The customer is correct there are exclusions. She was ordering low cost tea pots and it is clearly stated on each item if it does not qualify for free shipping. Bold and in red  Here is the link to view the site it will not copy and past bold and color....

I wish I had read all these reviews before making a purchase from online stores. Just wanted to buy a few gloves has turned into the worst online purchase ever. After a few days of waiting for the order to ship. I looked to see what the hold up was. Well all my items were backorderd. So I emailed their suport. They got back to me and said only one item was back ordered and that it should be in their hands by 10/20/16. It is now the 24th I have emailed them to let me know the status of my gloves. But they have been ignoring me. I would never do any business with them due to their unprofessional customer service and allowing people to make purchases on their site for items that they clearly don't have. Don't do business here.

Outstanding Online Store Company!! For anyone in need of computer being it in wholesales or retails, computer accessories, all kinds of wears for men and women, sport wears inclusive and all kind of shoes…. It is best store to get it all at an affordable price. A trial will surely convince you and you won’t be disappointed.

Review: I went to make an online purchase and decided against it. I was navigating away from their online store when I received a pop up from their store offering me free shipping and 5% off if I used an attached code which I have a photo of. It only mentioned the following restrictions; no commercial flagpoles or custom orders. I stopped went to anothe company I had placed an order with already compared what the price difference would be which as approx. $53.00 and sent them an email canceling my order with them when they reopened on July 11, 2016. I then attempted to make my purchase at the online store and it wanted me to select a PAID shipping method which the cheapest was. approx. $33.00! I chatted 2 different customer service reps and they both said that their shipping policies stated certain in ground poles were exempt from the free shipping. I claimed that 1 the pop up stat d on 2 exceptions and 2 went I went to leave at the beginning of this ordeal their website sent me a pop up offer which enticed me to come back to make a purchase that I wanted but they apparently were not ready to complete and that this was some type of an an attempt to get me to with pay for shipping or upgrade maybe to a pole that might have free shipping. No matter what the terms of the pop up state 5% off which I got and free shipping over $75.00 which the pole was $85.47 before the 5% discount.Desired Settlement: I want the selected pole at $85.47 minus 5% as advertised and free shipping as advertised by the pop up and for them to be more direct and clear in their pop ups and website offers to avoid confusion for auto ears in the future.

Review: I ordered a pair of prescription Safety Glasses from Online Stores/Discount Safety Gear that consisted of a frame and lense insert assembly. When I received them I assebled them per the enclosed instruction. The lenses could not be securely attached to the frame. There was no positive securement. As I am required to wear prescription safety glasses at my job, these are essential for my personal protection. I am not willing to risk my eye sight using subpar personal protection equipment. When I contacted the customer service department they said that because they are prescription lenses that they cannot be returned. I explained that the product does not perform as advertised and poses a personal risk if I use them. They replied that they were sorry that "I did not like them" and could not refund my purchase. I replied that it is not an issue of not liking them, it is the fact that they do not assemble properly and do not offer the protection as described. They replied that I could ship them back and their "doctor" would try and repair them. I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund. They replied that I could get a refund for the frame but not the lenses. This is a ridiculousresolution as one is no good without the other. Terrible product, especially as it is being sold as eye protection.Desired Settlement: Take back the product and give me a full refund.

We have been in contact with this customer and offered to pay for him to return the item back to us so we can have the doctor look at the item. He advised it is not the prescription but the glasses and the insert. We offered to refund the customer for the frames being the customer states there is nothing wrong with prescriptions. We have refunded the customer already for the frames and inserts in the amount of the $45.17 just not the script. Also noted on the site it does state clearly. Please note: Some customers require special options for proper comfort and vision correction, such as pupil distance (PD) and the segment height (segheight) of the bifocal/trifocal lenses. The most common values of 65mm pupil distance and 15mm segment height are used if they are otherwise unspecified. Prescription lenses are non-refundable and non-returnable. No checks or purchase orders, please; credit cards only. I have attached the customer email showing that it is not the prescription and he just does not like the item. I received my order for safety glasses and am extremely disappointed in the quality of the "assembly" and insert securement; it lacks a positive hold and shifts about. Once properly assembled, the eyewear itself becomes heavy and awkward to wear. As these are being sold as a personal protection equipment I expected more and quite honestly do not feel they offer the safety benefit of safety glasses. Compared to others I have purchased these are not up to par. I would like to return this order for a full refund. Please provide me with a return authorization and I will ship them back ASAP.

