Alexis was the most ignorant person to deal with she was rude and b[removed]y to me every time I tried to place my order on one then more occasion I love the wrinkless cream I've been ordering it for 6 years now but they would do better to get a new staff who is ready to deal with customer service that woman should be fired for the ignorance she has towards customers that call in to place an order and you can't contact them to another phone numbers work anymore it looks like they're avoiding any confrontation with any of their customers

Alexis was a complete b[removed] to me on the phone on one than more occasion!.. there were very few people that were willing to take my order!.. I love the Wrinkless cream but they would go further if they changed their staff to people who are capable of doing a customer service Job!.. she should be fired for her rude and ignorant attitude!

Review: I had initially contacted this company about their free trial. The first issue is that they offer a month's supply as the free trial, the only condition was to pay the $6.95 for shipping and handling. Which I did. It was not posted with that price that not only were they only actually giving me a 15 day free trial, but that they would charge me a whole month's payment for half a month's supply. (Since the first half was the "free trial"). I was allotted 17 days to contact them and tell them NOT to automatically deduct the $49.95, (this again is a date that is not posted anywhere on their site, not even in the terms & conditions, FAQs, or Policy), which I did. I received no confirmation that they had received or planned to respect my email. On the 17th day, after the initial order, they took the $49.95 anyway. I called customer service and talked to someone who told me that they couldn't give me money back because I had waited too long, which turned out to be a scandalous falsehood, and so I let it go. When I did not receive another monthly supply after the money was deducted I tried to contact them again on 07/**/13. I talked to a customer service representative that not only refused to try to fix my problem, but was also very rude. He would not allow me to explain my issue and continued to talk over me, almost yelling at one point in our conversation. At one point he even stated that I was expected to send back the half-used month's supply they had sent me in order to prevent them from deducting the payment, though that was also conveniently left off the website. Since the issue has occurred, I have read every possible term, condition, policy statement, return statement, and FAQ; trying to find where they have listed the 17 day requirement. As of this date I still cannot find it and feel thoroughly scammed.Desired Settlement: Not only do I want my money back but at the very least I think legal action should be taken against them for their false advertisement. It makes it appear that the ENTIRE month is free when really they only give you the first half of the jar free, while still making you pay for the WHOLE month. (Which cancels out the two-week "free trial"). I would also like their customer service employee, (whose first name is [redacted], last name unknown) to be fired for his rude attitude towards me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The customer, [redacted] Case Number [redacted] ordered our product on the website. Attached you will find

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

I got the free trial of this cream. Before I realized it they billed me for 2 months worth in a matter of 2 days in the amount of $279.90. I am a retired woman living on a fixed income. Realized I couldn't afford this and took the necessary steps to return the cream and get my refund. I sent the cream back with delivery confirmation on 5/*. The cream was received by May [redacted] and should have been refunded to my account within 30 days. Today is 6/* and I just called the company. The man I spoke to said they didn't start the refund process until 5/** and said I had to wait 3 more days. I explained to him it's been 33 days since I sent their product back and I should have my money already, I can't afford to wait 3 more days. He tried to pass the buck off to management so I asked to speak to management. I was told management doesn't accept phone calls. He told me again there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. This is the worst company I have ever tried to do business with. Do NOT get tangled up with them it's a headache waiting to happen.

Review: In December 2014 I purchased facial creams from OJAS through a [redacted] Ad. In late December I noticed that my credit card was being charged $99.00 from this same company. I telephoned them right away and they stated that this bill was the remaining bill for the items I had previously received. But, if I did not want them, I could send them back, with their return #, and my account would be credited $88.00 (less $10 for shipping). I received the return #'s, [redacted] and [redacted] and sent the items back.

On 12-**-2014 I received an email that the items had been received by them and that my refunds would be processed in 7-10 business days.

I waited 14 business days and called about my refund and was told it would be processed by 1/**/15. I again called, not receiving the refund, and was now told 1-2 weeks.

I called again and they did not understand why the refund had not been credited. (When calling about the refund I am connected with [redacted] from [redacted]).Desired Settlement: I am simply looking for my refund of $88.00 - I did what I was instructed to do.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

I returned the unopened product and they gave me a bogus return address. I call several times to get an updated address and the person ([redacted]) refused to give me the address. [redacted] returned my package as Fraud Risk Intercept. The company refused to refund my monies and hung up on me. I am trying to reach the [redacted] of this company and I will not give up. DO NOT do business with these people

I was duped by the scam of this company, "pay shipping only" and my credit card was not only charged a couple shipping costs but also $240.00. Then another $139.00 the next month. I had to cancel my credit card. What a hassle! Their Customer Service department is extremely rude. There ought to be a law!

