My estimate originally started at $and I ended up paying over $after all is said and doneAfter countless disorganized complaints that I had with Oasis Moving company it was no surprise that the entire experience felt like I was being taken advantage of and scammedAlex was my original representative and the order was escalated to his manager Madeline who tried to do whatever they could to help correct the issues and the mistakes that they had made however the dispatchers were not very cooperative which proved to be a common issue across the companyMy stuff was not delivered when they said it would be delivered instead they had to come during while I was on vacation which inconvenienced me to have to overnight a key to somebody to meet them at my house I was threatened that if I was not available that they were going to charge me an additional $for additional storage and delivery chargesSince I was already being overcharged for the moving costs I wouldn't be able to afford that so I had no choice but to do whatever I could to make sure somebody was going to be hereAll of the boxes and almost all my furniture was damaged when they deliveredAnd I have several pieces of broken dishes tears in my sofa and a TV stand that is completely broken and needs to be thrown awayThey did not even put my stuff back together which was actually part of the agreement that I paid for they just left it all in my house in random locations.The movers also we're over an hour late and had the nerve to leave a bunch of trash in my front yard is if they cleaned out their truck and just decided to leave it in my front yardI do not recommend this company to anybody and I highly suggest you pay attention to reviews because they are not fakeThere are so many unmentioned details in my review due to the length of space I am allowed to type everything however take my word for it this company does not work on any ethical or moral standards whatsoeverEspecially when their customer service lady Kathleen decided to talk over me and yell at me on the phone when I was concerned about my delivery being scheduled while I was on vacation and proceed to call me a two-year-old and then hang up on me before having my matter resolvedDo not use this company these people are a joke!

I would never wish this on anyone That was the worst moving experience ever We are prior military and they managed to damage most of my valuables from overseas and had the worst service The damage was about $3,worth and they wanted to give me $for the damages, it was very insulting PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I don't know how they are still in business Take a look at all the reviews not just here but online I feel guilty for not posting this earlier and preventing people from making the same mistake I did

We hired Oasis for our move the day after ThanksgivingWe paid a $depositThey called hours to confirm and never showed upWe were left stranded, had to rent a truck and find people to help us move in a pinchWhen I called to get my money back for the deposit she claimed that have a window of two days to move usIt is not written in our contractThey lure customers in with their low pricing and then don't show upThey don't provide you with a number to call when they don't show up and their offices are closed on the weekendThey also have poor customer serviceI wouldn't recommend this moving company to my worst enemy!

They still owe me over $Marina and Tamara in accounting have avoided my calls and won't call me backThe owner EREZ won't call me either!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I wish I could give it stars as it seem most people that review this horrid company wouldn't give them any eitherAll I want is my money so I can be done with them!

I booked Oasis moving service for my from Scottsdale, AZ to Austin, TXThe quote that they provided over phone after taking all inventory was around $for cu ft
When the moving guys showed up at my address on 01/07/they already had picked up household stuff from somebody and the truck was more than 90% packedWhen I raised the concern they said, dont worry we will make spaceAfter that they actually moved the previous stuff and made some space
First red flag, they have already cheated a person before me claiming he used all available free space in the truck
When they finally packed my stuff and loaded in truck they played the same game with me quoting my stuff actually took cu ftThis was totally rubbish as there was no large stuff added to the listonly small things like trash cans, water coolers, water bottles and few more boxes were added

We used oasis for our move to Knoxville, tn. We where quoted 2,200 for the move ( three bedroom) it ended up being 4,300!! . We did get a free month rental at their Las Vegas location, but we where charged $400 more because we where 1 day late giving them an address as to where to deliver our stuff before the month was up but it should have been pro rated! For 1 day? And then they never delivered our belongings! We called 4-5 times and could never get a hold of anyone who could tells us where our stuff was and when it would be delivered? After 3 weeks we finally got hold of someone (other than a warehouse worker) and gave them a new address, which took another two weeks just to be loaded on a truck!. When our belongings got here over two months later, many boxes where smashed , torn and many belongings broken. The guy unloading one of are dressers even dropped it off of the ramp !, and he fell on top of me braking his fall! DO NOT USE OASIS!,, go use [redacted] or another carrier!

