I own a small business and I have called on one hour twiceBoth times two different service techs lied to me about issues I hadBoth times I got a second opinion and both times I was told that the service tech lied recommending parts that weren't neededThe service tech Scott C*** actually drilled holes in my unit on purpose and tried to charge me $3,to fix itThe other service tech who lied was Matt N***

Today MrPaul *** Service Tech, came to my residence to check and tune up my AC System I, having spent years in the Air Force, immediately noticed how well presentable Mr *** was, (clean shaven, clean uniform), overall a professional appearance He was knowledgeable in his work, and talked over with me what procedures he was performing Again, very professional I will do business with him and ARS in the future, and will recommend ARS - and especially Mr *** - to friends and relatives wherever possible

You know there is no excuse for deliberately trying to scam someone into somethingHad they really done their job they would have had my system fixed within minutes as the other crew didPlus I would not have risked heat prostration with a heart condition for days

The technician was running a little late and the company called to let me know He, the tech, also called when he was about minutes out to let me know this also He was very friendly and appeared to be quite knowledgeable He informed me of the actions I need to take and the time frames in which to take them (such as cleaning filters and washing down the outside unit.) When he finished his inspection he provided an opportunity for me to ask any questions, he provided me with a phone number in the event I had a question after he left

He was very thorough, explained what he was doing and why Very courteous and knowledgable Gave me several suggestions as to maintaining my system This was the first inspection Mr*** has done for me I will request him to do my inspections in the future He really knows his job

Airwise always operates with integrity and does not recommend repairs that we do not feel are neededThe recommendations made have nothing to do with the age or any other factors of the homeowner. Airwise diagnosed the unit like we were asked to do, reported our findings to the home warranty company (which is a requirement of the home warranty company), collected the required service fee from the homeowner (which is a requirement of the home warranty company), then gave the customer all of their options. Airwise was under the understanding that we would be coming back to clean the coil so we turned off the inside breaker at the time of the initial service so that the unit would not be ran until we returned to clean the coil because running a system with a dirty coil can cause further damage to the system (which we do for all of our customers who could damage their system if they run it without making the necessary/recommended repairs). If the system was not cooling before we arrived, then the other service company simply switching the breaker on that we switched off would not correct any issues with the cooling. Airwise would have preferred to clean the coil for the customer and get them cooling but did not perform any repair because the homeowner did not want to pay for the portion of the repair that was not covered by the home warranty company. Please let us know if you would like us to move forward with the cleaning of the coil.Thanks,Airwise

Airwise was sent to this home through a home warranty company. As we are required to do, we performed a diagnosis and called in our findings to the home warranty company. The home warranty company informed us that they were going to cover some, but not all, of the repair costs and
that the homeowner, according to their policy, would be responsible for some of the associated repair costs. The homeowner decided that they did not want to pay for their portion of the costs and so we did not move forward with the repairs. Unfortunately, Airwise has no control over what the home warranty company decides to cover

Technician Antwain "Ike" performed the seasonal checkout of my year old air conditionerHe was both knowledgeable and professional and explained the steps he was taking during the check outHe also explained that with the age of my unit, I should be considering a more efficient replacement in the near future

Airwise technicians get all work approved before continuing to perform more work. There is no way to know how long a repair will take until we arrive and take a look at the system. We will put the technician through more training and refund your $for the extended diagnosis

OK, I understand your feedback so I need your help. I can only go by documentation at this point. If you want to provide invoices through this site that support your issues, I will have more to go on with my people. It is important to me that I always get to the truth of what happens. I am sure you would do the same. I believe in doing the right thing. I just have differing accounts of what occurred for some of this. I apologize. I think you can add documents to this request or you could send them directly to me if you wish. Pictures if you have them, invoices from the other company, and any other documented items you can provide
Right now I must stand by giving you a refund of any money paid to us. We didn't or couldn't do what you wanted us to do so you shouldn't have to pay for that.
Another company has given you what you feel you need and I am glad about that. I hope it continues to work for you

This review specifically refers to today's service visit by Mr. Wayne Lyons, who replaced the evaporator of my Amana heat pump. This is quite a complicated operation, which he completed in a very methodical and careful manner. He is very thorough in his approach and his neatness.is outstanding. Thank you for a job well done.

Mr. Paul [redacted] was a true professional and was able to quickly diagnose all issues with our home A/C. He was very courteous and skilled at his profession.

Although the company puts me out of a/c for almost two months of this summer, and calls me a liar should show who we are dealing with here. But I will accept due to the fact that Airwise said they would cover the cost of coolant that had leaked out of my system that I had purchased a little over two months ago.

We are very sorry for this gentleman's emotional troubles. However the facts he explained are simply not true. He did not need a blower motor since July. He stopped cooling again in September but it was a totally separate issue entirely. We are addressing the new part that he needs and will expedite...
