Review: I ordered an extension tube for an aquarium filter from them on 2/**/15. Paid 7.34 for product and 7.87 for shipping. Total of 15.21. Their site listed it as in stock. They've taken the money from my account but have not shipped.

I emailed them on 3/*/15 asking why it's taking so long. And requesting a refund if they do not have the product. They have not responded. In my eyes they just stole my money by deceiving me.Desired Settlement: I really would like the item I ordered and if they cannot fulfill my order I'd like my money back

Think twice before you order! They took our order, and we haven't heard from them since.

We ordered one bag of cat food from [redacted] because the food has recently been discontinued and the site listed it as "in stock" (a $56 order). It immediately sent an email with the order info and charged our credit card, which included the $25 shipping charge (not cheap but we needed the food).

And we waited for an email telling us that it was processed and shipped.

And we waited.

And waited....

After 10 days, we checked online to see if this site has complaints - and boy does it. We contacted our credit card company to stop payment, citing we've heard nothing from them and haven't been able to contact them. It's a hassle to go through disputing a charge, but we should be able to get the charge taken off.

It's been 3 weeks now, and from what we've been told by the credit card company, this store hasn't even answered them concerning the dispute, but it has 45 days from the order date to dispute it.

The good Bizrate reviews may be due to Bizrate getting the customer to rate the site just AFTER the order is placed by using a $100 give-away tactic, which means the customer has rated it BEFORE problems arise.

Review: I purchased cat de-worming medication online from this establishment on 11/**/15. I paid $17.65 including shipping. I never received the product. I have emailed the company's customer service link three times asking for order status and finally a refund with no response. I have called both their toll free phone number and local phone number. I choose the appropriate order status and customer service options and as soon as the line rings to go to a customer service agent, I am disconnected every single time.Desired Settlement: Full refund in the amount of $17.65 and order cancelled.

Review: I ordered cat food from Online pet depot and then tried to cancel it. I called the company and could not talk to a live person. I kept getting taped message. I emailed them 3 times but never got a response. They have already charged my credit card and have not shipped the order,so that is no way of doing business.I filed a complaint against Online pet depot.com because they charged my credit card for a product which I have not received . I tried to contact them numerous times and also sent many emails to no avail. These people are crooks and I'm concerned about my credit card information. I have read about all the other people who have also been taken by them. They owe me 51.27 cents off my credit card and I want any of my personal info off there website.Desired Settlement: I want this payment taken off my credit card

Review: I placed an online order via debit card at the company's website on 12/**/14. The payment was taken out of my bank account the same day. Shipping was part of the cost for 1-2 shipping. It is 12/**/14 and I have not received my product.

I logged onto my account on the website to see my order status as " Pending" on 12/** as I became concerned about my package. I have called everyday since, been sent to a voice mail that is full and it says " an error" has occurred. I also sent an e-mail asking to cancel my order and have not received a response.

The company has taken my money, not responded to my inquiry or provided any reasonable way to speak to somebody to resolve the issue. I am furious and the next step will be to file a police report.Desired Settlement: A refund of the entire amount of $17.54 back into my bank account.

Review: On September **, I ordered merchandise from this vendor. I checked the website each day to see if the order was processed. It was not, but my credit card was charged. On October *, I used the "contact us" form on the website, and never received a response. On October *, I attempted to call the vendor. The number either disconnected me or routed me to a full mailbox. I sent an email to company, which clearly stated I wanted to cancel the order. Since the vendor replied, I know the company received it. Her reply also indicates that she never sent the product. As of today, this vendor refuses to contact my credit card company regarding the dispute over the charges. As you can see from the vendor's website (if the next part of this form allows me to attach documents), my order is still shown as pending.Desired Settlement: I want to vendor to respond to the credit card company ([redacted]) and indicate that I am not liable for this $80.30. The vendor never shipped the merchandise to me.

(Yet it has not offered a tracking number or shipment confirmation.) As you can see from the attached screen shot, it's January **, and my order still says "pending" on the business's website. I've also attached the letter from the credit card company.You can close my complaint if you wish. I am sorry that your organization has to deal with such a company repeatedly, and I worry for all the people who will now be duped into buying from it now that it has changed its name to "Pet Aim." Review: on 4/*/15 I placed an online order in the amount of $64.00 (thats with shipping and handling). On 4/**/15 I called the numbers listed on the website numerous of times getting a recording saying the mailbox was full. So on 4/**/15 at 12:49pm, I also emailed the customer service a 2nd time (I can't remember the date of the 1st email as it was never answered) stating if there was a problem with my order then to refund my money and I would buy the product elsewhere. At 1:13pm on 4/**/15 I received an email response from "Melissa" stating that what I had ordered was on back order for about another week. She told me I should keep my order as the items where hard to find but to let her know what I wanted to do. I responded for her to keep my oder as is. On 5/**/15 I sent another email and got no response. On 5/**/15 I sent another email with no response. On 6/**/15 I called the numbers listed on the website and the lady told me that I had been refunded on 4/*/15. She said she would have someone look into it and get back to me since I had not received a refund on my bank account from [redacted]. As of 7/*/15 I have a screenshot of my account on their page that the status still says "pending". If I was refunded on 4/*/15 then why did "Melissa" not say this in her email on 4/**/15 and why would my account still say "pending"? I have all emails to back this up and I can have copies of my bank statements to show no refund was giving. I just want my $64.00 refunded back and I really don't have the time every single day to spend sending pointless emails that will not get answered or calling a number that sends me to a full mailbox.Desired Settlement: $64.00 refunded back to my debit card that I used when I made the purchase.

