I would not recommend them for service and would have given a 0 star if possible. As a subcontract Administrator and calling Brian at One Source scheduled a meeting with 4 contractors to walk all at once and only One Source didn't show nor call. If they can't make an appointment I can't imagine the professional staff that they would send to a house to work.

Great customer service! Our scheduled furnace inspection was done by James. He was extremely thorough and walked me through each step of the inspection and explained what each inspected component did. He took pictures of the various parts and components of the inspection and showed me what the system specs were for the individual components being inspected, and what my components were registering; and then cleaned the unit. He discussed options of the repairing failing parts versus replacing the 20 year old unit (warranties versus cost). It was a very positive experience. Definitely recommend Heat Depot/One Source to anyone needing an HVAC inspection.

Had duct sealing done. While here, they recommended I have a plumbing inspection done. Came back with work needed for estimate of $850.00.
Work done, double charged the $1,978.60 for the duct clean. Destroyed the tile surround in the main bathroom. Hooked up faucet incorrectly, no cold water. Did not install drain in bathtub. Broke a water pipe inside of the ceiling downstairs, freeing up my sprinkler backflow. upon complaining, after a couple of months and many visits, most was taken care of. I had to have the bathroom re-tiled. They paid for materials and installation, nothing for dempo or clean-uo. They stated they would replace the backflow at their expense, then charged me $520.00 for it. left a gaping hole in the ceiling downstairs which they made to get access to the broken pipe. Got the backflush charge reversed eventually. Stated they do not do wall/ceiling repairs. Also had water leaking into the downstairs from the main bathroom, caused by them and finally repaired. So, at present I have a finance company charging me a "corrected" price of $1,399.12 for the $$850.00 job after all of the problems and damage to my home. The duct sealing was done on 7/16/2018, and the plumbing work done on 7/23/2018/.My last contact with them was 12/20/2018, at which time no one was available to help me. I have pictures of the bathroom tile and outside piping damage available.

Customer recieved a check for $1301.98 To pay for damages. Customer was refunded to the finance company $520.08 as well as $270.68. All issues have been resolved. It is embarassing that we had this amount of issues with this particular customer, and this is not the way I expect things to be conducted in my company. It was noted and metnioned prior to beginning work that Heat Depot does not do dry wall repairs as we do not have anyone on staff for this. We are very sorry that you have had this experience, and glad that we have been able to resolve the issues as they have arised.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am still being charged $1300 for an $850 job, even after all of the problems and call backs to get the job done as well as it is. Too much for what was promised and delivered.

Final Business Response /(4000, 9, 2019/02/20) */
Customer was presented a price to do work. Work was completed. There were some mistakes happen, and all beit we are human and make mistakes. The mistakes were paid for to be handled and taken care of per request by customer. There was an incedental charge and it was reveresed. Of course you should have to pay for the work to be done in your home. I dont see how you would expect not to pay for the work. UNLESS of course we didnt take care of the issues. WHICH WE DID. A job that was sold to you for $1,187.84 was completed, and actually cost me $1301.98 to pay for damages. So the work is completed, the damages are paid for and I now have a LOSS of more than 200 to perform work for you. What else are you seeking? As it stands, I paid out of my pocket to perform the work for you. There is nothing further wecan do regarding this matter.

Best customer service with Heat Depot and their techs are so professional. Very detailed. We have used them for a new furnace and water heaters. Dustin and Tom were wonderful and very patient with our questions. The work was done very well and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommend them for any services they provide. We have complete trust in their work and the guarantee their work as well. Customers forever, but hopefully nothing else breaks in our home 😁

Sharon, thank you so much for your review. We are so thankful that our team was able to Serve you. We train, and teach to provide the very best customer experience, and so very thankful when customers receive the value we expect of them. Thank you so much, we look forward to serving you many years to come.

Just changed the filter in my furnace and couldn't get it to work. Called Heat Depot and they came out to check. Told me I should just replace the furnace. Called the *** dealer that sold me the unit in 2010. They came out and checked and informed me the door was ajar and that's why it wouldn't turn on. The Heat Depot employee also told me I had a car bon monoxide leak which was not true. Will not be calling them for service again.

