I have been charged $38.51 for an order that has already been paid on 4/23/2020. Amount was adjusted to $24.67 due to items not in stock.
I made a purchase on 4/05/2020. The original amount was $38.15 for 3 items. I only received 2 of the items. I did not receive the velcro fastner. The amount was adjusted to $$24.67 as a reflection of this. Now on 5/06/2020 they have attempted to debit my account for $38.51 and they have been paid already. The order # is ***. They have attempted to debit my account a couple of weeks ago for this amount and I sent them an email asking that they refund me my money and not debit my account again, as I do not owe them any money. They did not respond directly just a generic automatic response that you can reply to. At that time the charge disappeared. Now, this morning I see another attempt to charge me $38.51 for the same thing. I sent another email in regards to this charge as well as reported it to my financial institution. I have also attempted to contact the company and no one answers the phones. There is an automated message with customer service times and then it hangs up. This is unacceptable and I feel that they are stealing money from customers. I am a first reponder and purchased from them in order to make face shields for my fellow front line workers and this is the thanks I get for patronizing their business, them trying to take money from me that they are not owed. I would like for them to stop charging my bank account. I do not recall saving my debit information and there is no place on my online account that reflects any payment information in order to remove my payment information. Also, there was no invoice included in the order when I received it and nothing sent form them informing me that not all the items I ordered were not in stock.

Desired Outcome

I would like for the company to refrain from making any charges to my bank account/debit card. They have been paid back in April. I do not owe them any money and have not made any more purchases.

I ordered products/items from them and received box 1 of 2 and have called and emailed many times and no one had replied to my emails or called me back.

I have tried to reach this company for over 3 weeks, via email, telephone, with no response. I am wondering if they are legit at all.

I have been trying to cancel my order for weeks, and still no response. Have asked for product status updates, no email.

I am considering reporting this to the Revdex.com, as I think this is not a good way to do business.

I read the generic reply the gave to one of the other Reviewers, and the "our call volume was heavy", and other excuses, are a cop out.

Poor excuses for not resolving Customer complaints, after nearly a month.

Order materials with a nexguard rebate Visa card with a rebate amount of $50.00 on it, items were back ordered and my prepaid card was charged $41.46.. online fabric store says they don't process payment until items ship . But there is $41.46 that had been taken from rebate card the payee listed as online fabric store, I emailed them a copy and the insist the card hasn't been charged. I feel that the 41.46 didn't just disappear from this rebate card. And the online fabric store was the only purchase I made with the rebate card.. they keep telling me to contact the rebate card company, and I have the transaction leading to them.

Very slow to ship, non-existent customer service. First order went as expected (14 days to ship) second order arrived with a problem. Fabric was baby blue not silver as described. I sent picture, they argued. Returned fabric on my personal account at a cost of $54 as they will not allow you to ship on their account and deduct it from your credit. So far, they have been sitting on my fabric since 7/9 (today is 7/17) and a call to them reveals that they only do returns on Fridays. They do not notify you of anything. If they process my return this Friday (no guarantees) then I still have to wait for credit card company to process. Very defiant on phone and out of the norm business practices to give them my future business. Lots of other companies out there.

Called MANY times re:"IN-STOCK" order ship date. Answer always "next week", finally discover fabric not even yet manufactured yet. False advertising.
Fraudulent advertising of fabrics in stock. No updates, no notices. Just took my money. After OVER THREE MONTHS OF ME calling to see when my order will ship (not a large or custom order), I repeatedly got the runaround answer "next week", "next week", "next week". Last week, they told me I would be receiving tracking on Friday or Monday. I called since that was NOT received. I was told once again, to check back "next week". After many hearing many different excuses,d explanations, and obfuscations, I persistently INSISTED THEY GIVE ME A DEFINITIVE ANSWER. I was informed their vendor had not even begun making the fabric to fulfill their orders. I ordered two items - one was a sample. I am not sure I will get my money back. If I'd known they were fraudulent, I could have ordered, and received, identical goods elsewhere in a fraction of the time and with none of the hassle.

I bought a 5 burlap 3ft each colorful fabric from this store. Unfortunately I didn't look at their reviews first which are all horrible.
3 weeks later. I can't get my package or my money back. 85 percent of the time, they don't answer their phone. they never answer their emails. I sent so many emails and called 25 times. finally today, I get someone. I said I just want my money back. I don't want the fabric because the photo shoot I bought them for was 9 days ago.
They blamed me for everything, was so rude. would not give me my money or find my package. according to ups. I can't do it myself because they are the sender and they have to contact them, which they refuse to do.
I feel like I was just robbed and there is nothing I can do about it.
If you google them and reviews, you will see how many other people got robbed as well. this company needs to be shut down.

