This is by far not the attitude this gentleman had with me on the phone and thru e mail(which I can provide as proof if needed)This owner is unprofessional, crass, and a nightmare to deal withHow F rating with Revdex.com is welll deserved and I hope no one ever has to deal with his shenanigans again!!! If there are further questions I would be more than happy to answer as this person has cost me numerous time and over $in fees for his simple fix that never was fixed

I filed a complaint with you on-line yesterday, March 9, 2017, and I am following up withdocuments per your on-line instructions.I made a purchase for both my husband and I on January 3, through Groupon to attend aCCW class that is provided by the Ohio Conceal and Carry Institute based out of
Columbus,OhioThe class was scheduled March 4, at Beta Drive, Mayfield Village, OH 44143.We arrived at the hotel where it was being held and were told by the front desk that noconference room had been scheduled for this class, and they were never contacted by OhioConceal and Carry Institute about scheduling a class to be held at their hotelOhio Conceal andCarry institute pulled a "no show." Numerous people showed up and were turned awayOhioConceal and Carry Institute was also not answering the phone when a woman repeatedly tried toreach them.Groupon informed me that I needed to go through Ohio Conceal and Carry Institute for myrefund of $84.00.Attached are emails between myself and Aaron M*** who is the President of Ohio conceal andCarry InstituteHe denied my refund and referred me to the policyPlease see the emails for mycomments on why his "policy" does not apply to my situation.I would appreciate yaur assistance in this matter.*** ***

I find all of the positive reviews hard to believeThis class was a jokeThere was a decent amount of safety information given to participants, which was goodBut the same safety was not reiterated or practiced by instructors once at the shooting rangeOne of them smoked cigarettes throughout the whole two hours at the range, didn't understand when the gun safety was on, pointed a loaded gun at a participant, and brought along some random friend of his and let him shoot for free while us paying customers had to waitYou could tell the other instructor (who actually knew what he was doing) was very annoyed with this guyLuckily, I had previous education and experience from my father, so I knew what I was doing with a gun, because these people did not teach enoughPeople who had never touched a gun in their life were firing off with very little guidanceAnd then passed! Scary, to say the leastLots of pointless, long breaks during classRealistically we probably barely did hours of education (law requires 6?), and the two hours at the range(also required by law) consisted of us mostly standing around while others shot because only four at a time were allowedFiring was on volunteer basis, so people who actually really needed to practice but were scared to try were able to stand back and not pushed to try againAgain, scary that these people will now be able to get their CHL with a complete lack of training

too lateEven the response is pompous"Winner of dozens of awards" and they want me to do all the work? No thanks! They should sign it with "Tagged with an F rating from the Revdex.com"

I said I was rejecting what the business said because they haven't followed through with anythingThey have my information to send me a refund, yet they still haven'tAren't you aware of how many complaints people have made about this company concerning the same thing they did to me? I have already provided plenty of documentation and responsesI want this reopened, or just leave a negative mark against themI'm tired of dealing with them and their gamesThey are con artistsReopen the claim, and/or mark it as "unresolved."

Great class! Instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth You cant beat the price & they even provide all the stuff you need to complete the class!