Was in a pinch when other moving company never showed up. Oasis was initially helpful, but the delivery was HORRENDOUS! The subcontracted delivery person was downright nasty. He took an attitude regarding off-loading of the 18 wheeler to a smaller truck due to delivery contraints ( which we were required to pay extra for in advance). Then, despite his helpers attempting to assist me and my 83 year old mother in organizing the unloading of the contents, he kept yelling at the othe workers to "hurry up", "lets get this done". When I pointed out that several items were obviously badly damaged, he was completely unconcerned and the response was to "put in a claim". When I questioned where the parts were for a trundle bed that the moving company dis-assembled and were supposed to re-assemble at the delivery location, the mover just shrugged his shoulders and said to put that in the claim too. In additon to multiple broken items, they not only lost the hardware for the trundle bed, but also the antique mirror that was part of an antique dresser. To add insult to injury, I just received a claim offer for $87 for all the missing and damaged property. Unbelievable!

I was quoted $5,200 and charged $8,500 and now the delivery is going to be late. There was no communication as to why the delivery is going to be so late. My wife and I have been living in a house with no furniture for over three weeks. When I first emailed in the second week to get a update, I received a rude reply. When I started calling, I was transferred to the scheduling dept and had to leave voice messages without receiving any replies. The day before they were delinquent, I told the first person that answered that I did not want to be transferred to anyone's voice mail again and finally got a date as to when my goods would arrive, three to four business days longer than quoted on the contract. I then asked to speak with customer support and again had to leave a voice message. That was several hours ago and no one has called.

Lousy packing and moving job! I wish I read the reviews before hiring them. They estimated the cost over the phone, we told them it is a 5-bedroom house, 3000sq. On the move day, they brought a small truck, told us they cannot do it on that day. They asked for more money saying they can send another truck a few days later, but they brought same truck and tried to fit in as much as possible. The move was awful. None of their promises were kept. They took advantage of us knowing we were under huge pressure to move. We paid extra money for packing, but they brought twounprofessional, day workers they picked up at Home Depot parking lot. They didn't have appropriate packing material, they broke expensive China, and other dishes. They didn't wrap and protected furniture, almost every piece was damaged. Scratches everywhere, corners broke, dining set completely damaged. More than that, jewelry, watched and expensive perfumes disappeared from bedroom dresser. Very bad experience!

I have gotten a wrong box. And lost one. It was peaked season so I know things can take Awhile to find. Nevertheless, the customer service manager who I have contacted with personally pick up the box and gave me my missing box. Since the dispatch coudlnt fit my schedule. The estimate was what I expected. Took Awhile to deliver but kept communicated. Not enough people customer write good reviews. But if u understand moving companies this is one to trust

This dishonest company has specialized in making low ball offers that sound too good to be true and then come for what you think are their drivers and evaluators who will go around your property in the name of evaluation and raise the cost by as much as 150% extra and more to go they claim for other additional expenses. In my opinion I have never had to work with this level of dishonest and skulduggery and wonder why such crooks are in the market and not in jail. I knew that with this business I might never see my household items ever again or that they will hold them hostage to mine my pocket. I evaluated the situation and fired them on the spot. I am trying to prevent this horror from happening to others. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

There is a reason this company is not Revdex.com accredited. I wish I would have come to this site prior to hiring. Although it seems others had worse experiences, I would not recommend them at all. I could not communicate with the movers as they seemed to know only spanish and a tiny bit of english which lead to extra charges of course, and at delivery they very neatly disguised 3 well packed boxes in the furthest corner of the delivery spot in my garage that had obviously been used as hacky sacks somewhere along the route to the destination. they where smashed and broken open and much to my dismay everything inside was completely shattered. also, keep in mind that from pickup to delivery was only 4 days and no storage involved. These people need to rethink there business ettiquitte as they have no integrity and when you hire men who obviously are in this country illegally due to the big fail of language barriers is just basic nonsense. I would never recommend them.

Worst moving experience, worst customer service. They did not disclose the extra charges and the length of time they will deliver when I was asking for a quote. They will not call to inform the time & day of pick up, I have to call and ask. I will never get the services of this company. It was a nightmare.

Scam artists. They want to get the sale and once that's done, you're on your own. I had a very good inventory of my items and even exact measurements, with photos of the larger items. I as told by "Tammy" the photos wouldn't be necessary since I told her the measurements. Long story short, once the movers got there, they stated I was over my allotted "cubic space", and due to time constraints, I had to barter them back down to the original quote amount, while leaving some of my items behind. When I called to speak with "Tammy" of course I got a VM, and no call back over 45 days later. Awful, awful business practices.