This company operates a scam. It advertises a "free" product - shipping only and then bills you two weeks later for $99.00 which is part of the "agreement" when you requested the free product. When you cancel, you have to pay shipping and a $10 restocking fee to stop being charged.

Review: I received an e-mail after signing up for freebies, for Wrinkless Cream. It stated that you pay Shipping and Handling fee of $2.95 for the cream. I decided to try it, thinking it was a Freebie. I received the package with nothing in the package but the 2 bottles of Wrinkless cream. No invoice of any kind. On 3-**-15 $4.95 was taken from my account from [redacted], Phone # [redacted]. Then on 4/*/15 they tried to debit my account for $99.90. I did not approve this transaction. I went to my bank and filed a dispute, and they shred the debit card used and said they would file the dispute. That transaction has caused my account to be overdrawn. I called the company and spoke to someone who said the terms of agreement were on the statement that came with the product. I said there was nothing in or on the box that said statement. She said the terms said that after 30 days the money would be deducted from my account. It has not even been 30 days, 3/**/15 is when the payment for shipping and handling was taken out. I received the product 4 or 5 days after that. She was firm in stating there was a statement, and I told her there was not because I looked thoroughly. She kept arguing and I said, NO, I'm fighting you and going to Revdex.com to file a complaint!Desired Settlement: I would like for the $99.90 refund as well as 17.00 overdraft charge, unless the bank drops that. And make sure they actually put a statement in the box and adhere to the full 30 days. I will never do business with this company again, and have changed my account to prevent further withdrawals from that account.

Review: I was told there was a 60 day money back guarantee when I ordered. he told me I could even use all the product and still get my money back if it didn't work. I returned it before 30 days and only got a partial refund because they said I had opened both jars, which I had not. They said that the seal was broken so I don't know how it got broken. I told them if I had to pay for it I would not have returned it so they said they could send it back to me to use.Desired Settlement: Full refund to my credit card

Response:

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This letter is in response to complaint [redacted] Customer Name: [redacted].

Attached is a copy of the paperwork that was written upon receipt of [redacted] return. It details that she returned

1resaleable Luxodern Cream and 1non salea ble Wrinkless Cream. She received credit for both jars as our policy states. We deducted the $10.00 restocking fee from her refund. The reason she was shor ted a difference from her original invoice is that she still has one of the jars of Luxoderm Cream that she received. Had she returned the second jar of Luxoderm Cream ,she would have received a $139.85 refund. This takes into account the $10.00 restocking fee.

If she would like, she could still retllrn her Luxoderm jar that she still possesses

to us in the next few days to receive the $59.95 which is the difference. She can use RA# [redacted] as her return number.

Thank you for your help in this matter,

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Ojas Enterprises, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Sincerely,

I don't know how my case is different from the others, but I still would like to disclose it. For the past month I am being demanded money from and harrassed over the phone by some Ojas Enterprises representatives. They insist that I allegedly ordered a delivery of their products and never paid for them. The true situation however was that I have completed the bank service opinion survey (redirected from the website of the bank, that I have an account with) and offered a free gift as a reward for that with the delivery charge of 4,95. A couple of minutes later on the same day I had found out that the bank had blocked my account due to a fraud attempt from a third party. The abovementioned 4,95 were still charged from my account, but as the amount is not significant I did not claim it back. Since that time, the bank had never acknowledged or informed me that they have no connection to the abovementioned survey or the free gift.

I state hereby that I did not order any of the ojas products and publicly ask to notify them to remove me from their lists of reference and stop the harrassments - I am not their customer and do not want to have any connection to this rude and apparently deceiptive business. Since these ojas people know my phone number, I believe that they probably have stolen some of my personal data somewhere. In this respect, could anyone, please, advise where should I report the harrassment that I get from these people? Since it looks like they do not understand it when I am telling this to them over the phone. Also, if there will be any group-case filed against this company, please, inform me - I will gladly join in with my evidence. Kind regards

Review: I can not cancel the auto ship. Can not contact them by phone, email, or website. I can not refuse package and get credit.Desired Settlement: Cancel auto ship and credit my account for all unwanted product.

Dear Sir/ Madam:

This letter Is response to complaint ID# [redacted] Customer Name: [redacted]. I do not understand why she is having a problem contacting us. Ever since we changed our Customer Service Companies, things have gotten better.

Attached is a list of her charges. If she would like to return her last two shipments, we will refund her $49.95 each, provided the product Is in untampered with condition. The $6.95 difference would be for the non-refundable shipping charge.

