I ordered one itemI was sent a different (inferior) itemDespite multiple attempts, you cannot phone the companyIt says the person is on a call, you're transferred to a voicemail box, that is full and produces an errorI tried emailing the company but received no replyThis company is a fraud - read the reviews under [redacted]

However, I received notice yesterday that the credit card company did refund my money based on the documents I sent to it and to... you, despite that this business lied when contacted and said it sent the merchandise to me. (Yet it has not offered a tracking number or shipment confirmation.) As you can see from the attached screen shot, it's January **, and my order still says "pending" on the business's website. I've also attached the letter from the credit card company.You can close my complaint if you wish. I am sorry that your organization has to deal with such a company repeatedly, and I worry for all the people who will now be duped into buying from it now that it has changed its name to "Pet Aim." I truly appreciate your assistance.Sincerely, [redacted]

Think twice before you order! They took our order, and we haven't heard from them since
We ordered one bag of cat food from *** because the food has recently been discontinued and the site listed it as "in stock" (a $order) It immediately sent an email with the order info and charged our credit card, which included the $shipping charge (not cheap but we needed the food)
And we waited for an email telling us that it was processed and shipped
And we waited
And waited
After days, we checked online to see if this site has complaints - and boy does it We contacted our credit card company to stop payment, citing we've heard nothing from them and haven't been able to contact them It's a hassle to go through disputing a charge, but we should be able to get the charge taken off
It's been weeks now, and from what we've been told by the credit card company, this store hasn't even answered them concerning the dispute, but it has days from the order date to dispute it
The good Bizrate reviews may be due to Bizrate getting the customer to rate the site just AFTER the order is placed by using a $give-away tactic, which means the customer has rated it BEFORE problems arise

The business sent me an email that showed that the order finally was in transit.  I did receive what I ordered, but I did not get a refund for my money nor an apology.  I never got the opportunity to speak to a live person when I called and left two voice mails.
