The first problem with the company's response is that they say to contact their claims department, but don't say how to do thatI have called X-XXX-XXX-XXXX at all hours of the day and night and on weekdays and weekendsEvery single time I have called it rings once and a recorded message says that no support agents are available to take my callI leave a message and no one has called me backThis is the phone number that is associated with the $charge on my credit card from March 28th
I have filled out the "contact us" form on their website many times and haven't been contacted to answer any of my questions that I have left on that form
I have replied to the original emails I got from the company with the shipping number that never workedThe only response I got (after many emails) is that they had refunded my credit card $I don't understand how refunding me $for a shirt that I paid $for and have not received is a solution
The second problem with their response is that they have refunded my credit card only $This is the shipping charge for a t-shirt THAT NEVER HAS ARRIVEDThey still owe me $or a t-shirt
The only solution that I can be happy with is for them to not steal $from me
I want a specific response from the companyI do not want a generic response saying that they are sorry for the frustrationI want a response that directly tells me what they are going to do to solve this problemThe only two logical solutions are to refund my $or to send me the shirt that I orderedNo other response makes sense
I do not want a response with no details in itThat is how all of their correspondence to me has beenI would email and ask for a new shipping number or ask for when it will arrive or ask if they are out of stockEvery single time they responded (which would take a while and their wouldn't be a response to every email) is that they were sorryBut they wouldn't actually answer the question that I asked in my email
I do not want a response saying to contact them, but with no details on how to do thatI have tried every time zone to call themThey have my contact informationContact me!
I also want some assurance that after they have refunded my credit card that they have destroyed that informationBy now, they have shown that they are a company that can not be trusted
In summary, I ordered a shirt on March 28th and was charged $I got an email with a bogus tracking number for shippingI've been complaining to them ever since via email, the contact us form on their website, and on the phone number I found for them my credit card statementThey will respond only vaguely via emailI have been refunded $4.00, but I paid $for a shirtI want the shirt or a full refund

I sent the information they requested in the original complaint. I would like them to return my $32 to my bank account and no longer wish to have the product delivered. It has been two months and I just want to forget about this matter. The information they requested is again repeated here:
I ordered a Beyond Obsessed Blackhawks tank top from this website on May 1st, 2015 and was told it would ship 5/19/15 at the latest. My package did finally arrive but "magically" was only sent AFTER I contacted the Revdex.com. Their customer service sent me a generic email stating that my package was sent so pretty much case closed.
I am further offended by this response. No apology for having to wait a month for one tshirt, no apology for having the 2 email inquiries I sent to the company being ignored, nothing but an oh well here you go. Completely rude and a great reflecting on the business itself, in my opinion.
The product I received is in great condition and good quality but based on customer service alone I am VERY dissatisfied and will not be buying from this company again and will not recommend them to anyone. Issue not resolved.