The 10 yr old swamp cooler motor went out on 5/4/18. Ordered new motor on 5/24 and installed it on 5/27 -no other work or service done-Total $485.00. On 6/1/18 motor out again-called H.D. On 6/7 they said it needed another motor-claim water sprayed on it and motor went out. 6/14 called-they forgot to order motor! Replaced on 6/20 and again stated problem was water sprayed on motor. They replaced the motor but did NOT fix the water spraying. Motor went out again on 6/26-had it with H.D.! Had *** come out-he cleaned up the wrappers and trash left in area by H.D. and it was then running fine. Cooler out again 9/25 so called H.D. for motor on warrantee. Tech said he needed to find a part and would let me know. By 10-1 no word! called H.D. Got run around from Craig, Joey, and Aaron -said I would have to pay $400.!! Said he can't find part to repair water leak! Called ***-they have 7/8 kits on the shelf IN store for $9.98!! Forget it - called Paul's on 10/3 he was here 10/4-installed new motor-water distribution kit (contains water spray) for $210.00!!!!!!!!! H.D. does not know what they are doing nor do they care about customer service. Time cooler out in June it was in the 90/100's in Pueblo and I am 80 years old on oxygen 24/7-purchased portable unit and lived in 1 room for over a month! They were the ones not calling for appts., not ordering parts, not returning phone calls, had emergency calls before mine etc, etc

Thank you for your review of our service. We have reviewed the account and do see notes that we replaced the motor, as well as advised of other repairs, and even provided an option to replace. The motor went out due to the leaking valve which did not get replaced. We came out, warrantied the motor, and suggested the repair of the valve to stop the spraying water. We are very happy that you were able to find a provider that you are happy with. We make all attemps to achieve 100% satisfaction, and completely understand that 100% of customers may need to find other services. WE are also so very pleased that your system failed, and just by picking up trash it was able to get back up and running. Thank you for your review.

Customer Response • Oct 26, 2018

Have correction on your repair charge-it was NOT $485.00 but rather $850.00 to replace motor only - you knew valve leaking but did not replace it! Paul's replaced the motor AND the valve for $210.00! Your response about the trash tells all anyone needs to know about your customer service. Quote "WE are also so very pleased that your system failed, and just by picking up trash it was able to get back up and running." Are you serious-you were so very pleased the system failed? WOW The trash was left by you from the 2 previous motor and belt replacements you did. This got sucked up on water pump, pump shut off as it should and re-started after debris was removed! I am glad you make all attempts to achieve 100% satisfaction, and you completely understand that 100% of customers may need to find other services! Consider me to be just 1 of that 100% of your customers that needed to find other services and the other 99% will soon follow.

One Source Home Service Response • Oct 26, 2018

Again, Thanks for your response. Unfortunately the statement that you quoted reads incorrectly. We can certainly see how that was misunderstood. No, in fact we are not happy that your system failed. The statement, perhaps should have been omitted, but was more so to the fact that it is very ODD, that you stated that by picking up trash the system fixed itself. We do also have notes of the pump replacement recommended by the original, and the second technician. We are so very sorry that you were not happy with the services. We wish you the very best.

We had a great initial experience with Jay, back in early July. We then met with Jay and the lead Engineer to finalize the plans for the home, for an installation date of 24 Sep. Through both session, it probably entailed about 3.5 hours of our time, not to include other outside work and prep for the install. Just days before scheduled installation, someone from the office contacted us and said the owner decided NOT to complete the installation, and this office rep provided no explanation. I asked that the owner contact us and provide us an explanation. Now, after they wasted 2 months of our time, we are scrambling to get a heating solution before the cold weather arrives. Absolute lack of professionalism and common courtesy. AVOID THIS BUSINESS... OR YOU TOO WILL EXPERIENCE THE "WOW!"

The Heat Depot (also known as One Source Home Services in the Denver area) took over maintenance agreements and bought the data base from *** () in Denver. I purchased a maintenance contract for 24 hour service from *** in June and had a "new" thermostat installed two days later as the air conditioner was not working, which they said was due to a faulty thermostat. They replaced the thermostat (without other options or consideration of our choice in models or self installation). They said they would not charged us, but we received a bill anyway (which we paid believing we had a new thermostat that was functional). Please see my *** review of *** for more detailed information.

At the beginning of September I received a letter stating that One Source (also known as Heat Depot in CO Springs) was the company selected "to continue our high level of service" and that the new company "Looks forward to deliver exceptional service", and to look forward to "all the exciting things we have planned for you and your family". The letter stated they (one source) will "Proudly take on ['s] clientele...will take over all memberships currently in-place and will continue to offer great value to our customers".

