On Q Property Management

Jonathan Arnett; Did an awesome job on our inspection last week and he has been working to get some issues fixed in our house, we greatly appreciate his service, keep up the great work Jon! Happy Easter to all :)

We had a great experience with On Q. Their communication and promptness were excellent. [redacted] answered all of our questions no matter what time of day it was. If he was unavailable I could talk to anyone in their office and they would know what was going on with my property and transaction. They really have it together and I felt like I was very important. The systems they talk about our great and you can see how it helps them stay on top of things but more impressive are their employees. They were all friendly, courteous, prompt, and honest with me. They also referred me to a lender who they use a lot and he was just as good as they were. The communication between me, lender, and On Q was almost seamless. I loved knowing they were on top of things and nothing could surprise them. Overall it was the best experience I have ever had with a real estate company.

On Q has managed my property for a couple of years. The staff is always available to manage my property, provide solution, and stay within a budget. The tenants are check very well and take care of my property. Good company to use for property management.

JD and Carson were amazing to work with. JD was there answering all of my questions and made me feel comfortable asking questions since this is my first time renting. Carson did an awesome job with the pictures and captured the warmth of our home. Will continue to work with them for the years to come!

John came to do a routine room inspection. It went well and he was professional.

Mammoth Maintenance gave us an estimate to paint our exterior. DJ Reynolds was very professional and went into great detail about what is involved in their painting.

Had a great experience. We were needing to move quickly and Tanner made our case a priority so we could move in asap.

Barry was prompt and very knowledgeable inspector but I wouldn't recommend ONQ on dealing with problems in your home though some of the staff were helpful
