentioned to me) so they added $After loading, they said my belongings "took up more space" and added an additional $546, (not including "long haul charges") plus $for tape and shrink wrap, (I brought my own shrink wrap) plus fuel charges, my new balance was $Almost $

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This was a total sales job Make sure you read the contract when it comes to delivery dates My son's furniture was picked up on July from Flagstaff, AZ, and it just arrived in Connecticut today (over a month later) We were told to pick a delivery date, which we did, August 1st, but it wasn't even on a truck from Las Vegas until August 7th They charged extra for packing materials, but I must admit they did a great job packing up the furniture Then we were supposed to get a call the day before delivery, but instead, my son got a call minutes, yes that's minutes, before delivery! He had to leave a brand new job to go to his apartment to accept the furniture Then the huge truck could not fit in the driveway so they charged extra for over feet! The driver had the nerve to ask if he was going to get a $tip because the furniture was so heavy Don't use Oasis Moving We learned the hard way

Damaged our house and smelled of alcohol! We hired Oasis Moving and Storage to load and move out belongings and unload and set up at our new house Madeline in the office at Oasis set up the contract and made the reservation for men to come and the cost was to be $for hours They were to arrive between 1-5pm and call minutes from arrival I got a call around the day of the move (4/14/18) where a gentleman proceeded to try to push me to have men come at a higher price stating it would go quicker to which I said our agreement was for men and hours They got to our house around 4pm and lowered the ramp on their truck which I told them would not clear our drivewayOne man got out of the truck and argued with me while directing the other man to back into the driveway with the ramp down I continued to yell for the driver to stop but he kept coming on the orders of the man that was motioning him to keep going The truck began to rip our cement up and I was finally

I have gotten a wrong boxAnd lost oneIt was peaked season so I know things can take Awhile to findNevertheless, the customer service manager who I have contacted with personally pick up the box and gave me my missing boxSince the dispatch coudlnt fit my scheduleThe estimate was what I expectedTook Awhile to deliver but kept communicatedNot enough people customer write good reviewsBut if u understand moving companies this is one to trust

Was in a pinch when other moving company never showed up Oasis was initially helpful, but the delivery was HORRENDOUS! The subcontracted delivery person was downright nasty He took an attitude regarding off-loading of the wheeler to a smaller truck due to delivery contraints ( which we were required to pay extra for in advance) Then, despite his helpers attempting to assist me and my year old mother in organizing the unloading of the contents, he kept yelling at the othe workers to "hurry up", "lets get this done" When I pointed out that several items were obviously badly damaged, he was completely unconcerned and the response was to "put in a claim"When I questioned where the parts were for a trundle bed that the moving company dis-assembled and were supposed to re-assemble at the delivery location, the mover just shrugged his shoulders and said to put that in the claim too In additon to multiple broken items, they not only lost the hardware for the trundle bed, but also the antique mirror that was part of an antique dresser To add insult to injury, I just received a claim offer for $for all the missing and damaged property Unbelievable!

I had a very poor experience with Oasis this time around I would avoid them like the plague I overpaid and did not get nearly the same level of service that I had received in the past Then, they don't respond or acknowledge my emails expressing frustration I do not recommend them PICK UP: - Changed the packing timeline at the very last minute and did a lot of the packing before I had returned from work - Packed sloppily a) Painting from my deceased grandmother got scratched b) Family pictures got scratched c) Computer monitors were not wrapped like agreed to d) Lamp shade was jammed awkwardly in laundry basket e) Electronic scale just tossed in to another box f) Pieces were not packed with associated furniture g) In the past, my $bike had been wrapped These guys just tossed it in - Increased the price - the guys in the past had been very good about coming in at the price I thought that we had updated our list (and we stuck to it) including the packing supplies He then increased it by like $the night of the pick up We didn't even back everything that was on our list DROP OFF: - We did not get our desired delivery date (though it was within the contract so I guess I can't really complain other than the fact that the last two times you guys were able to do it on the exact day that I requested) - The delivery team let us know the day before that they would be dropping off and that we could expect them late morning Then, we got a call that morning saying that they would be arriving at 5:30pm (this made it so my family had to go back to where we were staying the night before) Then, they didn't end up arriving until 7:30pm The unloading went until about 1:45am It was disruptive to the neighbors and extremely disruptive to me as I had to be in the office the next morning at 7:00am - To make matters worse, the packing team did not have a lot of the stuff packed with the associated furniture and therefore a lot of the furniture did not get set up A lot of the furniture that I had expected to have set up, was not set up

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company should not be in business! Worst experience of my life! BRIEF summary below
- You will not pay the quoted price, they nickle and dime you on everything, and say if you don't pay the new price they wont deliver your things
- It took them almost months to deliver my stuff They were well outside the delivery time frame and not only did nothing to fix it, I never even received an apologyAt one point they flat out told me they "Had no idea where my stuff was"
- I received several things that were not mine and several of my items were broken costing me hundreds of dollars, including items that are very hard to break
- The "Customer service department" is 100% non-existentDespite me calling times a day for weeks straight, I was never once able to get in contact with themAccording to the "dispatcher" I spoke with they were busy and would call me backI'm still waiting for that call months later
RUN AWAY from Oasis, FAST!

