Dear Revdex.com, In response to your July *, letter, I will be more than happy to share any information about our company There are things we need to clarify about the claim of the individual; the items purchased are not “sample” or “free” itemsThere are available promotions available from our company and third party vendors, whereby a customer has the option to try the item, with the express knowledge they will be charged the full amount if the item is not returned We mandate that all websites that have our 15-day trial promotional offer clearly state this information in the terms and conditions and on the center of all payment pages of the website We also mandate that all return policies are clearly stated on the website, and on the packing slip, the individual will receive with their purchase During this sale, the information was displayed five (5) times ranging from before the sale to receipt of packageWe want our customers to know exactly what they are purchasing and how they may return itAbsolutely, and I do mean absolutely no information is ever withheld or hidden On May *, 2014, the individual purchased two jars of our product via a promotional offerRemember, at this point, you would have seen the above terms, conditions, policies – the websites from our company make sure you see this informationIn keeping with the terms of the purchase on May **, 2014, the company charged the individual for the products On June **, 2014, our customer service department received a phone call from the individual requesting a return authorizationAs stated in our policies, we do not accept returns past 30-days for this line of products As you can see, the individual was days over our return policyNormally, we will work with our customers to extend delays or move our return policy date to accommodate an individual Unfortunately, based on the liable comments made by the individual in this case, we will not be accommodatingI do apologize, but we will not honor statements or comments that call into question our ethics If you have any further questions, please feel to contact me directly

I have had the exact complaint as the rest of the people on your list The company took money from my account without my consent, I sent back the sample of face cream immediately and now months later I was told they will not refund my $because their company had an error in thier systemI have spoken to service repsAnd each one gave me another story with the same response no refundI am so disappointed with Ojas Enterprise!!! I even asked to speak to a manager and was told no! Who does business like this? Only a company that scams people!

This company sucks!!! The give you a sample and you have to pay shipping Then they stick you with a membership program and then charge you and before you get your bill in the mail They say you are pass the date of returnThey charged my credit card for $240, for two jars of cream and refund me only $What a rip off deal!!!!!!!!! Don't buy anything from this company

I got the free trial of this creamBefore I realized it they billed me for months worth in a matter of days in the amount of $I am a retired woman living on a fixed incomeRealized I couldn't afford this and took the necessary steps to return the cream and get my refundI sent the cream back with delivery confirmation on 5/*The cream was received by May *** and should have been refunded to my account within daysToday is 6/* and I just called the companyThe man I spoke to said they didn't start the refund process until 5/** and said I had to wait more daysI explained to him it's been days since I sent their product back and I should have my money already, I can't afford to wait more daysHe tried to pass the buck off to management so I asked to speak to managementI was told management doesn't accept phone callsHe told me again there was nothing they could do and hung up on meThis is the worst company I have ever tried to do business withDo NOT get tangled up with them it's a headache waiting to happen

like the other customers I fell into their scams I ordered their product, became unsatisfied with the results returned the merchandise over a month agoYet, still I am unable to get my refund backI have contacted them over times and was told different storiesI was told refund takes between to days then days now as of today, a customer service told me daysI'm fed up and I want my hundred and thirty nine dollars back

this company uses deceptive practices to sell products with a so-called money back guarantee that takes forever to receive DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
I returned product to them after paying for the return postage and I received an email on December ***, stating that my refund would be process in 7-business days It has been business days and I am still waiting for my refund
I called customer service days ago and the person I spoke with said my refund was processed and sent to my bank and I should check my account on Friday which is today THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED!!!!!
I called back today and the person I spoke with said "the refund is in process" and that it was posted on 12/**but it could take another -weeks before I receive a refund when I asked what the maximum amount of time is he could not tell me so I asked if it could take more days and he said yes!
unbelievable!!!! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have been trying to get a refund for an unopened item since January *** and have been waiting ever sinceI keep on hearing many excuses for months, Excuses, excuses and many excuses but no refund, it's very frustrating to call every day not get any straight answersThey are really good liars and know chow to delay the process,

