This business is horrible. There is no way to contact them and they never answer the phone or emails. I clearly should have vetted this company before I placed an order. Caveat emptor.

They do not fill orders and do not respond to emails. Told me they are cancelling the order and it is still listed as an active order online.
Purchased fabric from them on May 1, cannot see a status of the order online, just that it exists and what is in it. Emailed them on 2 separate occasions, got an automatic reply saying they are busy or delayed or whatever. there is NOWHERE online to cancel the order. Had to email again. Finally got an answer saying they were cancelling the order and it is still online and active as an order. They assure me that my account has not been charged, it is "pending" until they fill the order. I want this order cancelled and my money "un-pending"

Placed an order and paid months ago and have not received the goods ordered and attempts to call, email, and open tickets in Zendesk are unanswered
Placed an order almost 2 months ago (5/3) and was charged for the products that were listed as in stock at the time of purchase but have yet to receive the items or a shipping update. I have emailed 3 times now, tried calling 4 times, and have opened a ticket in Zendesk, their online community and troubleshooting system--all without any response from the company.

Desired Outcome

Would like to either receive the items ordered or a cancellation to free up resources so that I can get them from a different vendor.

I placed an order with this company on 5/11/2020 and have not received my purchase. I have called only to get a recording and I have emailed and still havent received a response. I posted on their Facebook page and my post along with others complaints was deleted. They sent an automated message on Facebook asking for my order number, I reply and no reply back from them. When I log into the site it tells me there is no tracking information available.

Items ordered and charged for have never been shipped. Will not respond to me.
My order ##*** was placed on 5/17/20. We have not received 2 parts of order. The Hanes Black elite dust cover (which they listed as shipped but was not including in the order part I did receive) and the Premier prints cameron fabric. The fabric has never shipped and no information regarding it has been sent either. I have contacted the company via email 5 times in a 4 week period. I have also called and have been left on hold for over an hour three times. They will not respond to emails, FaceBook, nor answer their phones. I am disgusted with this company and would never recommend it to anyone.

I placed an order the with OnlineFabricStore on May 11 (that is the ecommerce site for Osgoods.) I never received the order.
I placed an order on May 11 for 3 different fabrics, and the total is $51.70. Order number 1307288 with OnlineFabricStore. I have sent multiple emails and made multiple attempts to contact them. They do not answer the phone and they do not return emails. A simple search of the company and Facebook page show MANY complaints. Apparently they freeze your payment in processing mode because we cannot find it on the credit card to dispute. They return no communication regarding cancelling my order.

Placed 2 fabric orders. Products have not arrived. Have called several times & sent emails. Receiving no response.
Ordered fabric on 5/10/20 & 5/22/20 (order #*** & #***). Items have not arrived, company has provided no tracking. I have called several times, I receive no response. I have sent email, I receive no response. I ended up having to purchase from another online fabric store, these items arrived in less than a week.

I placed my order a couple of months ago and have called several times only to get the "we are open and shipping out orders and our call volume is heavy". The voicemail recommends emailing so I have done that twice over the past two months and have received no response. I want to cancel my order because it has taken so long but no one will answer the phone or respond to emails.

The business advertised cotton products as "chemical-free" and "%100 cotton." The product however, is laced with extremely toxic chemicals.
I ordered (order # ***)(date: 4/2/2020) cotton batting (product I.D. # SF27X16) with a debit card ($150.75) on their website "***". The cotton is advertised on their website as "chemical-free" and "%100 cotton." After receiving shipment (date: approximately 5/6/20) and removing the cotton (date: approximately 5/12/20) from the shipping boxes, the entire household began suffering extreme reactions to the dust coming from the cotton. The symptoms included nausea, vomiting, headaches, fever, impaired mental capacity, impaired breathing (two members of the household are diagnosed asthmatics), hormonal disruptions, hives (see picture), and itching (see picture). These symptoms continued for 4 days. The house was cleaned floor to ceiling after discovering that the cotton was causing these reactions. The symptoms began to subside after two days from the day of cleaning. I am typing this on the second day and expect the symptoms to lessen each day after. I suspect that the cotton had been laced with industrial bug sprays, fire rdants, or some other chemicals. The symptoms we experienced could not have been caused by hay fever or pollen allergies. My family does suffer from sensitivities to fire rdant chemicals, plastic additives, bug sprays, and other contaminants. We maintain a high degree of cleanliness in the house due to those sensitivities. Having such an intensely high concentration of contaminants in the house from that cotton, specially so close to Mother's Day and during COVID-19 quarantine is unacceptable. The suffering we went through just to breath was unbearable and destroyed our well-being, specially after being home for so long during quarantine.

I informed the business that I have asthma and allergies before ordering the cotton. They knew that the cotton was intended to be slept on. They never reply to emails or phone calls, but they must be reading and/or screening through the emails because they have blocked my communications.

I originally desired to take them to court for refund of $150.75, legal fees, pain and suffering, punitive damage, and for the 20 hours of cleaning @ $30/hr for a total of $600 to be split four ways between everyone in the household. Court would have to be in Massachusetts or another far-away jurisdiction so that would be a colossal waste of time and money. The Revdex.com is my only hope. I am asking that the Revdex.com help me receive a refund of $150.75 for the three boxes of cotton batting and if it is not too much to ask, compensation for the time it took to clean the entire house. I would have hired a cleaning company, but with quarantine, we had to do it ourselves. We suffered while cleaning, trying to breath that contaminated air. I would very much prefer that the 20 hours of detailed cleaning be compensated for. The price for cleaning is $600. This money will be split four ways for everyone who helped clean the house. This money, only $150 per person in the household, will be how I make it up to them for having to help clean up what is a problem indirectly caused by me.