Worst Moving Experience Ever!!
I share my story to save anyone else from the nightmare we lived
We hired Oasis Movers based on a recommendation of a friend who had moved cross country prior to usWe were moving from Seattle area to Orlando, which we had done years prior with no issues At first we spoke to a very nice agent who gave us our quote and set everything up for us We confirmed the move for July 31, and paid the required deposit We were told they set up your pick on a day window of time We confirmed the dates would be July 29th -31st, we had to vacate our apartment on the 31st so the dates worked well for us They told us the driver would contact us hours before the pickup and as of July 28th we hadn't heard anything from the movers By the end of the 28th I called the company due to concern I spoke to the same agent I had previously and as always she was helpful and apologized that the driver had not contacted us I was given our drivers phone number

This is an email I received from their HR after they lied to me repeatedly about when my belongings would arriveFirst they said 5-days then then told me they legally had and then when it was close to the days they lied and said they legally had business days- this email is from their HR
Meagan,
I tried to treat you in a professional manner but that's not enough for you, you are not hearing what you want to hear and therefore you call me out of my name which sounds like you lack education and professionalismIn my opinion ditto but if you need any further assistance you will not be getting it from me, you really have some nerve talking like that to somebody you don't even knowHave a good one!
By the way "customer" is spelled like this not "costomer" J

Worst move I've ever had! Total lies from start to finish
Was quoted $for our move from Utah to Nevada-then told it would be $when the movers arrived? The movers broke different items and didn't disclose problem?? Called the person we were dealing with- Maurice- and he laughed at us-.-and said it WASN'T his problem??

Over charged a minimum of $more than quoted with no apparent reference to $deposit
Combined would be overcharge of $
At that time the piteam informed her that they did not have the required credit card payment paperwork with them and that she would have to call the office to pay for the pick-up She proceeded to call the office's billing department and left a message The billing department returned her call about an hour later, while she was driving, to complete the transaction Although the billing associate asked for the order number to look up the account, the associate then relied on my daughter (again, who was driving) to relay the amount to be charged The billing associate then charged her what she thought was the balance of the monies due, $2564.33, without confirming the amount due with the order information on file This amount does not square with any of the numbers I had, nor does it account for the deposit or military discount And, therefore,

regardless of the poor customer service and tardiness of the delivery, the real problem is that they sent a 53' truck to perform the final delivery in boise the address is an apartment complex they knew it was an apartment complex from both the address and conversations they still sent a 53' truck now they want to charge me to make the delivery happen since they need a smaller truck I do not understand why I have to pay because they can't manage a move properly

It has been a very negative experience working with this companyWe moved from Utah to Fort Worth last weekFirst of all, they kept changing the pick up date, which made packing more stressfulWhen the movers came to pick up our stuff, they were inconsiderateThey wrapped and packed a piece of furniture that was not supposed to be taken, and when it was brought to their attention, they refused to remove it from the truckWe are still awaiting the arrival of our stuffWhen we call customer service to ask about the progress of our truck, they have been short with us and told us that it hasn't been scheduled for delivery yetThey just told us today that it can take 1-business days to be deliveredWe were not told that originally, and are not prepared to wait weeks to get all of our furniture, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etcWe are sitting in an empty apartment waiting for our things and it is very frustrating to receive no help and have no way to rush the process

The worst moving company of all-timeThey make a low-ball quote on our Interstate move and completely overcharged once they move your stuff into their truckOur initial quote was for $3,400, and once it was all over, the amount grew to 7,
Although I overestimated my inventory, this company had the nerve to say I had more than originally statedAlso, Oasis has a lot of hidden fees
The customer service is more than rudePlus, it's tough to deal with the person, who initially set up the move in the beginningThey basically go into hiding
This company is full of crooks and I would strongly urge anyone to stay away from them

This company is a straight rip offMy husband and I spent hours researching for moving company that we thought we could trust, little did we know that Oasis was one the one we should have stayed away fromI was on the phone with them for hours on several occasion giving them details about the items I had and making sure there was no hidden feesI was quoted a certain amount and when the movers got there they added another $on to the amount that we were quotedMy husband and I had to make the difficult decision of leaving our bed behind because for whatever reason they decided not to put our bed on the listed of things that we told themAnd still we had to pay a extra $DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!

The worst moving company in the country
First they denied the initial quote and gave a non-binding 'estimate' when actually on site They then billed me for an additional Lbs having received it at the Hub When actually weighed upon delivery the original quote was correct but I am still seeking a refund for the 140o Lbs I was over-billed forThe best bit is that after confirming the weight and insisting upon payment they either 'lost' about Lbs of my stuff (and some was missing upon delivery) and breaking a lot of the remainder, the only way to try and collect money from them is to file suit in Nevada So unless you want your stuff lost and broken, be over-billed for services rendered and are able to go to Nevada to sue for your money back I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole
Complete rip-off and I strongly recommend you avoid them
Pity I can't give zero stars