Placed an order on 6-11-16. Was told would ship in two days. Received an email stating order was on backorder. Called store, told only one item was on backorder. And that rest would ship. With no response for 10 days but an email received that order had been processed. I called and was informed order was cancelled. BUY ELSWHERE.

Ordered my package on June 14th, arrived on time, but with multiple key missing pieces. Contacted customer services the next business day after opening the package. They said they would contact me again about what was going to happen because they were closing for the day. I was never contacted. UPS came to my door looking for the package, still was never contacted, then got an email a week later saying my product is now out of stock and I have to wait 10 days. I am currently trying to just get my order cancelled. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY...I ordered teas and scone mixes, all of which were stated as in stock. Five days later I received an email stating that all of my items were out of stock; not giving an estimated date of delivery. Eight days after my order was placed, I called the company and was told that only one item was out of stock. She was very reluctant to send the rest of the order until I demanded it. (Could it be because I qualified for the free shipping???) All items were still listed as in stock on there website, from the day I ordered them up to this point. After three weeks of not receiving two items, I was told they were delivered. UPS gave them to USPS, who apparently, left on somebody else's doorstep on a Saturday. I was online "chatting" with CUSTOMER DISSERVICE for over an hour trying to get my final two items, when I was told to call back later because her "supervisor" needed to see what went wrong. I then explained to Customer Service that I don't know when their customer service became my problem, but I wanted my one pack of tea and one pack of bisquits sent and that they could take it up with UPS and USPS. I felt as though they thought I was trying to get a free $7 pack of tea and $3 pack of bisquits. I have far too much going on than to call tea companies trying to get $10 worth of free items. Only after I told them I took a Snapshot of this conversation, as well as keep all other correspondence,and was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, did they ship my items to me. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND SUGGEST THAT UNLESS ANYBODY HAS A LOT OF FREE TIME ON THEIR HANDS TO FIGHT TO GET WHAT THEY PAY FOR, STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! BAD, BAD BUSINESS!

This business is neither customer friendly nor dependable in its promise. I placed an order for Mother's Day with delivery promised a few days early using economy shipping.I place my order 8 days in advance. The company states they fill orders within 24 hours. In point of fact, the company did not even fill my order until 6 days after I placed it and as such the expected deliver date is 3 - 10 days after it was promised! Their customer service people are rude and defensive and instead of trying to be helpful their answer is to refuse the shipment and then ask for a refund. Now, there is a great solution for a Mother's Day Gift that will not deliver on time as promised! I will never shop with these folks again and will absolutely steer my friends and associates way from them as well.

I ordered $75.24 worth of merchandise. They sent me a partial order and stated that the rest of order is on back order and would not be charged; however, I was charged and did not receive the items that were on back order. On the partial order I received I was shorted an item that cost 6.29 but given an extra item that cost .69 cents. They still owe me $21.01 + $6.29 worth of merchandise. Again, I was charged for the back order but did not receive merchandise. I will have to dispute this amount through my credit card. I have contacted them via email but they only send me automatic replies. I will not do business with them ever again. Their business practice is very untrustworthy.

Review: On Oct. 27, 2014, I ordered a 36-inch American Flag windsock online from Onlinestores.com. Order #[redacted] fulfilled by [redacted], described as a division of Online Stores. Received flag 11/01/2014. Requested authorization to return item on same date, and received return label on 11/03/2014. Item shipped back via USPS on 11/03/2014 and received by Online Stores 11/14/2014. Issue involves refund amount. Was charged $27.27 on Am Ex account($23.95 for flag and $3.32 S/H). Refund amount of $17.00 issued 11/19/2014 by [redacted] representing a refund deficit of $10.27. Refund criteria require item to be returned in orginal, unused condition, or $6.95 fee, "as applicable", may be assessed. Flag was not used. Saran-type plastic cover was removed, however, to view the item (it is sent in compressed fashion with Ziploc-like plastic wrap stitched across the top, making it impossible to view product without taking it out of the plastic cover). Item was shipped back with original plastic cover. Not refunding S/H charges is common. Failure to credit the full item cost for an undamaged, unused product is not.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $6.95 fee. Also believe the Online Stores return policy criteria should be expanded to explain precisely what "as applicable" means. As currently cited, the explanation of a possible fee assessment appears arbitray and is certainly unclear to the consumer. Had I known that I would be charged $6.95 for merely opening a Ziploc-type plastic cover to view a product that is unviewable without taking it off, I would never have order the product from this company.

