Excellent service- very cordial- excellent technical work.

We were extremely pleased with the promptness and thoroughness of One Hour when they performed our furnace tuneup. We have used other companies, but they do not compare to the ease of setting up the job, arrival promptness, and thoroughness in performing the tune-up. We intend to call them next spring for our air conditioning tune-up.

Excellent service from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The techs call in advance, arrive when they say they will, are professional, courteous, fast and efficient. The equipment, whether it be furnaces, A/C, water softeners, etc. is state-of-the-art, highly reliable and built for many years of service. Tony D. currently is the tech that handles our annual furnace and A/C tune-ups and you couldn't ask for a better, more professional, engaging professional to handle your home environment service needs. Missy C. is the front office/service rep/dispatcher and is incredibly pleasant, responsive to your situation, etc. Yes, one may baulk at times with prices, but for my wife and I this is a case where you get what you pay for - and that is high quality, reliable products and efficient service provided by people that care and are personnable.

I always have had a good experience with One hour heating. I had Chris come and do my yearly maintanence check on my furnace. They are alway polite and wear shoe covers. Would always recommend.

One Hour Heating & Air is a very professional organization who I would recommend to anyone. Whether you speak to their customer service staff or the technician out in the field, they know their business and are knowledgable and curtious . We could not be happier with their service.