No order update or email listing my items were on back order
I ordered 7 table runners on Sunday, 2/17. I paid over $18 to have them shipped to me in 3-5 days. I assumed they were being shipped. I couldn't get the site to accept my user and password multiple times. I finally called the company on the following Wednesday to ask the status of my order only to be told they were still waiting to receive them from an outside source. They never sent a follow up email telling me anything about a back order. I was told over the phone that they were sorry but I would get them by early next week. That is well OVER 3-5 business days! I canceled my order and am hoping for a refund but after reading other reviews, I'm not sure that will happen. Really BAD business!!

I ordered 8 yards of natural muslin in November of 2018 from Osgood's Fabric which does business online as Online Fabric Store: https://www.onlinefabricstore.net. They sent me 8 yards of Jute Erosion Control Netting two weeks later. After speaking with their customer service representative, Afrika, I was finally sent return postage. I returned the Jute Erosion Fabric, which was acknowledge by Afrika. I asked for a refund of my money but have yet to receive it.

I have contacted customer service at Online Fabric Store several times asking about a refund of my money. I have not received it as of today, January 26, 2019.

This was Osgood's Fabric/Online Fabric Store's fault. They sent me the wrong material. I returned the material. I want my money back. It should be simple. It hasn't been.

I have no further problem with this business except to say that it shouldn't have taken so long for them to refund my money or for me to have to go through the hassle of filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.

On or about November 27, 2018, I placed an order with merchant via its website, including payment information for my bank account.

On November 28, 2018, merchant notified me that delivery could not be timely met. I notified merchant by reply to its email to cancel the order.

On November 29, 2018, merchant emailed me that the order had been shipped.

Also on November 29, 2018, I instructed merchant by email not to charge my bank account as it had been zero-balanced for travel security reasons. I told merchant I would notify them when the account was re-funded upon my arrival at my destination.

On November 30, 2018, despite my instructions to the contrary, merchant attempted unsuccessfully to charge my bank account once; then successfully charged my bank account creating an overdraft charge of $28.00.

On or about December 9, 2018, I instructed merchant to charge my bank account, unaware of its previous actions.

On or about January 8, 2019, I received my bank account statement showing the overdraft payment and $28.00 overdraft charge.

On January 9, 2019, I spoke with *** and ***, employees of the merchant. *** refused to pay the overdraft charge caused by merchant's unauthorized charge against my bank account.

Payment of the $28.00 overdraft charge caused by merchant's unauthorized charge to my bank account.

Customer cancelled order because merchant could not meet shipping terms. Merchant ignored cancellation and processed unauthorized withdrawal from customer bank account using information previously obtained from customer.

This is a deceptive sales practice and theft by the merchant.

ON Sept 29, 2018, I placed an order for 15 yards of drapery lining. I paid $41.99. Its Nov. 10, 2018 and I still don't have my fabric.
After claiming my fabric would be shipped on Oct. 22nd, 2018, I'm still waiting for the illusive fabric. They have not refunded my money and simply admitted they don't have the fabric and can't get the fabric. They just keep stringing me along.

Ordered 50 yards of fabric, 10 yards each of 5 different colors, 30 in one order and 20 in a second order. They shipped only 20 from the first, and never notified me that the other 30 were not in stock. When I contacted them they said they had no idea when the others would come in. Their website lets you order anything you want but does not tell you items are not available.
I contacted them, cancelled the back ordered items and got an RMA for the 20 yards. I needed all of the fabric to be the same, so I needed to return it so I could purchase this 50 yards - plus another 20 yards that I never ordered becasue those were not in stock either - elsewhere.
Company says it takes 5 - 7 days to process returns. Received return on Monday 10/22. Was told credit would be issued this week. They only issue credits once a week, and that was done yesterday, so my credit won't be issued until next week. So that is not 5-7 days, it is 13 business days.
However, it is important to note that their social media page is full of similar complaints to mine.

They do live chats and say they will call you back but they don't. You speak to them on the phone, they say they will call you back, but they don't.
I need to purchase the fabric elsewhere but can't do so until the funds are returned because it is for a not-for-profit and there is a budget. If I purchase it elsewhere without the refund I will exceed the budget.

Refund I want my money refunded and I should not have to wait an extended period of time for that. Their company policy is 5 - 7 business days, and today is business day 8, and I have been told I need to wait an additional 5 business days.

Terrible customer service. I ordered fabric for my son's Halloween costume on 10/8/2018 which has yet to arrive. I contacted Customer Service on 10/17 as it was not yet marked as shipped and was told that the faux fur fabric was on back-order, which had not been mentioned on the website, in my order confirmation, or in any subsequent email.

I was assured that the order would ship on the 19th. I requested that it be sent 2-day or priority since Halloween was less than 2 weeks away, but was told that was not possible. I was told that it would arrive by the 23rd or the 24th, which was unacceptable to me- but I didn't think ordering from another supplier would be faster at that point.

As of today, it appears that the order was not SENT until the afternoon of the 24th and will not arrive until Saturday the 27th, possibly as late as 8 pm. This means that I will not be able to complete the costume for weekend Halloween activities and may not be able to finish it (I work) even in time for Halloween, which may leave my 6 year old without a costume. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from an online retailer and I am incredibly disappointed and angry that they would make no effort to do better even after being contacted about the order.

