Unhappy customer!
Our system was installed in February and was asked to call to set up another appointment to have system serviced to get it up and running for summer. We did our part. Had an An appointment in May they came out didn’t complete the job Had a very frustrating appointment in May system still not completed and it has been nothing but a headache since now to be told we can’t be seen until June 22. Not happy, very dissatisfied. Basically they got our money and now we’re fighting to get our system up and running and functioning.

Not a happy customer

I hope all the people we referred hav e not had this experience. At this time, will not be referring anyone else to One Source Home Services.

Too bad that if I were to quit making my payments, I would be the one punished and sent to collections and still not have a working system.

Not fair! Just want my system completed.

Had what seemed like a small issue with heate/boiler. One Source sent Mr. Fred C to check it. He was promp, pofessional and very well informed about my boiler system. Wanted to recommend him specifically for boiler issues. Did not do 5 stars because I think perhaps some additional communication between the company and their service people might be needed.

One Source has an after-hours attendee, so when you call them, even if you are not an existing member or previous customer, you can talk to a human being. I had a dead A/C system, and I called them. I got a service tech at the house the very next morning before 9 am. That's responsive.
Their truck was clean and professional, not some fly-by-night dude with a magnet on the door. The service tech (Casey) was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He had a sharp looking uniform. Wore a mask the entire time, wore protective slip-ons over his work shoes the entire time. He fixed the issue, zoomed in on the precise problem right away.
Yes, you'll pay a bit; my problem was serious and it took some serious cash to fix. But the knowledge and the guarantee on the work is worth it. My dead A/C was back in business in less than 48 hours from the moment I first called them for help at 10:30 pm on a Sunday evening.

Elizabeth, Dorian, Marcus and Polette did work on cleaning my ducts and repairing my HVAC system. They were great to work with and very knowledgeable about the job.

Josh J came out to service my system. I called on Thursday and he was here by Wednesday. Fast and quick service. It didn't take him long to find out I had a leak. He went through my system and found what I needed in good time. Quick, fast, service...

Casey and the other techs were great. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I have used these guys a few times now. They are polite and professional. I had Bobby at my home today to do a furnace tune up and ended up getting a blower cleaned and a 24v filter installed. Along with a duct cleaning scheduled. There was no pressure to get the extra work and he was knowledgeable and answered my questions I had on the equipment. I will use them again for future needs.

HVAC system stopped working the previous night. Technician came out by noon the next day found the part that stopped working and fixed the issue within 20-30 min

Easy scheduling. Helpful staff and the electrician was very professional and didn't laugh at me. We would have them back if needed.

Sometimes it can be hit or miss with these type of companies but One Source is fantastic.

On 8/14/20 I had an appointment scheduled between the hours of 3:00 pm and 5:00 for a quote for installation on a AC unit. The Technician showed up at 2:30 pm while I was still working. My wife asked him if he could return at 3:00 pm and he said that he had other appointments to go to and for me to call the office. I called the office and I explained how my appointment was suppose to be between 3:00 and 5:00 pm, the gentleman but me on hold and then told me that the technician was not going to be able to come back between those hours. He then asked me if I would like to reschedule for 8/15/20 on Saturday morning, I told him no and to cancel everything. The way I see it is, if ONE SOURCE HOME SERVICE can't even keep an appointment to what was scheduled, then God knows what else they will do wrong.

I do apologize for any inconvenience that the early arrival may have caused you and your family. Our number one priority is to ensure our customers complete satisfaction. We stand behind our work and our commitment to our customers to reach as many homes as possibly within the time provided. Thank you for allowing One Source Home Service the opportunity to work with you and your family.

Technician quoted me $300+ each for furnace and vent cleaning for a total of no more than $675. I asked for hard copies of quoted services and I never received. When I received first billing statement, total amount due was $1041.00
I telephoned One Source and was told I was charged $804 for vent cleaning. I had 11 vents cleaned and I was told by One Source rep that $804 was steep. I contacted technician who quoted me and she said a particular individual would refund me money but this did not happen. I contacted One Source again and left message for Scott Bidwell, owner. I did not receive a response. I sent him a certified letter with explanation of events and copy of communication I had with technician and what she stated she’d do to help resolve this outrageous charge but no response from owner though I have return receipt of his acceptance of my certified letter. I am requesting help in this matter. I was over charged for vent cleaning that on average costs $200-$300. I am seeking your help please.

Upon review of Elissa *** accounts I have found that an agreement was reached between our accounting department for the amount of our standard duct cleaning to be reduced from 809.10 to the amount of 599.00. Dustin *** our department manager approved this discount for Elissa's approval of loan documents we have been awaiting authorized signatures for work to be completed and funds to be released for services rendered. As you can see in document 1 labeled Duct Cleaning Estimate our technician successfully captured Elissa's signature authorizing the amount for the job to be done. All estimates have been attached for your review for other services recommended but not deemed mandatory for safety and over all health of the home owner and longevity of the equipment. I have additional documents to be attached, the items listed above are the Estimates indicating the acknowledged signature and acceptance of the estimate. Please let me know if any additional documents such as recordings may be utilized for this process to come to a resolution. Thank you. David

This company is AMAZZZING!!! Came out and fixed my heating problem. The techs are so nice and professional. I want to give a shout out to Ridge, Casey and The whole team for being kind and courteous. Giving us a big discount. Will definitely recommend to friends and families.

The technician was very informative and polite.
He covered all of the difference between system and discussed what would work best for our home.
We are replacing both furnace and air conditioner that is 17 years old. The price was in line with what other companies are charging. And, instillation was scheduled within 2 days.
Very happy with the service.