If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed a fee of $6.95 which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any shipping charges. This policy applies for domestic orders only.We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships, EXCEPT Super Tough Brand and Valley Forge Koralex II American flags.If you would like assistance in returning an item, please contact our customer service department at ###-###-#### or email us at [email protected]. Review: This complaint is two-fold. I will first address the main issue of my refund. I placed an order on 6/24 for a total of 6 items. I was charged to full amount immediately to include $17.00 for shipping. On 6/25 I received an email stating that all of my items were on back order until 12/9/15 but that my credit card would not be charged until the items were shipped. On that same day I contacted them by phone to cancel my order and have my money refunded to me in full. I was informed that some of the items (3 of 6) had come in that day and if I still wanted to cancel my order or do a partial refund/cancellation. I then told her that I would take a partial refund and to ship out what they had and cancel the back ordered items. Later that evening I received confirmation that money was refunded to my credit card via [redacted]. Today I decided to see if there was a difference in the shipping charged for the partial items so I went on the same website and did a new order for just the shipped items and it went from $17.00 to $5.84, but I was not refunded any of the difference!

Secondly, this business has some very deceptive advertising practices. I have read all the previously filed complaints and mine is very similar. I received an email from this company with a coupon code for 10% off "Patriotic Decor" and shows American flags as an example, but when I tried adding the coupon code it said it was "Invalid." I called the customer service number and asked why it wasn't working as the offer didn't expire until 6/30/15. I was told that it only applied to certain items and that I had to click on a hidden link in the email (I have link access disabled in my email client for safety) to take advantage of the "10%" sale. No where in the email does it say this! This store borders on fraud with some of the issues I have read about and am now experiencing. It seems they have good spokespersons who seem to weasel the company out of any hot water and maintain the A+ rating!Desired Settlement: I want the refund of the shipping charges that I am due because of the modified order!

Review: Ordered 4 White Nylon Flag Clips on June 21, 2014. Received email from Online Stores on June 23, 2014 stating item had shipped. As of this writing, I have not received this item. Call customer service and spoke with [redacted] today, July 1, 2014 at 11:45 am EST. I stated I have not received my product and that I want a full refund. She stated 'NO' she could not do that because the item had shipped. She went on to say item takes 3 - 10 days to ship. I stated again, I want a refund. She states that my product would arrive on July 9, 2014. That is more then 10 business days I stated, even if you took off the 4th of July. [redacted] still stated she would not issue me a refund or cancel my order. I also advised [redacted] I would contact the Revdex.com and it seemed not to be of any interest in her. Again, I want a refund and DO NOT want this product or a pay for a product that I have not received. Simple as that !!! It must also be noted that I did sent an email to customer service and never got a response.Desired Settlement: Just credit back my credit card that I used for this purchase. Simple as that !!!

This order was placed online by the customer on June 21. This is a Saturday. The shipping method that the customer chose was economy shipping. Our website clearly states that economy shipping takes 1-2 business days to process and up to 10 days to deliver. June 24th would be the 2nd processing day. The 10 business days to deliver excluding the 4th would be July 10th. So by my calculations the package is arriving early. I would be glad to refund the customer and Tina never told the customer that he would not get his money back. What she told the customer was that she could not refund something that was in transit. Once the product is returned by the customer he will receive the refund. This was by no means any fault of Online Stores Inc. We only shipped the product the way the customer instructed us to. It is not our policy to give a refund without having the returned merchandise. I have refunded the customer.

