I was pleased with the prompt response and the outstanding courtesy provided by Zowie and dennis both.They resolved my computer problem in short amount of time and carefully explained what is happening,what the problems and solutions were,and made sure I understood everything they were doing as well as what the new contract entailed

Rae and Zowie did an excellent job fixing my computer It took less than the hour window I was given, which surprised me I would recommend you guys to anyone and everyone

I appreciate the work that was done by both of the people who worked with me for almost three hours very patiently and kindly I live in an assisted living facility and am in my apt alone many hours My computer is very important to me and keeps me connected to the outside world and to my family who live away I am very grateful for this day's work and the workers, one named Michael but I don't know the other one's name, sorry I am happy to get the infections taken away from this computer and hope that it will be safe now

Hello Miss ***,Thank you for documenting this complaint and bringing this to the Revdex.com’s attentionYour complaint will enable them to further realize that we are a legitimate and a customer centric business and that customer’s such as yourself tend to misstate or misunderstand facts Further, I would request that you refrain from making claims or statements such as “Scammers One Solution Inc, pretend to be one of [redacted] Support technicians, they steal/copy Apple's logo, letterheads, information to scam consumers, they send scam emails to get consumers, consumers trust big corporations.” You have received the service agreement clearly showing our logo, business name, details and terms & conditionsFurther, we did not claim to be affiliated with [redacted] or any other brand ?" which is clearly mentioned on our website and the service agreement in your email and was clearly explained to you by the agent you spoke with and the billing team at the time of paymentYou searched for computer repair/support on Google and found usThe phishing email you received was something, which is done by scammers globally at a large scale, and if we were involved in such unethical practices, we would not be the organization we are todayAlso, please keep in mind that you may have the right to claim anything, but we have call recordings, video recordings of the work done on your system and contracts provided to you which clearly show our legitimacy and that you either misunderstood the facts or are misrepresenting them Also, I would like to highlight that a licensed/paid antivirus was installed on your system apart from optimizing your system and creating email spam settings to safeguard your account.You paid us $for one-year tech support (including the software cost)After the work was completed, you called in and asked for a refundWe advised you that since licensed software was installed, we are unable to provide a full refund but offered a partial refund per our T&C ?" to which you agreed over the phoneUpon sending you the same in writing, we did not get your confirmation in writing and hence this was not processedYou then called the next day threatening to go to Revdex.com, FTC and disputing the charge with your bank if you do not get a full refundWe advised you that a full refund shall be processed and that you can still keep the licensed software, complimentary from One Solution Inc On Monday, June 2017, we emailed you confirming that your refund has been processed and should hit your account within business daysWe are a small business and I do not appreciate being harassed and blackmailed by hollow claims just to get your money back, when we have already agreed to do so regardless of your claims and overlooking our company policyNot just the documentation, but the call recordings will also show that your accusations are and that you are smartly trying to extract an undue refundPlease use this smartness in a positive way to help others around you and not just for your own advantageI request that you remove this complaint and stop misbranding my organization, lest you wish for me to pursue the matter legallyI also request Revdex.com to make a note of this customer for future complaints with other companies that may face similar harassment.? ? ? ?

highly competent, fast however, there needs to be an effective way to allow me, the customer, to verify that their interference into my computer is not a scam At this point, I am still not sure

This is a great company I bought a new computer ad there was no problem putting the programs to keep my computer safe on the new one I highly recommend this company!

one solution, inc friendly tech support personnell wish they could speak slower for us older folks that are not computer savvy they did their job well
