The problem was really never fixed The solution was a work around the problem by creating another profile However, I had no idea how much work would be required to get some of my programs working again with the new profile After days of work I finally got my programs working correctly again I was never told how much work would be involved with a new profileIf this happened to someone with little experience they would have no chance of getting their system working without spending a few more sessions with One Solution You end up running a program and finding out it doesn't work and One Solution fixes it and then you run another program and you would have to go through the whole procedure again
