We are very pleased with the service of On Q Property Management. They have a great team that is committed to their clients. Our rentals are handled by Rebeccah Arnett. Rebeccah is quick to respond to any rental issue and always keeps us informed.

Barry did a thorough job checking the house. Very friendly also.

Before I moved my homes to On Q I had trouble collecting rents and enforcing tenant policies. Now things are streamlined and require little to no bother for me. Willow is a gem of a manager and I look forward to working with her.

DJ Reynolds from Mammoth Maintenance came out and gave us an estimate to paint our house and was a pleasure to work with and was very kind.

My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers and we were very nervous about finding our first home. We had a bad experience with a different company, which left us feeling very discouraged. We met with Russell Mills from On Q and we immediately felt comfortable and confident again. He answered questions before we asked and worked very hard to help us find what we were looking for. The property sold in record time and at great price with presale advice that was sensitive to the market, season and the property type.