I placed an order on July 21, 2018. I ordered a total of 19 yards, different colors, of Chiffon. On the following Tuesday I sent a Message asking about my order and was told it was on back order, and should be in this week. On Friday it still hadn't shipped, so I sent another message saying that I needed it by the first and asked if it had shipped yet. It was still on back order. I asked if I would be able to receive a refund if it didn't ship out that day. To which I was told it could still arrive on Friday.
It is now Saturday, July 28, 2018 and I have a project due on August 19, 2018, and I can't finish it without the fabric I ordered. It would take a few weeks to make what I'm making.
I did not order expedited shipping because I placed my order with enough time for it to get here on time. I cannot contact the business to cancel the order because it is Saturday and they are not open like other stores.

Desired Outcome

I would like either a refund, or my items expedited as soon as the business gets them in. And for the business to keep better track of their inventory in the future.

Order number XXXXXXX for amount 16.49. Placed order on June 15th. Their FAQ states "24-48 hours processing time." After four days, no items shipped. I emailed customer service and they said only 2 of 3 items were shipping, but refused to give a tracking number. I went online and typed in their company name and complaints, and it's not pretty. They have a history of not shipping for weeks, or shorting the yardage when they do. Have tried multiple times to contact customer service. They just ignore you.

I messaged them repeated, telling them that that was not the product of XXXXXXX at *** ft. I messaged repeatedly, each time they insisted *** per yard was correct. I told them that it was a different product number from their advertisement. They told me they didn't know what advertisement I was talking about. I forwarded 3 photos of the product number, the price and quantity of 100 Ft. And the full product description of a 24+ pound roll of 100 ft. (72in. Wide) for ***

I was told that they do not sell it for the advertised size and price, They sell it at 3 ft. At that price, not the 100 Ft. Roll in the online ad.

They advertise 100 Ft at 100 Ft. For *** + *** SHIPPING. They should not be advertising it at that size and price and then switch the product number and quantity to 3 Ft. instead of 100 Ft when someone tries to order it.

I believe this is false advertising.
If I had not caught the switch, they would have charged me *** Instead of the *** I was expecting to pay at their advertised price for 2 roll.

What the other advertisers have posted as their price is of no concern of mine.

I requested to purchase two rolls of this product, from this company, at this price. As it is listed in this advertisement, that this company paid Google to include in their listings.

This is obviously misleading business practices. Bait and switch advertizing.
Customer service agents give run around, excuses, and close the case with no resolution or even response half of the time.

I am extremely disappointed that the ad was false and the product offered turned out to be switch to another product number for 3 feet instead of one 100 feet. Very irresponsible advertising.

As this company is clearly not going to stand by their advertisement we will simply have to end this nonsense by leaving a negative complaint against them.

Horrible customer service with no product. Placed an order waited and waited product did not ship. Emailed no response on order status. Did online chat 35 min wait then I received an automated message for me to email them. I then called on hold 45 mins have the lady my order number said all backed ordered. I never received any notification at all. I cancelled my order and still waiting on return if funds to my card. If not credited on 2 more days going to dispute with my card. Your company should probably make sure you update your website to reflect product that is back ordered like other companies. Since you also state your turn around time is 24-48 hours. Everything I ordered still shows available and in stock on your website which is miss leading to a consumer when in fact this is back ordered for an undertermined amount of time based on my call with your customer service. My family and now myself have been in business just as long as your company and I do not conduct business in this manner. I also have not received a cancellation email as stated by your customer service after being on hold for a very long time. Seems based on other reviews nobody has received these emails that you speak of! You should probably look at your email system. I still do not recommend doing business based on misleading product availability on website.

No resolution in complaint about damaged fabric.
I ordered 16 yards of fabric for a client's drapery project in *** 2017. Needed an additional 3 yards to complete the project and ordered in on *** The fabric arrived and found damaged upon inspection. There was writing on the fabric that looked like it was from a Sharpie marker, as well as dirt stains. I then inspected the 16 yard piece and noted a very large pull that went across the width of the fabric, as well as a small red stain about midway through (yard #8). I chatted online initially with *** on *** explained the problem with both orders of fabric, and sent pictures. She said that she would send the request to shipping and see if the rest of the roll was damaged. I sent an email on *** to *** to follow up and heard nothing back. I followed up with another online chat with *** on *** but she asked who I had dealt with and then disconnected from the chat. I followed up with an email immediately after this happened but again heard nothing. I made a call to the company on *** spoke to a customer service rep who was very rude and then got a call back from ***. *** told me that she was checking with shipping to see if the fabric was damaged and that no one was there right now. I sent another email on *** to *** to ask her to refund my money because I needed to order the fabric from another company because it was taking too long. I have not had a response from her or anyone else regarding this matter.

When placing an order, items not in stock is not revealed to you until after your purchase is completed. Then they email you to state it is on back order. Not a good business practice. It will be almost a month before item I ordered is available. I will not return.
