reduction in operating performance due to normal wear and tear.” This is exclusion # 13 in the customer’s policy book. I am rejecting this response because:
I won't accept because my mechanic has proof it was not leaking as previously said by omaga management. The inspector that had came down to check it even said it was internal problems. The manager bobby I talked to said that he had proof it had bin leaking for a long time and that his picture showed that my mechanic says that is not the case and as for maintenance on the car I keep up with that regularly. I also canceled this because I can't trust a business that lies about who they work with and try to just take your money and never fix what they say they would.

Worst possible experience ever when I call to cancel my policy.if in the customer I should not have to give a full blown summary of why im canceling a policy.aftrr I told the first rep([redacted]) on the phone 13 time that I want to cancel my policy he refused. Then I ask for a supervisor 19 times. Supervisor ([redacted]) told me hes not going to cancel my policy cause I need a better reason, and laugh saying I need to use my words. I then proceeded to tell him I am selling the car, he then state I need to send a bill of sale.
Now if I am not wrong your company it's not an insurance company which by law I have to have. Your company is an extended warranty for vehicles. Which at any time I can cancel a policy without any questions being asked.

We have spoken with the company that sold this policy and they have canceled the policy and refunded the customer's down payment of $195 back to her credit card. This was done on 11/30/2016 and can take 2-3 business days to process. Please let us know if there is...

This is in accordance with the exclusion in his policy which states that (we do not provide coverage) FOR ANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS THAT EXISTED PRIOR TO THE PURCHASE OF THIS AGREEMENT OR...

BY THE FAILURE OF THE INSURED TO MAINTAIN PROPER QUALITIES OR LEVELS OF COOLANTS OR LUBRICANTS.Our claims department spoke to the customer and advised him that the pictures from the inspection report clearly show the long term leak that caused this failure. The customer was not happy with this and stated he wanted to cancel the contract. The claims representative provided him with the number to call to cancel.
His policy has been canceled as of 10/13/2016 and his refund will be processed. Please let us know if there is any additional information you need regarding this complaint.

We sent a refund check to Ms. [redacted] yesterday.  We sent it next day air saver UPS, so it should have arrived by the end of the day today.  The amount of the check was $2,194.52.  This is a prorated refund based on 24.10% of the policy being used (and after a...

$75 cancel fee was taken out).

I want contacted by Omega Auto Care soliciting a warranty protection plan. I was told I had to take advantage of the plan during that phone call there was no call backs and no second chances. First I received a call and transferred over to a second person who asked me about the condition of my car, and when I was transferred over to a third person a male he said hold on he did not receive my file and disconnected the line. Later I received a second called a female who transferrred me to a second person who asked me about my vehicle and a third person [redacted] 1 800 881 0804 ext 1003 after arguing and talking with this person him telling me he had auto protection and I was the one that need protection for my car and I informed him I needed to speak with my husband because we were a one income house hold then he argued about the person telling me that this offer had to be completed at that time. I realized I have finally gotten the Toyota Camry I want to keep for a while since owning one since 1999. I talked to my husband on another phone he told me to get the warranty and my husband told me to look the company up and find out about Omega Auto Care Protection extended warranties for vehicles. What I found was a lot of unhappy customers and I called the dealership service department and finance office I purchased and service my vehicle from and I was informed they had one encounter with Omega Auto Care where they denied repair of a customers vehicle. I immediately called to cancel the contract and [redacted] answered and I informed him I wanted to cancel my warranty contract that I had just taken out. I was told I just got the contact and I said yes and that I reseached the Revdex.com and other customers experience and I was not happy with what I found and I wanted to cancel and [redacted] asked what did I search under and I informed him Omega Auto Care and I was informed that all the finance persons were busy and he would have someone call me back and I informed him I would hold and I was told I couldn't do that and I informed [redacted] that I was put on hold for a long wait for the next available person when they were trying to sell me the contract and I was going to hold now and [redacted] then said ok we will cancel you bye and I said wait you don't know who I am don't you need my confirmation number and He said you are [redacted] I said correc and he hung up. I found a lot of dissatisfied customers and thought I better get out and run fast. Please inform me of this companies busy customer satisfactory. It does not look as if they have beenupdated since opening.

WELL IT TOOK THIS COMPANY 3 MONTHS TO SEND ME MY MONEY BACK..I CALLD IN OCTOBER..I TALKD TO THEM THEY SAID THEY WOULD OVER NITE IT THAT WAS TUESDAY TODAY IS SUNDAY STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT..THEY ALSO SAID THAT IT WOULD BE $25 FEE TO END SERVICE WITH THEM..THEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE NO CHARGE ,THEN THEY SAID I WAS GETTING 95% OF ALL MY MONEY NOW I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING COLORADO CHARGES ME $75 CHARGE..THEIR IN JACKSONVILLE SO DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING...STILL WAITING !!!!!! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Mr. [redacted]'s refund check was put in the mail on 7/29/2016 in the amount of $1,203.89. This is the prorated amount based on the amount the customer paid and the date that the policy was canceled.

Was contacted by this company to sell me an extended warranty on my vehicle. I inform them that I have a lifetime warranty on my engine and transmission they called me a liar and told me I did not know what I was talking about when I told them that I just used that extended warranty to have a water pump replaced they told me that it was replaced because of a recall and not of the warranty I know what I bought when I bought this car and I knew it had a lifetime warranty on the engine and transmission the representative flat-out lied to me telling me that I did not and that my warranty was expired this is a bald-faced lie the representative try to trick me into buying something I already had and did not need do not use this company for anything

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ... omega Auto care was horrible. It starts when your warranty expires. They call you to the point where it's almost harassment because they call so much trying to persuade you to extend coverage with their company.They say any and everything to get you to sign up, typical sales, however, if for any reason you decide to cancel well within your 30 days their "customer service " goes out of the window. They become very rude, even the "supervisors". If you need a warranty on your vehicle I would NOT suggest this company.

We contacted the company that was interacting with Ms. [redacted] and this was their response:
 
This customer called in on 8/8/16 to set up coverage. At the time, she did not have the full...

down payment but wanted to get coverage. In order to set up coverage, we accepted $50 down and set up a post date for 8/19/16 for the remainder of the down payment and finalization of the sale.  She later called back in an attempt to cancel the policy because she said she had coverage on the car through the manufacturer. In an attempt to ensure that she had the highest level of coverage,  we asked her to compare coverages since she qualified for Exclusionary coverage through us. She also advised our company that she could not afford the current plan, so we made it more affordable as well as made an adjustment for the remainder of her down payment in order to help her keep the coverage.  She called us back on 8/24/16 and advised that she had done as we suggested and talked with the dealer and discovered that she had more than powertrain coverage, she also stated that she hadn’t received our paperwork yet to compare the coverages. We apologized for the delay and offered to send out a sample copy so she could see the coverage that day and take to the dealership. We suggested to compare the policies side by side and call us back once she had compared (which is denoted in her complaint). We were simply waiting on a return call from the customer to make a final decision.
In an attempt to resolve the complaint, it has been cancelled and refunded. The transaction receipt is attached.