Thank you for your help in this matter. Sincerely,

Everyone is absolutely right. I return back the product on 12/**/14 and now it's 02/**/15 and still waiting for my refund. I call everyday asking where is my refund and all they keep telling me was to wait 5 to 7 days when it's been already 2 Months. This [redacted] is a total scam!!!!

I have had the exact complaint as the rest of the people on your list . The company took money from my account without my consent, I sent back the sample of face cream immediately and now 3 months later I was told they will not refund my $99.90 because their company had an error in thier system. I have spoken to 5 service reps. And each one gave me another story with the same response no refund. I am so disappointed with Ojas Enterprise!!! I even asked to speak to a manager and was told no! Who does business like this? Only a company that scams people!

This company sucks!!! The give you a sample and you have to pay shipping. Then they stick you with a membership program and then charge you and before you get your bill in the mail. They say you are pass the date of return. They charged my credit card for $240, for two jars of cream and refund me only $60. What a rip off deal!!!!!!!!! Don't buy anything from this company

Review: On*/*/2013 Ordered Wrinkless Cream with 30 day money back guarantee. This was a TV infomercial. After using trial cream a few days skin became irritated and red so called to cancel and return item on */*. Told the representative I wanted to cancel and return and he said "we have another option for you".....keep the original trial and receive a whole new package for 1/2 of the original $108.14 charge. Although I could not use product I felt by paying a total of approx $54 for original and followup package would be reasonable and I could gift the creams to my sister. Unfortunately they billed me the full $108.14 on that same date ([redacted]). Finally after several calls to the company they refunded $49.97 on 7[redacted] which I assume is for the 50% off the $108 order. I still have not received the initial $54 refund for the "guaranteed" trial. On followup calls to Ojas to resolve this have only met with arrogance by their customer service reps with the same repetitious answer "we have you on tape doing the order there is nothing we can do for you". Lastly they will not provide us the tape they are referring to. It's quite understandable how this company has an "F" rating from Revdex.com and mentioned repeatedly as a "ripoff company+ on the internetDesired Settlement: Resolve immediately

Response:

Dear Sir/*adam,

The customer [redacted] case number: [redacted] was refunded 49.97 on July **. This is 50% off of the sale price of

$99.90 before state tax. This was the only refund she was to receive. She apparently misunderstood that she would

receive a whole new package for $54.00. By accepting the 50% offer. she waived her riehts to return the oroduct.

This item was not sold on a TV infomercial. As shown on the attached Authorize.net report, she also ordered this product on

June **, 2013. If it irritates your skin, why would you order it again?

So, I don't think we have done anything wrong to this customer. It seems that she just misunderstood the offer. We offered her

50% off, she accepted and we refunded her. I can't speak on the customer service reps other than we haven't

had any complaints from the Revdex.com in over a month. So things have gotten better with our Customer Service Department

There is no misunderstanding as the representative stated to keep the trial for free and 50% off a new offer. A representative said they have the conversation on tape but will not provide it to us. So we say they gave us a bogus offer and overcharge us considerably and they claim they did nothing wrong. Why don't we put this to rest and have them provide Revdex.com the tape proving one or the other.

Response:

Dear Sir/Madam,

The customer: [redacted] case Number ID #[redacted] has received everything that she had agreed to. Ihave asked the Customer Service Company to listen to the tape of her conversation again. They can't give it to us or anyone because of the personal information on it such as credit card information. This Is to protect the consumer. They have verified that the customer was offered a 50 % discount to keep the order she had and waive her rights to return the product. She gladly accepted the offer and received a discount of $49.97 off of her $108.14 invoice. There was no mention of keeping the trial for free or receiving any future orders

for free. We offered a 50% discount and she accepted.

How could she be "considerably overcharged" when she paid $58.17 for a $108.14 order? I don't know what else to say.......

Thanks for your cooperation in this matter.

Review: On February *,2015 I ordered wrinkle cream from a television ad for 4.95 S & H. Then on 2/**/2015 the same company took out 99.90 for another month's supply, which not only I wasn't expecting and this charge made my account go in arrears. On 3/*/2015 I returned the product, Signature Confirmation Receipt signed by [redacted] and received on March *, 2015 according to the tracking number given. I called the company and according to a [redacted](4/**/15)there seemed to be a convenient glitch in their system, so I should take an email(never received)to my bank for a charge back(?) and the two banks would work it out. It wasn't a simple credit of 99.90 and there were no supervisors available to speak to. Now they have the product and 99.90 of my money.Desired Settlement: 99.90 plus 4.95 original shipping and handling and 25.00 my bank charged for the insufficient funds caused by this withdrawl

