I am rejecting this response because: Ocenture has clearly failed to acknowledge that a vendor they work with, if that is truly at fault, has been carrying out misleading, and probably illegal business practicesUnder no circumstances should a company, calling under the pretense of having the ability lower a person's credit card rate, charge that person for a completely different "service" they did not consent toAt the very least, Ocenture has been very careless in this regard and has still not taken any measures to correct itI feel, however, that once I finish talking with the credit card company who controls the card that was fraudulently charged, more facts will come to light.

Ocenture will at times control the Merchant Processing, and Customer Service for clientsDoing this allows Ocenture to have control over the entire Customer Service process, giving our reps the total ability to control the interaction from our call-center But as for the company that marketed and sold you the service that is not Ocenure, it is an outside company contracted with Ocenture to provide service and supportThis is actually a good thing because it allows Ocenture to provide dispute resolutions in a unbiased nature, without having to refer you to the company that owns the relationship with the customer

I see that you spoke with Susan on the 28th of December and she refunded the last months of serviceShe also advised you to request the additional months by letter because she is not able to processes more than a day refundIf you will write in your requested, I will be able to request
from the vendor a recorded conversation of the call, and if Ocenture discovers that the vendor created an account without you verbally stating it was OK to do so, we will demand that the rest of your funds be refunded back to you accountI understand that this is a process, but being that the service has been opened for a year I have to have a written request to garner the information I need to assist you

I don't think the complaint has been resolved as the account hasn't been closedIf they don't handle billing, I need to wait and see if their client responds and cancels the account and stops billing my ***It seems crazy that you can't get a hold of the billing part of this company

I am rejecting this response because: the marketing associate promised me that I would receive materials in the mail from Funvantage within 7-business daysI received no, none, ZERO such correspondenceDespite her assurances, nothing came, no gift cards nor instructions, yet Funvantage charged me the $she stipulated on the phone on 8/FURTHERMORE, the Funvantage employee, on that same phone conversation where she promised Funvantage would charge me only $for the $gift card, she also promised Funvantage would make no other charges to my credit cardI *specifically* asked this question twice to her to make SURE Funvantage would not steal my money by charging my credit card againFemale employee reiterated two times to me on that same conversation - very clearly - Funvantage would not be charge me any more than the $4.95.
Then a mysterious $charge from Funvantage appeared on my same credit card on September 3, 2014! Funvantage LIES and takes your credit card number in order to steal your money! Do no trust them and I am consulting a lawyer for this ridiculous breach of trustFurthermore, I will tell all my friends, all my family, and all my coworkers about Funvantage's dishonest, lying business practices!

I never signed up for this service and they have been charging me for a year called dish they said they have never heard or had partnership with them we never have consented for this service nor gave our credit card info I don’t know who to talk to about resolving this matter

As you wrote in your complaint we are willing to refund, if we fall to meet your expectations as a quality service provider.

account, This was not completed and is why she did not receive the benefits explained by our marketing partner. I have canceled the account and refunded all fees back to the method of payment. disruptor that you did not want the service. I will immediately cancel your
account, and refund all payments back to the card on file. I will also request
the phone conversation you had with the distributor and review it, and if I
find any wrongdoing on the part of the distributor, I will personally make sure
that it doesn’t happen again. If at all possible I would like to keep our

I am rejecting this response because: lke I said the deal was done on one day and they billed on the next day.  Yes, I notified my bank once the customer service rang once and then there was a hang up and as I said earlier I tried serveral times.  That is when I notified the bank.  I will wait til bank and them get there.  Thsnk You.  So I guess really I am accepting the resolution.
