Hello, We sent a refund check to Ms [redacted] yesterday We sent it next day air saver UPS, so it should have arrived by the end of the day today The amount of the check was $2, This is a prorated refund based on 24.10% of the policy being used (and after a $cancel fee was taken out)Let us know if there are any questions about this, and I hope that this issue is now resolvedThank you, Matt Omega Autocare Customer Service ###-###-####

Hello, I apologize for the customer’s frustration, the broker’s office hadn’t heard from Ms. [redacted] since she set up the policy originally, so when we received the payment agreement back without an accompanying letter, we thought there was an error.... The policy has already been cancelled with the billing company, so no additional funds will be coming out of her account. A refund is currently being processed and will be mailed to Ms. [redacted] as soon as possible. The check number is 2023. The amount of the check is $485.78, and should be sent out this afternoon. This business has the worse customer service rep I've ever had to deal with; pushy, rude, disrespectful, inconsiderateI was contacted by the company at the end of April or first of May about the policy and told I had days to change my mind with no obligations and full refund of $depositI contacted the next week before receiving the policy in the mail and told them to cancel my policyI was told to read the policy and it was emailedI did and contacted via email back that I did not want the policyNo refund and billed the next monthI contacted againI was bullied and harassed by customer service and told I needed the policy and he refused to cancel itHe argued with me for a better of minutesI got very angry at his disrespect and refusal to get a manager or supervisorI stayed on the phone too long, but did with the hopes he would stop his antagonist ways and cancel my policyI finally couldn't take anymore and hung up on him in tears and wish I could walk into the place of business to talk to someone above himI called my credit card company and started a dispute, which was ongoing for too longI had to contact the other company they use numerous times and tell them not to bill meI still have not received a refund and had a call today asking for payment when they already got their money from meThey need to be sued!!!!!

"This policy was cancelled and refunded earlier this morningBeing that we spoke with her on Friday evening and informed her that we would be cancelling her policy and she would see her refund appear back on her card on
Monday (today) I was confused as to why she would of filed a complaint except for to make sure that cancelling the policy was not going to effect her credit ratingSo, we called her and she said that she filed the complaint before she spoke to us on Friday night and that she will be calling the Revdex.com to drop the complaintBottomline, this policy has already been cancelled and refunded and she will be contacting the Revdex.com regarding the resolution and request to have it dropped." I hope that this resolves this issue