I returned the unopened product and they gave me a bogus return address. I call several times to get an updated address and the person ([redacted]) refused to give me the address. [redacted] returned my package as Fraud Risk Intercept. The company refused to refund my monies and hung up on me. I am trying to reach the [redacted] of this company and I will not give up. In keeping with the terms of the purchase on May **, 2014, the company charged the individual for the products.
On June **, 2014, our customer service department received a phone call from the individual requesting a return authorization. As stated in our policies, we do not accept returns past 30-days for this line of products. 
As you can see, the individual was 22 days over our return policy. Normally, we will work with our customers to extend delays or move our return policy date to accommodate an individual. 
Unfortunately, based on the liable comments made by the individual in this case, we will not be accommodating. I do apologize, but we will not honor false statements or comments that call into question our ethics.

We returned the item like 2 months ago and we still haven't received the refund money yet.

To whom it may concern, We have generated a refund in the amount of $139.90 towards the customer. Please have the customer check with their local bank for verification. We can supply a refund receipt, if need be. We are looking into the cause of the delay. Normally refunds can take up to a...

I don't know how my case is different from the others, but I still would like to disclose it. For the past month I am being demanded money from and harrassed over the phone by some Ojas Enterprises representatives. They insist that I allegedly ordered a delivery of their products and never paid for them. The true situation however was that I have completed the bank service opinion survey (redirected from the website of the bank, that I have an account with) and offered a free gift as a reward for that with the delivery charge of 4,95. A couple of minutes later on the same day I had found out that the bank had blocked my account due to a fraud attempt from a third party. The abovementioned 4,95 were still charged from my account, but as the amount is not significant I did not claim it back. Since that time, the bank had never acknowledged or informed me that they have no connection to the abovementioned survey or the free gift.
I state hereby that I did not order any of the ojas products and publicly ask to notify them to remove me from their lists of reference and stop the harrassments - I am not their customer and do not want to have any connection to this rude and apparently deceiptive business. Since these ojas people know my phone number, I believe that they probably have stolen some of my personal data somewhere. In this respect, could anyone, please, advise where should I report the harrassment that I get from these people? Since it looks like they do not understand it when I am telling this to them over the phone. Also, if there will be any group-case filed against this company, please, inform me - I will gladly join in with my evidence. Kind regards

Everyone is absolutely right. I return back the product on 12/**/14 and now it's 02/**/15 and still waiting for my refund. I call everyday asking where is my refund and all they keep telling me was to wait 5 to 7 days when it's been already 2 Months. This [redacted] is a total scam!!!!

Beware SCAM. Falsely used [redacted] to endorse these products. The ad stated free sample jar of the Ayur cream and the wrinkles cream. I am someone who checks things out carefully before buying, but with this I just thought it was going to be a "sample" product to try and then if I liked it, I could purchase the regular sized product. So, I submit my credit card number to pay shipping cost for samples. My account was charged $4.95 and a second charge of 2.45. Five days later my account had three more charges from the same company. Two for $99.00, one $99.00 credited back same day, then third charge for $139.00, a grand total of $245.40 for samples. First, I notified my bank of the situation and canceled my card. I called [redacted]'s customer service and spoke with a very disrespectful and rude girl named [redacted]. I was informed I had enrolled in an automatic shipping program! There was absolutely no mention of any kind of automatic monthly billing to my credit card when I requested the promotional offer. There was no mention of the automatic billing price on my shipping statement either. The shipping statement's invoice date was 1/**, but my account was charged same day I submitted order for samples on 2/*. The products I received also expired 11/2014. I requested a refund. [redacted] reluctantly gave me two numbers for my returns. Before I went to pay for shipping these items I research reviews for this company. I read many complaints same as my situation. After customers returned their items their accounts were charged an additional $10 restocking fee. If one customer received a refund it was just partial. Most reviews stated this product smelled horrible and others complained of rashes and break outs. Some even continued to receive monthly charges. I'm not going to pay return shipping and a restocking fee in order to get an unlikely refund.