Have only received half of my order and it has been over a month now since the Order was placed on 4/06. No luck getting a response from the company.

I placed an order with Online Fabric Store on 4/24/20. It is now 5/21/20. After a couple of weeks I had not gotten any emails other than the initial confirmation email. I waited and waited for a shipping email, never got one. After 15 business days and no emails, I emailed them to find out when my order would be shipped. I never heard back from them so I tried to call. The first time I called I was on hold for about 15 minutes and didn't get through and had to hang up. I tried to call back the next day and was on hold for 37 minutes and got frustrated and hung up. I sent another email asking when my order would be shipped and explained my frustration at the fact I had spent $95 with them and had no contact and 3 weeks had gone by. Still, nothing back. Two days ago I sent another email telling them they had 24 hours to contact me back or I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and would seek any way possible to get a refund since I can't get a refund through their page, still heard nothing back. Tried to call them again yesterday, was on hold again for 40 minutes. From what I've seen on review sites, since April, everyone who places an order with them is having the same problem I'm having. This is ridiculous and I've never had a problem like this before. I want my fabric and if they aren't going to send it to me then I want my money. PLEASE can someone help me?

Refund If they can't get my fabric to me by next week, I want my money back. Please. My dad is 80 years old and he paid for this order so that I could make masks for him and his friends and I'm not doing this for fun, this is a serious matter, the fabric is for masks that are to protect him from this virus. Now I've waited a month, spent the money that could have been spent somewhere else and already had the fabric here and masks made.

Ordered in late April. I've requested status updates MANY times. Tickets have closed gone unanswered, I've left voicemails, I've sat on hold for an hour, etc. The kicker is that they're removing any negative comment from their facebook page, so apparently they have time to maintain their image, but not actually ship orders.

I ordered some twill tape from this vendor (a large quantity)and then promptly cancelled the order on April 3rd by sending an email. I thought this was done with and then I was sent one spool of this and charged $93 (the price of several spools) even though I had cancelled the entire order a month earlier. I sent emails stating that I'd already cancelled this order a month earlier and was told it was a pending charge and the charge would be removed from my bank statement. It was not removed. I literally went back and forth with them half a dozen times. I am now having to dispute the charge via my bank.

Refund I would like a refund for the $93 they charged me. I did not want their product and what they did send me a month later was NOT $93 of twill tape (it was about $6 worth). People need to also be warned about this online retailer, since their customer service is opaque and unresponsive. Frankly, I consider them liars and scam artists. They supposedly have a US address, but I'm pretty sure my package came from China. There's no way it would take over a month to receive a package from Massachusetts.

I placed an order on April 13, 2020. I wanted to cancel the order and e-mailed them. A short time later I e-mailed them again to reinstate the order. They acknowledged they would continue to process the order. On April 22 after they charged my VISA card, I e-mailed them again to check the status of the order. No response except that they received my e-mail. I tried several more e-mails, but no response. I then tried to call them, and got a recording stating they were experiencing delays in answering calls. Then they hung up. I tried a few times and got the same results. They have had more than a month to respond. I think that is plenty of time.

I ordered 120 yards of material @ $1.38 per yard which comes out to $165.60. I used a $15 off coupon for a grand total of $150.60. Order over $150 have free shipping, day or to later get notification from my back on over draft, check account and see they have charged me $625. I go to their website and check my order (#***) price is right at $150.60
But the quantity is 500! What! I have emailed them and no response and after reading comments on there site, this silence is not uncommon and others have talked about involving the Revdex.com. I decide I would start the process with you.

Placed order on 4/16 with OnlineFabricStore #***. 4/23 item shipped with tradcking info. USPS has not rec'd pkg as of 5/9.
Placed order with OnlineFabricStore on 4/16 for 10 yards flannel. On 4/22 I decided to cancel the order; I immediately got an email saying item just shipped. They provided tracking # which I have done multiple times since 4/23. USPS says a label has been created, but as of today, 5/9, USPS has not received the item.

I have contacted OnlineFabricStore multiple times asking where is my order. When calling the number provided, there may or not be a message stating they are very busy filling orders, the phone will then immediately go to a busy signal. There is no way to speak with an employee.

My credit card has been charged $46.15. I lodged a complaint against Online Fabric Store with my credit card company; they can't do anything for me, but I can at least delay payment until my problem is fixed.

I alerted Online Fabric Store that I contacted my credit card company looking for a resolution. I either want a credit to my card, or delivery of the fabric.

I ordered the fabric because I am making masks to donate to essential citizens.

I am very disappointed with this company. Yes, it's not been that long since I initially placed the order, but when I was told the item had shipped, and I can't track it, or get updates, I have a problem with that.

Also, I would have preferred to use PayPal, but that is not accepted by this company.

Personally, I want the fabric. If that can't happen, I want a refund. Period. And, that refund would include the $8.15 shipping that I was charged.