This is a farce. After several attempts to contact *** and One Source for our 24 hour memberships service we found:
-That One Source is only available Monday-Friday (we were calling on the weekend b.c temperature dropped).
-They could not or would not service my furnace for 10 days.
The administrative assistant/scheduler resisted giving the owners' names or numbers out and stated repeatedly that they had no connection to *** other than purchasing their data base.

After several emails and phone calls, the owner, Jason *** finally called me back (which was shortly after I had researched his name and called asking for him directly). I explained how *** installed a new thermostat and had agreed to service our furnace for free when we bought the membership and had a new compressor and thermostat installed in June. He came out immediately 20 minutes. He found that the thermostat, although purported as new by *** was faulty and "was probably in his truck for years" as there are much newer models available.

Jason said I would need to purchase a new thermostat and pay One Source $180 for it and installation, or I could buy one on my own and install it. He was kind and gave me info for how to connect it. However, I was frustrated that I would have to buy another thermostat and take the time to install it myself. So I called ***l the manufacturer of the T4 thermostat. They said that there was a 5 year warrantee on the thermostat from the date of installment if I had proof of Installment, which I do, that I should be able to get a free replacement thermostat from the *** distributer. He also stated that if One Source purchased maintenance contracts from , they should install it/maintain it per that agreement.

When I called Jason to tell him this, he raised his voice and told me to call the attorney general. He refused to install the thermostat without an installation fee, and would not contact the distributer b/c of of the hassle of getting reimbursed. I decided not to push it further because he was escalating and Jason said he would purchase a thermostat for me and I could pick it up at his office tomorrow. (I had even offered to do the leg work with the distributer if he could tell me who 's distributer was). Although I feel I should be entitled to free installation, per my maintenance agreement with . I agreed to pick up the new thermostat and install it myself. When I asked about a warrantee, Jason said I would have a manufacturer warrantee with the thermostat.

This whole situation to me is a scam. I purchased a maintenance agreement, which should service the thermostat that the company installed. One Source (part of Heat Depot) says they do not have to honor the agreement and that they just "bought the data base from ". They can't be responsible for all of the poor practices of - they "would go out of business". ***'s phone line and email go directly to One Source. Both *** and One Source owner's were on the same letter (9/7/18). I would think a maintenance agreement would include maintaining parts installed (especially if the part installed was faulty) and services rendered.

I would not do business with One Source, Heat Depot or *** as their business practices seem less than ethical.

Thank you for your review. Heat Depot's primary focus is on Customer Service. Our main facility is located in Colorado Springs. We found it tough to service both Colorado Springs, and Denver Metro areas and be able to provide the highest level of service. Therefore we decided to seperate the two companies into 2 organizations led by current members of the Heat Depot Team. Durring this process, a failing company *** contacted us to take over its clientelle. One Source happily stepped up to serve those customers. Companies are often purchased and sold frequently, very unsure as to how this is a scam? And yes, the previous customers of *** were sent a letter explaining this process as well. Heat Depot also remains in the Colorado Springs and Pueblo Metro areas in support of One Source as needed.

I needed to replace my old heater (from 1979!), in my mature home, and took the opportunity to install AC and upgrade the electrical while we were at it. I requested 3 quotes; one from a company in my neighborhood, one from a national chain and one from Heat Depot. I found Heat Depot to be the middle-range quote and very proactive, ready to book at my soonest convenience.
I had a detail glitches with the system and Heat Depot 120% backed-up their product and work, having techs out to resolve the details quickly.
Aaron was informative in the beginning, explaining what my home would require very thoroughly; later he answered lots of questions and was very helpful in making sure my home was completed and comfortable.
The technicians are great - very knowledgeable and if they did not know an answer, they said so and made sure they were able to get answers.
The thermostat installed was a little tricky and I was not very confident with the remote technology; after troubleshooting through one dud thermostat (mfr issue), Heat Depot swapped it and the unit worked fine. You will need to work out any details related to your own wi-fi settings relative to these kinds of thermostats, so be prepared to do that on your own and at your end. I found helpful, detailed instructions about these settings on the thermostat mfr website (***).
I recommend Heat Depot for being thorough, efficient and supporting of their services & products.