I had a very poor experience with Oasis this time around. I would avoid them like the plague. I overpaid and did not get nearly the same level of service that I had received in the past. Then, they don't respond or acknowledge my emails expressing frustration.

I do not recommend them.

PICK UP:
- Changed the packing timeline at the very last minute and did a lot of the packing before I had returned from work
- Packed sloppily
a) Painting from my deceased grandmother got scratched
b) Family pictures got scratched
c) Computer monitors were not wrapped like agreed to
d) Lamp shade was jammed awkwardly in laundry basket
e) Electronic scale just tossed in to another box
f) Pieces were not packed with associated furniture
g) In the past, my $1500 bike had been wrapped. These guys just tossed it in.
- Increased the price - the guys in the past had been very good about coming in at the price. I thought that we had updated our list (and we stuck to it) including the packing supplies. He then increased it by like $600 the night of the pick up. We didn't even back everything that was on our list.


DROP OFF:
- We did not get our desired delivery date (though it was within the contract so I guess I can't really complain other than the fact that the last two times you guys were able to do it on the exact day that I requested).
- The delivery team let us know the day before that they would be dropping off and that we could expect them late morning. Then, we got a call that morning saying that they would be arriving at 5:30pm (this made it so my family had to go back to where we were staying the night before). Then, they didn't end up arriving until 7:30pm. The unloading went until about 1:45am. It was disruptive to the neighbors and extremely disruptive to me as I had to be in the office the next morning at 7:00am.
- To make matters worse, the packing team did not have a lot of the stuff packed with the associated furniture and therefore a lot of the furniture did not get set up. A lot of the furniture that I had expected to have set up, was not set up.

VERY DISSATISFIED!!! WHEN YOU HAVE BROKEN ITEMS AND MISSING ITEMS FOR THE MONEY YOU PAY THIS COMPANY

MY STORY:

1. The company only takes cash beyond the 50% of the deposit. This is highly suspect. Cash makes it harder for the consumer to get their money back when things go wrong, e.g. in the rare instance of an issue, when paying with a credit card, paypal, etc., the credit card companies conduct an investigation and return your money if the consumer claim is deemed just.

2. They seriously under-quoted us. I was told that the price quoted would easily cover my one bedroom apartment and when they arrived the price jumped $1000. Then when the items arrived and the price jumped again for "additional labor".

3. It took them 3 1/2 weeks to deliver my stuff. Originally they said 10 days.

4. When my stuff arrived many items were damaged or missing: For example, my mattress was soaking wet. Books were wet. Paintings were damaged. Some of my clothes were wet and covered had mold. Couch springs snapped off. Mirror missing and a camera were missing.

5. Other people's stuff: To add to the fiasco, we ended up with numerous items that are not even ours. We can't even get through to the company to have them pick up the items and return them to their rightful owners.

6. After loading all of our items, the movers told my girlfriend that they would take better care of her things if she turned over $150 in cash and that "it would be a smart thing for her to do" if she didn't want items damaged. She was scared / worried and turned over the additional money...

In summary, I do hope Revdex.com will investigate this company further and I hope other consumers can avoid what I and many others have been through. If you are at all unsure about using Oasis, I encourage you to look at Revdex.com ratings and those on other rating sites.

Pros: They give low ball estimates that appears to be cheap
Cons: They damage property, lost other items and don't answer customer service calls.

NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Lets just say they do not communicate well. they don't
tell you anything.. just read what we send you.. tell you one thing and do another. so
they tell me that they have 1 to 18 days to deliever my stuff after I advise them I want it.
They send an email saying they have recieved my request(i emailed them the request
and they email me back saying I have to call... really).. they send me another email
saying they put it in a truck and it will be here in 4 to 6 days. well when I call them on the 5th
day they have no idea about time frame. They can't get a hold of the driver. was told the driver
would call, he did not.. I ask the to confirm that that since they are delivering it outside of
what they promise they will not charge for having to deliver it on monday, a holiday.. they
never call me back and when I call them they act like of course... one point I tell the delivery
coordinator when she says she thinks they will be saturday.. but that is no
