I have text messages to prove that his response was a lieIt was from his disconnected number *** *** *** which started * ** *** and ended * ** *** because the number was disconnected and the number on the website was also disconnectedMy wife was also a purchaser of this *** and was also involved in the calls and for months she checked the website and it was either down or nothing was scheduled under ANY city for classesWhen I finally spoke with Aaron on May 30th she checked the website and there were a FEW classes thenShe was checking the website weeklyShe has dates and timesThis business isn't someone that is telling the Revdex.com the truthI have proof and will figure out how to get my texts into a form that I can send you so you can see the correspondence or if you have an office in Cleveland I will be happy coming in and showing you the texts as proof

Paid for an instructors class that was to take place 11/26/THRU 11/27/NO ONE SHOWED I WAITED FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME - hours or betterI paid $I have after sending several e mails and left many messages heard back once only to be chastised and talked down to I have not received a refundI would not take a class from them everThey do not have a good reputationSome of their complaints have been taken down from FacebookThe Attorney general has complaints also

I have already responded to your significant others complaint with the Revdex.com as well. It is not our intention for our students to have a bad experience. I have taught in are Columbus location for over 6 years and have cancelled only a couple classes in the last couple years due to weather. There have only really been a handful of complaints out of the over 7000 students that we have trained in the last 6 years and most of those have been because of three classes that were rescheduled or cancelled due to the instructor, who is contracted to teach, not showing up or rescheduling the class last minute.  Just in those three classes there were over a 180 students.The phone number that you may have tried to contact us with I assume is the phone number that Groupon listed which was incorrect. We did not find out about that until several weeks after the Groupon deal had been launched. I do not accepted Mr. [redacted] explanation.  A gentleman named Bill called me on April 11
and he said he was with the Ohio Concealed Carry Institute.   I did purchase two certificates for $97.00 for a class held
by the Institute through the 610 WTVN half off deal program.   The company, [redacted], running the program
for the radio station refunded the $97.00. 
Maybe Mr. [redacted] should contact them and verify the
refund.  Mr. [redacted] said “if” a class was
canceled, the class was canceled.  The
class was listed on his website for months and the class was not held.  I was there and no one from the Institute
showed.  Mr. [redacted] may want to talk with the owners of the range in Zanesville.
Mr. [redacted] should also explain why none of my phone calls to
his company were returned.  If he had
called and apologized there would not have been any complaint.  I am not asking for Mr. [redacted] to refund the cost of the
class.  I am asking him to pay $50.00 for
the 3 hours driving I to the class and his office because he was to busy to
call me.
Mr. [redacted] should accept that him or someone at his company
dropped the ball on the class I paid to take and stop inferring I did something
wrong.
An apology still would go a long way.

"I remember speaking with you directly. Several emails were sent out several weeks in advance to let students know that the address had changed. There was a change in the address in which we were going to teach the class. Out of the 35 students that were listed 22 of them attended the correct...

address.I had offered to try and fit into my schedule a private class in order to make you and your husband happy and then you began cussing at me, yelling at me, and being quite rude.  You then demanded that I was going to be at your house on Wednesday at 8 a.m.  and I tried to tell you I needed to look at my schedule first, yet you continued to tell me that I was going to do a private class for you and your significant other and that I had nothing to say about it and continued to curse at me. I asked that once you were calm to call me back and I have not heard anything from you since.We would be happy to reschedule you for a future class at no additional charge. However, if you bring this kind of attitude into my classroom I will fail you. You're asking me to sign off putting a gun in your hands and you took a calm situation and elevated it so much so that I had to ask you to call back when you were calm.  I can totally understand being upset and I can totally understand that you were looking for a resolution, but yelling and cussing at somebody is no way to treat anybody no matter what the situation.  In my class I not only teach you how to defend yourself, but I also teach our students how to avoid putting themselves in a situation in which they have to use deadly force. This was the best thing I have ever done! The training was out of this world...it was so educational, inspiring, and empowering! Everyone in the class was amazing- supportive and super kind. I hope to stay in touch with all the people from my class. Its an endless supply of shooting buddies
No joke, everything is included. All you do is pay and show up! The food was terrific and the endless supply of coffee was perfectly made every time! So much attention to detail was put into this class. The passion of the instructor really shows in his work and presentation. I can literally say that there wasnt a single moment during the class where I was even a little bored.
I cant say enough good things about OCCI! There were all levels of shooter in the class as well. Levels everywhere from never holding a gun, to former military members. I left there 100 x's more confident than I was when I walked in. What am I afraid of...lol, absolutely nothing now

We have already resolved this, was able to retake class and get my license back. We are all good.

The response from the business is not accurate. A notice was never sent to anyone that signed up and paid for the class. When Aaron was rewatched later in the evening that Sunday of he scheduled class, he informed us he never has Sunday classes and we didn't know what we were talking about and nobody would get a refund. The conversations came to a point of unprofessionalism with him cussing us out and hanging up the phone. I have myself and 4 other witnesses of these conversations with the owner.

We would like to resolve this.  If there was someone Mr [redacted] spoke to, they are no longer with us.  When I tried to verify the transaction there wasnt one in our records.  We have never charged $97 for one of our classes.  We also do not have a record of a $97 refund nor a refund issued to Mr. [redacted] from any of our merchant accounts.  As required by all purchasers of our gift certificates we collect a valid email.  If a class was canceled it would have been sent via email.  The original purchaser would have received a cancellation notice.
We would also like to know who the 3rd party that refunded Mr [redacted] the $97.  Did this 3rd party sell an Ohio Concealed Carry Institute gift certificate to Mr [redacted]?  If so we would like to see the Gift Certificate.  There are only two authorized parties allowed to sell our gift certificates.  If it was issued by Ohio Concealed Carry Institute or the other authorized seller then it would have a unique ID &/or mico-print to verify its authenticity.  However we will NOT issue a refund to any 3rd party, only the original purchaser may make that request and must do it within a timely manner after a cancellation notice is sent.
If Mr [redacted] is not the original purchaser, and was sold the gift certificate by a unauthorized 3rd party, then he would need to issue a complaint with the 3rd party that refunded his money.  If Mr [redacted] is not the original purchaser then I request that this complaint be closed in our favor.