Mr., thank you so much for the review of our services. We definitely pride ourselves in ALWAYS being there for our customers. Thank you for understanding that we are all human, and mistakes can happen occasionally. We have always said, the integrity of a company is in how it deals with its mistakes. Happy to serve. Please call us anytime and we will be there for you!

8/13/2018, The Heat Depot, Technician, Roy. He cleaned the furnace and then cleaned the A/C. He came in and told me about a contract special they were running. A $600 contract for $300,for a 3 year contract. I used my *** and signed the receipt electroniclly. I was to receive a receipt for the visa charge and a copy of the contract.I have not rc'd them. When I got my *** bill, I was charged $599 by The Heat Depot. I called to inquire why. They say I received $400 work on the A/c and that I had cancelled my contract. They also say I owe $89 for another service that was supposed to be included in the contract. I did not cancel the contract. I did not get asked if I was OK to have work other than cleaning, done to the A/C. I am willing to pay
the $69 I originally believed I would be charged.I now, no longer want to have this "contract". I do not want to do business with this company, ever again!

Initial Business Response /(1000, 7, 2018/09/17) */
Customer contacted us to perform a Tune-Up on her system which was $69. Upon inspection of her system the technician found out that the Evaporative coil, and condenser coil should be cleaned. He advised her of this as a seperate cost, and that it is something that we do included within the Service Membbership, so rather than spending 1 time service of $400. He provided her with a 3 year membership which provides these cleanings for the next 3 years 2 x per year for no charge. In addition savings on future repairs and such. and no charge for service calls in the future. He provided this estimate to the customer and she agreed to the work. If we terminate the agreement the customer would be required to pay for the work that was performed at a disocunt of (free). Tune-up Fee($69), Evan Coil Clean ($289), Condenser Coil Clean ($189) as listed individually in our price book. Also, we provided a plumbing inspection at her home, with a water heater flush at no charge because she signed up for our membership.
Notes from Customer Call:Customer wants refund for her $599.00.. She talked to Janet. Danny already cleaned condeser and coil. That is a service for $404.00 as well as had a plumbing inspection. It was free since she was a member. Now with her cancelling her membership that means her plumbing inspection is no longer free, that is an $89.00 service fee. That is $493.00 worth of work that was performed. Customer should only be refunded $106.00.

I am still confused about this issue. I do not understand why I should have to pay for a service that was not done. The person who came out to "inspect" the plumbing did nothing! He did NOT flush the water heater. I only had him come out because at the time I thought this was a service that would not be charged to me. He did nothing.
My Visa paid The Heat Depot $599.
They are saying I should pay $493.

I woud really like to get this behind me and I will pay $404. I do not feel I should pay for the "plumbing inspection!"

Ms.. Very sorry. After consideration, doesnt seem too worth arguing over just a few dollar. We have refunded your visa card $195 per your request. Thank you so much for your patience, and we are sorry that this took so long. Your refund was process on 10/31/2018 and should hit your visa within 3-5 business days. I accept this response and action.
I wish to thank all that were involved.

I give this company 0 stars. My first week of having the A/C it froze over and then I was told at time of financing that we would have a set payment and no payment for the first six months. We told the first technician about this problem when they came out to fix the A/C and we were told that they usually just send bill in advance and shouldn't worry about it well I got another bill in the mail starting that I am two months behind and the also said our payment will be going up double than what it is now. I have contact the Heat Depot at least 4 times this week and I keep getting told the same story that Aaron is in a meeting or he will be calling me back today or their owner will call me and I have heard nothing from either one of them. I am so livid and will be having my husband physically go into the office and I will also be working with the finance company to see how I can discontinue service and Heat Depot will just need to come pick up theirs A/C because I certainly don't want it with the type of service that I have gotten.

There was a mismatch in the air conditioner with the HVAC in the house. They fixed it after the third visit. They just need to be more careful and ensure the job is complete. Satisfied!