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Beware SCAM. Falsely used [redacted] to endorse these products. The ad stated free sample jar of the Ayur cream and the wrinkles cream. I am someone who checks things out carefully before buying, but with this I just thought it was going to be a "sample" product to try and then if I liked it, I could purchase the regular sized product. So, I submit my credit card number to pay shipping cost for samples. My account was charged $4.95 and a second charge of 2.45. Five days later my account had three more charges from the same company. Two for $99.00, one $99.00 credited back same day, then third charge for $139.00, a grand total of $245.40 for samples. First, I notified my bank of the situation and canceled my card. I called [redacted]'s customer service and spoke with a very disrespectful and rude girl named [redacted]. I was informed I had enrolled in an automatic shipping program! There was absolutely no mention of any kind of automatic monthly billing to my credit card when I requested the promotional offer. There was no mention of the automatic billing price on my shipping statement either. The shipping statement's invoice date was 1/**, but my account was charged same day I submitted order for samples on 2/*. The products I received also expired 11/2014. I requested a refund. [redacted] reluctantly gave me two numbers for my returns. Before I went to pay for shipping these items I research reviews for this company. I read many complaints same as my situation. After customers returned their items their accounts were charged an additional $10 restocking fee. If one customer received a refund it was just partial. Most reviews stated this product smelled horrible and others complained of rashes and break outs. Some even continued to receive monthly charges. I'm not going to pay return shipping and a restocking fee in order to get an unlikely refund.

Review: False advertising and unauthorized charge to my credit card.

While shopping for a different skin care cream, I was redirected to this website [redacted]. My credit card was taken although I thought I was ordering [redacted] sponsored cream.

The next day I received a confirmation e-mail and 6 pages of terms and conditions about WrinklessCream. I e-mailed and called to no avail. I had to wait 15 days before I could return or get a credit on my credit card. My 15 days was up yesterday, April [redacted], but it being a Sunday, no one was there to help as the directions say to call MOn-Friday!!! I called today and find out that $99.90 is charged to my credit card without my authorization. They will offer a return, but with a 10.00 stocking fee and a payment of my OWN postage to send back. There will also be at least 30 days before a credit will be on my card!!!! I disputed with with customer service and they do not care. The owner is [redacted] and the Customer Operations Manager is [redacted]. I hope this and all the other complaints and fraud issues go directly to them and not a call center who could care less.Desired Settlement: I want the owner contacted and I want a resolution credit of $99.90 on my credit card today!! I will pursue this until I get a result from the owner.

Review: I originally ordered a free trial of face cream, only paying the shipping charges, that way they got my credit card number. When they sent my free trial, they sent 2 orders. A few days later I got an e-mail from them saying they had sent my an extra shipment in error and I could just put "return to sender" and return it, which I did. Then they tried to charge me for it saying that they couldn't see where I had returned it. With the help of my credit card company, I finally got that charge resolved. I had them cancel any further shipments of the cream as I didn't want any automatic shipments. They assured they had canceled any further shipments. Then guess what I got an e-mail that they were sending another shipment. I called immediately to tell them to cancel it and was told that they couldn't cancel it that I would have to wait until I get it and then return it. I did return it as soon as I got it. They did finally refund my purchase price but would not refund the shipping. I did not order this so I want my shipping charges refunded. ($6.15). That isn't a large amount but it is my money. It was not my error that they sent it so I feel they owe me for my shipping. They say they can't refund shipping charges when I know they can. Thank youDesired Settlement: Refund my shipping charges on the shipment that I did not order $6.15.

Response:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This Letter is in response to complaint ID: [redacted] Customer Name [redacted].

The customer and her credit card company, [redacted], called me on 6/** to find out why the customer

hasn't been refunded yet. I explained to them, in our 37 minuted conversation, that we haven't

received her package back to process any type of a refund Yet. After 30 minutes of explaining, I asked

a partner in the company if we could refund her and she said to refund her. because she would just go

ahead and put in a charge back to get her money back. So, I explained to her and the credit card company

that we would go against company policy and refund her $49.95 without receiving her package back. The

$6.95 is a non-refundable shipping charge. We have to pay to ship each box out of here whether the customer

keeps it or not. It still comes out of our pocket.

To this point in time, I still don't know if she had ever shipped the package back to us or not because we still

haven't received it yet. When she ordered in April. She entered into an automated billing Program which would

send her a new jar of wrinkless Cream every month until you cancel. She didn't cancel until after her

second shipment was shipped.

I don't agree with their response. I did not agree to automatic orders. I ask them to cancel any further shipments when I sent back my

first batch. They say they do not accept shipments marked "return to sender". That is exactly what they instruced me to do. I got my refund

for that. I am not going to persue this any further, as it is their word against mine. You can just close the complaint as I am done with them.

Thank you for accepting my complaint.