Review: I ordered cod skins for my dogs. They charged my [redacted] credit card and I never received them. I ordered 6 bags as Christmas gifts. The total with shipping came to $284.86.Desired Settlement: Full refund.

Review: This company has items on their website that they do not have in stock and are discontinued. I placed my order on May [redacted]. The item was discontinued but they never tried to let me know I wouldn't be receiving my item. I called and left a few messages and never received a call back. I was finally able to get the manager on the phone and she told me the item was discontinued and she tried to get me to by other items that she had in stock. NOT even close to the item that I had ordered. She told me she would refund my money 10 days ago and I still do not have a refund. This pet company is a scam, they are selling items they know are discontinued and keep the money anyways.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: Items shipped were the wrong color and the "order comments" section specifically stated colors not to be shipped.

Additionally, one item was used with scratch marks and bite marks on it.Desired Settlement: Refund to include shipping charges.

Review: I placed an order on March [redacted]. As the days passed, I checked on my order a few times to see when I would be receiving it. The order history says "pending". I called Online Pet Depot several times and left two messages on two different days asking that they return my phone calls. I called again today and tried to speak with a CSR. However, the machine stated the office is closed but listed their business hours Mon-Fri 10AM-4PM. I called at 10:30AM on a Tuesday. I have not heard from anyone from this business and feel as though I am being scammed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and an apology for their horrific service via phone from this business. Review: I ordered an Eshopps Frag cave the total was $31.68. The order was placed 3 weeks ago on September **, 2015. I've tried calling and emailing the company I get no response, and no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full. The order still just says pending. Review: Ordered dog treats totaling $85.23 on June **, 2015. My credit card was charged on June **, but items were not shipped until I called on June **. Sent the wrong items and shorted the order. Was told that my credit card would show a credit within a few days. I sent back the items and requested a full refund. Return was received by the company on July *, but still no refund. I have sent numerous emails and tried called many times, but no one ever answers and a voicemail box does not accept messages. It appears that this company has done this many times and should not be permitted to do business this way.Desired Settlement: I would like the charge of $85.23 credited back to my credit card account, since I do not have the items.

Review: I ordered a 1 Gallon Desk Top Aquarium for a Santa Gift . I ordered on **/*/** and didn't open it until xmas eve to set out and found out that the light did not work in the base and most of the inside guts were missing for battery pack. I ordered a 2nd one on **/** thinking I would swap out base since I already had Beta fish in bowl but 2nd one had the same problem. The company's website said no returns accepted unless you call 1st and get return permission. I called on 1/*/15 and 1/**/15 and options you were given did not accept VM so I emailed complaint on 1/** but never received a response. On 1/** I finally reached a person, [redacted], who said she would have a Mgr Call me back - but never heard from them. On 1/** I did reach a VM and left a message but no response. On 1/** I spoke to [redacted] and she said I would receive a call back by 3:30 that day from a Mgr but no response again. I tried to explain to them that I thought their lot of aquariums was defective and they should check their inventory but they were all very defensive and unresponsive. I in good faith paid them 30.10 X 2 for Aquariaums and asked that they give me authorization # and process my return and Credit my [redacted]. As of this day I have heard nothing from this company. I would never purchase anything else from this company and would never recommend them to anyone!!! I don't know how they stay in Business … must be all 1st time buyers!! Review: Upon trying to locate a pet food (Kangaroo and Lentils), I was direct to Online Pet Depot by the representative of the company making the food (California Natural). This food has been unavailable anywhere else, but the website (Online Pet Depot) claims that the 30lbs bag of California Natural Adult Grain Free Kangaroo & Lentil Formula, Dry Dog Food is "IN-Stock." I proceeded to attempt order 2 bags, totaling $141.58 + $30.22 for UPS shipping= Grand total of $171.80. This order #[redacted] was placed on Tuesday 11 June, 2013. I received an email entitled "Order Process" with a link to the order. The following Monday 17 June, 2013 I attempted to contact the company by the phone number listed on the website to see why the order was still listed as "pending." The number listed on the website is [redacted]. I got a recorded message stated that the office was closed/unavailable and to call back during business hours which was suppose to be open M-F 10am-8pm (Eastern time). It was only 6pm Eastern time, when I called. I called back and tried to leave a message. I was redirected to the original voice recording stating the office was closed. There was no way to leave a message. I did the only other thing I could and left them a typed message using the website's "Contact Us" button, with my email address so they could respond back. I asked the company to CANCEL my order, immediately. As of Tuesday 18 June, 2013 my order is still listed as pending and will definitely not be available since the California Natural/Nutura company has announced another recall on Tuesday 18 June, 2013. The website STILL lists all California Natural products as available, including the item I tried to order last week. I have not heard anything back from Online Pet Depot. Website states that no charges will be made until items are shipped & that products that are unavailable will automatically be cancelled. The company should be well aware that the food I ordered is not available after a week of "pending." ++I just checked and Online Pet Depot CHARGED my credit card. Payment was posted June 13, 2013!!++Desired Settlement: I want an email acknowledging that my credit card has been credited, since they charged us and payment was posted June 13,2013. (order #[redacted]). I also want my account cancelled and credit card info removed after I have received a complete refund to my credit card. I will not ever be using this website again. The company has my email address in order to reach me.
