I placed an online order for 2cuft bags of mulch with deliveryI specifically ordered cuft bags because they were easier for me to move aroundThe price was per bag

I had an issue regarding pricing and left a message on the Ohio Mulch website The owner called me directly a short time later apologizing for the issue and offering a resolution The company also expressed interest in resolving the confusion for future customers

never again! placed an order for bags of mulch for delivery and was told delivery would be in a week for 5/31/no showed and called to reschedule for first thing friday 6/1/amdid not show again and wanted to reschedule for saturday 6/2/i cancelled my order and asked to speak with a managernobody was sure what the manager's last name was and there was no direct way to communicate with him but to have him call me back when he had time what a joke!!!! t

Usually we have had great business with this company, today not so muchWe buy mulch here every year and take our yard waste to be recycledThey now charge $to empty as little as or trash cans of yard wasteThere are no signs stating this new charge only a worker barking at you to scale in and scale outWas not expecting itLuckily we has a little cash with usADVERTISING THIS NEW CHARGE would have been helpful !

I ordered Mulch from them last week and it was delivered on Friday as scheduled My complaint is the the quality of the mulch and the safety of the mulch I found large clumps of dirt, stones pieces of plastic and tips off of gloves but the worst of this is there were large pieces of glass in the mulch I called their Westerville store to complain about the quality and safety issue and they apologized and asked that I call Ronald F*, the sales manager I did and left a voicemail on Tuesday I waited over hours and called Ronald F* again and this time it said his voicemail was full This is negligence to the nth degree I have bought mulch from them for the last years and I can say this is not typical of their product but this needs to be addressed I don't feel I can finish spreading the mulch for fear of safety for my pets and my children

My experience dealing with Ohio Mulch was very poor I ordered online on May , scheduled my delivery for Saturday, June, was called to reschedule on Thursday, May (reason stated: trucks out of commission for servicing) I rescheduled the delivery to Wednesday, June -- arrived home around 4pm and found the delivery still hadn't been made I called Ohio Mulch, sat on the phone for about minutes as they were unable to find my order Once they did, they said, "it's on the next truck out...might be there kind of late." "When?" I asked "Maybe after-hours" "What does that mean?" I ask "We close at 7," says the voice on the other end By 830pm, still no delivery, so I called and left a voicemail canceling the delivery The next morning, I receive a call that my order had been delivered Moral of the story: don't expect a timely delivery on the day you want it I've heard this problem is common with their scheduling The positive of the whole scenario: they gave me the correct amount of topsoil, so I was content with that

On March 31, 2018, I placed an online order (order number ***) for bags of mulch The total of the order was $ On April 1, 2018, I received an email that my order was cancelled and a refund was made I attempted to reorder online and the price was much higher called the company and they advised the they had an issue with a number of orders and that I just need to order again I advised that the price is now higher They offered no resolution

(5-17-at 10:AM) I called Ohio Mulch on Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road east of Columbus and asked if they had a specific product available The individual I talked to said it was not out of stock so it was available I drove minutes to the retail location where I was told that the product was not available I asked that since I drove minutes there and then minutes home, would they deliver free of charge when in stock if I purchased the material In my opinion this was a reasonable request which was denied Two problems - their inventory reporting system is unfortunately very weak and two, they are not willing to serve their customer I have purchased from Ohio Mulch for many years but feel their ability to serve the customer in this case was unsatisfactory

Ordered six yards of mulch to be deliveredWhen the mulch was delivered, the amount looked to be a yard or two shortEven stopped in at a local landscaping business to which they said it was four-five yards, not sixSo I proceeded to contact them and all they were capable of doing was insisting that six yards were deliveredWith no offer for someone to come out to ensure yards was delivered or any willingness to resolve the issueAlso stopped in at their Roberts Rdlocation where I learned the bucket they use to load trucks isn't a true one or two yard bucketThey measure out a yard of material by filling the bucket on their bobcat by guessing and when the material is about mounded "12-18" above the bucket" that is what they consider a yardHow can you accurately measure out something when the bucket you're using isn't fit for the job? Kicker is, my fiancé bought six yards of mulch from them two years ago, but picked it up themselves, vs having it delivered, from the location

Delivery experience was awful Communicated verbally and in writing to dump the product under a tree beside a pile of woodTook the day off work and they never showed up, upon calling they assured me it would arrive the next day and I did not have to be there to oversee the delivery Mulch was thendumped in front of garage so I was unable to access with my car for a month Manager Matt, was combative and defensive about the issue and refused to credit the fee of delivery

On June 7, Ohio Mulch made a delivery to my neighbor via an adjacent alley to our property Their delivery truck driver hit our fence twice, as well as two neighbors garages all in the same delivery Their driver left the scene of the accident before police arrived and said "Send em the bill I guess" gesturing to the side of their truck saying OHIO MULCH SUPPLY and climbing into his truck to leave just before hitting a third neighbor's garage
I immediately contacted them and was put in touch with Ron F*, I explained that my daughter is disabled and we need that fence for her safety, it was now falling apart and was extremely unsafe, not to mention an ugly mess of broken pieces scattered around after the accidentRon assured me that this would be taken care of and I would be completely satisfied by the outcome

I cleared out my driveway the next day and nothing arrived
April 27th, I emailed a complaint to the company, response from M*** *** was immediate and apologetic The mulch was delivered later
May I emailed M*** and advised that the cuft bags of *** *** were moldy and needed to be returned To help save expense to the company, I offered to buy more of the other brand of mulch that had some mold, but was manageable for the price
No response
May I emailed M*** again No response to this either
May 3, I sent an email to customer service, a link from Ohio Mulch website, again stating that I am willing to buy other mulch, but need them to pick up the mold that they sold me
No response
May 4th, called the *** *** branch, explained I was upset Negotiated purchasing bags of cubic foot *** ***

I placed my order on 5/via the Ohio Mulch mobile site I specified a delivery date of 5/ It did not go through to the company so they called to confirm the date I returned their call on 5/ They indicated they could not deliver on 5/25, but could deliver the morning of 5/ I agreed that was OK Mid-morning on 5/Ohio Mulch called to tell me they did not have any product to deliver to me and they would need "a couple days" to make and deliver the mulch I said that was OK On 5/I called after not hearing from them in days to inquire about the delivery They were unsure when the product would be in from a manufacturing plant in *** I then indicated I didn't have time to wait and requested an order cancellation and refund They indicated they would cancel my order and I would receive a refund On 6/9, after not receiving a refund, I called their *** *** location to inquire I was informed they do not issue refunds at that location, despite that bei