The Heat Depot was great for us. We have ran into issues with our HVAC, in particular our A.C unit and contacted them about 2 months ago. The tech sho came out was great, very helpful and explained everything we needed and what it would cost and just everything. While trying to figure out how to pay for this, ran into some snags. However I talked to the guys at heat depot, in particular Scott (who I found out only afterwards is a owner) who was amazing in working with us on everything!! We would have nkt been able go get what was needed to live comfortable in our own house if not for these guys and their community commitments to help those here. While there was a few snags (honest people doing honest work it happens) they were able to assure everything was taken care of. We did cone across some issue that we still need fixed, but the way these guys went above and beyond to help out my family, was amazing. I would highly recommend them. For their work ethic, knowledge and actually c

The Heat Depot has been extremely professional and courteous. My wife & I Purchased a *** Furnace and a *** Air Conditioner. We also had them do the *** for our air duct. I am a retired general contractor and have to say in all my years it was very rare to run across companies that cared about the customer 1st! Those companies always wanted to sell you their products regardless if there was a better product available.
Kyle & Mike took all the time necessary to show me many different Brands as well as explain all the different features regarding the equipment choices.
Not only were they patient and reasonable with us, their pricing and service exceeded everyone else that we took bids from.
I would HIGHGLY RECOMEND this company to anyone looking for a quality product or knowledgeable service.

It was perfect timing for heat depot people to call us we were having trouble with our heater the heat depot guys Lance and Thomas came out right away we were very pleased with their appearance very please with management to help with financial difficulties we will keep you in mind with any work that needs to be done thank you very much for your service

Thank you very much for your review Patricia. We are happy to hear that our technicians are meeting and exceeding our expectations. We do everything in our power to ensure that each and every customer receive The Heat Depot Experience, and level of service that meets and exceeds our customers expectations. We are happy to have served you, and look forward to doing so for years to come.

Heat Depot is our go-to company for heater/AC maintenance. We have them check our furnace each fall and the AC each spring. I am someone who believes that the customer service is as important, if not more so, than the product or service itself. In this arena, Heat Depot has yet to disappoint. The service people are always very friendly, and they get the job done quickly and efficiently, but no so much as to cut corners; they are very thorough. Specifically, we had our furnace cleaned/inspected for this winter, and Christian was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He made several recommendations concerning our maintenance, and explained each one completely.

This is the letter I sent to Heat Depot on September 4th. We have had no response from them.
Heat Depot
4224 N. Nevada Ave. #110
Colorado Springs, CO 80907

We have a service contract with Heat Depot for our home consisting of 2 separate Heating and AC systems (totaling 4 systems). On August 14th, we were scheduled to have our annual AC service completed. I came home from work for our 2-4pm appointment and no one showed up. Your receptionist apologized and offered a free duct cleaning and rescheduled for August 22nd. Again, I came home early for our 2-4pm appointment. At 4:45 I called your shop and was told there was a miscommunication and someone would be coming by 5:15pm.

James arrived at about 5:15pm and turned on both of my AC systems. About 25 minutes later he had me come down to the utility room to listen to his wand beeping as he swept it over the evaporative coils, indicating that there were numerous leaks in both of my AC systems. He then took me outside where he hooked up a meter to each compressor and it indicated (Red light) that both compressors we were bad. Now, James told me that his manager was on his way, coming to talk to me. By now it was 6:30pm, I wanted to make an appointment, but he said Justin was on his way. Justin arrived about 7:15pm.

Justin gave me all the same information about what was wrong, and laid out the plan for replacement, calling the shop to see if they could do the replacement 2 days later and giving me a quote of $7800 if I did it by Thursday when their crew had an opening. I told Justin I was tired, I didn't make decisions like this, this fast as the system was working. We own a portfolio of commercial office buildings in California and I have a few trusted HVAC service people I wanted to talk with before I did this. I told him I'd call the next day.

Fortunately for us, we work in property management. I deal with HVAC problems all the time and my HVAC guys said, "Did you check the split?" "What did the gauges say?"

Unfortunately for you, your technician didn't check the split and they didn't use gauges to check the pressures in the lines. We checked the split ourselves the next day and there was well over a 20-degree split between the intake and output, indicating that there was not a problem. So, when we had someone physically come out for a second opinion the next day to check the pressure in the lines, using real gauges instead of "sniffers", .... surprise, surprise...the pressures were perfect. No leaks in either system. The compressors, windings etc. were all working just fine.

I can only assume this is a scam that you and your company are trying to pull off, but you tried to rip off the wrong people. Please cancel the remainder of my maintenance contract and refund 1/3 of my contract ($332.00) for the final year of service plus $798 as well as the cancelled duct cleaning.
Regretfully,
Cynthia ***

It was clear that they were pushing me to commit to replacement of both units at 8:00pm the night they were there and it was all based on complete lies. My system has continued to work fine and I would like the last year of my service contract refunded, the cost of the duct cleaning they promised refunded and I want to warn others not to trust them.

