[redacted] I see that your service was activated on 02/02/ your fulfillment package was mailed to the email and mailing address on fileOur product is all web based, meaning you have to log into your dedicated website which was never completedat that time you would have been able to print out your reward certificatesI see the accout is canceled now and that we refunded your fulfillment paymentNot sure about the purchase price of $1559.40, we have never withdrawn any amount like that from your account

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Since the last message I sent, I did some searching around and found numerous other people with stories such as my own, and many others that had been the victim of other scams in connection with Ocenture and/or its partnersI would certainly like to know which company misused my information in the first place, although the initial charges were refunded already, but I cannot stop until it is explained to me how a business can "unknowingly" work with multiple partners who are blatantly misleading people, and suffer no repercussions Regards, [redacted]

As of today I still do not have a response from the client, I will forward another email requesting cancellation

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I would like the recording requested and some sort of proof that the $retail rebate and $gift card were provided We never received anything, nor was anything ever used The day refund was offered today, November 26, 2014; however, once I checked my credit card statements I realized that I was charged $every month since February and I would like a full refund for this charge Regards, [redacted]

I am sorry to advise you that our company only provide the service for our clients account, and has not to do with billing credit cardsI have contacted the client that owns your account and request that they cancel your account and refund any and all funds back to the card they drew it from

This company is charging my credit card $12.95 a month. I do not need or use their service-don't even know what it is that they supposedly do, other than charge people for nothing. Tried calling, but only reach an automated system that let me cancel the "account." I would rate it less than 1 if possible. I plan to try to reach a live person during business hours on Monday to pursue their charges being reversed. If there are any further charges, I have documented that the automated system said it has been canceled and will not hesitate to pursue legal action.

I can only express how sorry I am that your experience with our marketing partners where less than expectedI am sure if you would have tried the service you would have found the benefits to be an extraordinary deal, every day you could have logged into your Funvatage account and printed out a 25.00 Restaurant gift certificate, and received free gift cards just for making purchases at store you may shop at regularly. Here at Funvantage we have a no question ask refund policy, if you are not completely ecstatic with your membership we will refund 100% of your funds up to DaysI did honer your request to cancel your service and all payments made have been returned to your method of payment. I am requesting a copy of your phone conversation with our marketing partner to see how they explained the membership and to assure they are following our guidelines

I see that *** *** contacted one of
our direct distributors on February the 21st 2014, and
was offered a free trial of our *** serviceThe retail rebate
and the restaurant gift certificate were located in the member’s backoffice,
at ***Member has
canceled account and we have refunded days
back to the method of payment on fileI will be happy to request recording and
if we find that services were rendered without approval from the member, we
will happily return all funds collected back to the card
