I ordered one item. I was sent a different (inferior) item. Despite multiple attempts, you cannot phone the company. It says the person is on a call, you're transferred to a voicemail box, that is full and produces an error. I tried emailing the company but received no reply. This company is a fraud - read the reviews under [redacted]

you, despite that this business lied when contacted and said it sent the merchandise to me. (Yet it has not offered a tracking number or shipment confirmation.) As you can see from the attached screen shot, it's January **, and my order still says "pending" on the business's website. I've also attached the letter from the credit card company.You can close my complaint if you wish. I am sorry that your organization has to deal with such a company repeatedly, and I worry for all the people who will now be duped into buying from it now that it has changed its name to "Pet Aim." Review: I've already spoken to a representative at the store and told them that my order was short 3 bags of the 12 that I ordered. They stated that the weight on the box shows that all contents were in the box. I dispute this. The order is clearly for 12 10 oz bags which equals 120 oz or 7.5 lbs. the shipping weight on the box is 8 lbs. the shipping materials weigh more than 6 oz which clearly shows that I did not receive the entirety of the advertised product that I ordered. I want a refund or replacement of the advertised product that I ordered. The representative stated to me that

" have spoken to this customer last week regarding this issue. We have double checked this order several times before shipping it out. There were indeed 12 bags in the box when it was shipped to the customer. The shipping weight is accurate on the amount of lbs that were in the box. The box weight alone is .5 lbs and the bags being 10 oz each x 12 bags is 7.5 Lbs For a total of 8 Lbs. If there were not the accurate pieces in the box it would have weighed 1.875 Lbs less!! The customer received the CORRECT AMOUNT that he purchased. The scale does not lie. I asked him nicely to please make sure someone in the house did not remove some of the bags and place them elsewhere. But the customer did get the correct amount. Thank you"

Again, the seller states that the weight of the empty box is 6 oz. I will gladly take a picture of the box with the shipping label and show the height, width, depth and girth and a picture of the box on a scale showing it does not weigh 6 oz. It is common sense that a box used to transport 7.5 pounds of product has to weigh more than 6 oz. A 6 oz box can't possibly support 7.5 pounds. This proves that I was shorted 24 oz of product. I desire that the 3 missing bags be immediately shipped or a refund for both the product and shipping be refunded.Desired Settlement: I desire ONLY what I paid for. Please ship me this missing 3 bags of product and all is well.

My order is still showing pending. I have emailed the company twice and tried calling more than a dozen times. I received no response via the online contact form and when I try to call I can not get through to a live person. It sends me to voice mail telling me to leave a voice mail and then quickly states that the voice mailbox is full and I can not leave a message. I have called throughout the day at several different times and can not reach anyone.

Review: Ordered pet food on November *, 2015, order number [redacted] in the amount of $86.76 using my credit card. Credit card was charged on November [redacted] for the above amount. On November [redacted] I checked my order and it was still in a pending status. Pet food did not ship, emailed Online Pet Depot, no response, attempted to telephone, mailbox full. I have now emailed five times and just as many telephone calls all with no response from Online Pet Depot.

I am requesting a refund to my credit card.

Review: I ordered pet food, received an email confirmation, my card was charged $51 and that is it. No delivery. In doing a little research I see that others have been [redacted]

They are now using a new website [redacted]

Their phone VM redirects you to their website. Scam is ongoing.Desired Settlement: They are frauding people every day! They need to be stopped.

Review: I ordered a dry dog food from this online company on ** February 2015. The next day, I checked the order status and saw that it was still Pending so I called the number listed for their Customer Service, ###-###-####, to find out why. A woman answered and addressed all my concerns including when I can except to receive my order, ** February 2015. On ** February I went online again to check the status of my order and saw that it was still in a Pending state (when, according to the woman with whom I spoke at Customer Service, it should have shipped). I immediately called that same telephone number for Customer Service (I also called their local number, ###-###-####) a total of 12 times that day to no avail: no one ever picked up the telephone. I called four times on the [redacted] and two times on the [redacted]. I sent them an email on the [redacted] requesting the order be cancelled and to date, I have not received any reply. I finally received my order on the [redacted]...and it was wrong. I ordered product #[redacted] but received #[redacted]

Today, ** February 2015, I have called them 21 times (and will continue calling until they close at 4:00pm, EST or someone actually answers the phone, whichever comes first) with the same result: no one answers the phone. I sent another email but do not expect a reply. The final issue I have with this company is that my credit account was charged before the item even shipped.Desired Settlement: I desire a telephone call with an apology and either an exchange for the correct item that I ordered, at NO CHARGE to me, or a complete refund, including the shipping charge.

Review: After many phone calls and emails I have yet to get a response on my order status from 2 weeks ago. My card has been charged and the status is "pending". No tracking info was provided after I placed my order.

Review: On December *, 2013 I ordered a special dog food that is hard to find due to an allergy my dog has. After 10 days with no package I sent an email to the company. I never received a response but on 12/**/13 I finally received my package to discover it was not the correct food. I sent an email and received no response. I called and spoke with a [redacted] who said I could keep the food. I explained my dog couldn't eat it and I could send it back or donate it. She said to donate the food and would send me the correct food. I never received the correct food and after many phone calls I finally asked for a refund instead. I have been told several times I would get a refund and still have not as of today (3/**/14). My order number is [redacted]. The only person I have been able to speak with is [redacted], there doesn't seem to be any kind of [redacted] to speak with.Desired Settlement: I would like the correct food or a refund. At this point I don't believe they can get the food so I would like a refund at the very least.