Mrs. on 7/9/15 you initially signed up for our service agreement and paid $998 for the service agreement with $436.95 of services completed and waived at the time of service. So the total for the service agreement was only $562.05. Which equated to 1 year at $187.35 which we will refund and cancel your services for the next year if this is what you wish. As far as the service you received, our technicians use tools provided by suppliers to find and solve problems. We use an approved electronic leak detector, and use a megometer to test the inner winding and integretiy of such of the compressor which are the tools you referred to. These tools were used during the regular tune up at no additional cost to you to ensure that you don't have any unwanted issues. The technician found the leak, reset his meter, found it again, and then asked you to find the leak. It was then again verified once our senior technician arrived at your home to ensure that our technicians are making the correct recommendations to our customers. The hvac techs that you speak of that asked you to test the "splits" refer to checking the difference in temp between Subcool and Superheat which should be 8-10 deg of difference. So you said yourself there was 20 degree split after checking with gauges, which is not the proper split and would indicate again that you have a leak in your system. 20 degree split would refer to only airflow, and would be the difference of the air from Supply to Return, meaning the return air having a 80 deg and the supply having a 60 deg creating a perfect 20 deg split. We would challenge the local reps that you stated you contacted to schedule a call which we will gladly pay for them to return, with our technicians and our tools to REVERIFY that the problems do in fact exist in your home. Our company stands behind the services we provide 100% and would gladly accept this challenge to prove that there is no doubt in anyone mind that these problems exist. As far as refunding to you a duct cleaning that you did not pay for, I am very sorry but we cannot do this. The duct cleaning that you paid for in 2015 was completed as scheduled. We are very sorry for the scheduling conflict, unfortunately in our business and with any other, there are a certain percentage of human error that can happen with scheduling, for this we apologize, and happily offered to compensate to you by providing a service for free, which you cancelled prior to allowing this to happen. Again as stated above, should you decide you do not wish to have the remaining 2 services on your agreement for a total refund of $187.35. Attached are copies of your services for which we performed.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /(3000, 9, 2017/09/29) */
The electronic leak detectors and the "megometer" Scott refers to are lights and buzzers. They do not tell what is going on inside the system like guages and thermometers do. I don't know what you were talking about, but we tested the "split" in temperature which is simply the difference between the temperature at the air intake and the temperature at the output vent. It was easily over 20 degrees. This was before any guages or any one else even came out. It was clear that there ws nothing wrong with our system.
I asked for the refund for the duct cleaning that you gave me because I took off of work for an appointment that your technician never showed up to. I spent 2 afternoons, needlessly, waiting for your technician to arrive. The first day he didn't come at all and the second appointment he left and went to Denver and someone else had to be called in and arrived at 5:15pm! That duct cleaning was cancelled because I can no longer trust your company. Please refund my last year of my service contract $187.35.

Final Business Response /(4000, 11, 2017/10/02) */
We will promptly mail a check for the $187.35 and cancel your future services. We certainly do not wish to lose a customer, we do understand your frustrations, and continue to work to improve our customers service and strive to provide everyone with The Heat Depot Experience.

You have to watch out for this company! I will admit upfront they do decent work however, when it comes to getting anything serviced you need to know that they extremely markup prices. My example: I was told I needed a new Igniter and Motor Fan Capacitor for my furnace; both very small parts. I was told by a technician the capacitor was very hard to find, and cost around $140; for such a small, easy to install part, I thought that was an extreme price. Not being an HVAC person, I trusted what the technician told me and paid $189 (initially $247 but I got a military discount) to get the two parts replaced; because he had the "hard to find part" on his truck at that time. Later that day; after hearing the prices they wanted to charge my neighbor for repairs, I got online to check the prices of the two parts I had installed. I could have gotten the parts I needed at *** and *** for a total of $16.30 and installed them myself; but I trusted the technician on the "hard to find

One Source Home Service Response

Mr Scott, we appreciate the time you have taken to write your reviews. Very glad that you enjoyed the service. Let me assure you that all of our technicians receive salary for pay. The prices you mention for the parts you purchased are at, or below market value for those parts. We would encourage you to get bids from 3 competetors to see that is the case. *** nor *** sells the parts you mentioned. On top of the fact that you are not only paying for the part when you have it installed professionally, there is a cost to doing business. Thank you again.