Review: Order [redacted] was placed 4/2/15 for two coats at $39.99 each (free shipping over $75). Shipping status as of 4/21 was "no shipment" so I contacted sales rep for understanding. I was told "out of stock" until fall and I decided to not cancel and wait until then. No mention to me they would not fill the order. I again contacted a sales rep (Tina W) on Oct 27 to check on order and was told the products were out of stock. I challenged that response by referencing their website and I can order the same coats without it showing "out of stock". She was willing to sell me them currently at $69.99 and stated how orders over 30 days old were automatically cancelled. This was not mentioned on April 21 contact with company nor did I receive notification of the order cancelled. I don't feel company is meeting their intended contractual obligations per the order I placed, both in products and price.Desired Settlement: Finish the job........ provide the two [redacted] blanket lined chore coats , as ordered, and as priced in their website posting of $39.99 each, and make payment per the credit card I provided. I was also reminded this order would be free shipping when total was greater than $75.

This product is still out of stock. The color that the customer ordered is brown.The site clearly shows that brown cannot be ordered in the 2 sizes that the customer requested only black is showing available to order. As far as the pricing, they change without notice. The current price on our site is $69.99. The customer is making reference to a price from April of 2015. Also at that time the product in the color brown could not be ordered. Our system only can hold back orders for 30 days and are automatically canceled. The customer does receive an email when the back order is canceled so they are aware. What I can do for this customer is offer a 10% discount WHEN the item is back in stock. At this time there is no ETA from the manufacturer so it may not be until sometime in Q1 of 2016.I have also copied the disclaimer information clearly listed on our website. Review: I purchased a beautiful satin commercial grade sectional 25ft flag pole from United States Flag Store (Online Stores Inc.) in May of 2012 and it was installed right around Memorial Day to honor the men and women who died while in military service to our country. A few months after, I came home and was disheartened to find the pole and American flag on the ground. Upon inspection, I discovered the retaining screws that hold a sleeve between the 1st and 2nd sections had come loose causing the sleeve to fall into the base of the pole. With nothing connecting the two sections, the flag pole fell over.I called Online Stores and spoke to a customer service rep who then spoke to someone familiar with the flagpole. After a few back and forth calls, they decided to send me new retaining screws with instructions to use Loctite to keep them in place. So I re-assembled everything with the new screws and Loctite.In November of 2013, I arrived home to find the flag and pole on the ground again. In reviewing security camera footage, I found the 2nd section had dented itself when it landed on a bench installed next to the pole. I tried reassembling, but the dent made it impossible for the 2nd section to slip onto the sleeve. The pole CAN NOT go back together. I spoke to a rep who advised that I send an email with pictures of the damage and details. I received a prompt response that the part I requested (the 2nd section) would be shipped. However a phone message I received two weeks later said that the pole was no longer under warranty and I would have to purchase a new pole. I left a message for the rep and sent another email in the proceeding weeks, but she has yet to follow up to my request to discuss the absurdity of purchasing an entirely new (and possibly flawed) flag pole, and the convenience of allowing me to obtain the section so I can put my American flag proudly back up on my lawn. It is advertised as a commercial grade pole, made in the U.S.A. It should not fall down when the wind blows.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement 2nd section for this flag pole. I am willing to discuss a reasonable cost for either an exchange or replacement part purchase.

I spoke with [redacted] this afternoon. He will be receiving a new pole and we are going to split the cost of the pole. I am setting up a reship and we agreed that once I have all of the information I will get in touch with him in a few days and settle the payment. The customer thought that this was a fair compromise.

Review: I ordered a gift basket for a sick friend on 10/22/15. I paid $25 extra to have the package shipped to his address in 2 days. I called the customer service line today 10/26/15 because the package had not arrived. The customer service representatives told me that for some reason the package was shipped ground and an arrest was made to deliver the package today, 4 days later.Desired Settlement: I would like the buisness to at least refund the extra charge for the 2 day delivery.From a customer service point of view I believe they should fully refund me for the product since this terrible experience, or I will not be using their services ever again.

Review: I ordered a gift from onlinestores.com for my daughter's birthday with a birthday salutation. This company confirmed shipment by email with tracking information. I paid thru paypal. When my daughter said she had received nothing, I checked the tracking and found this company unilaterally cancelled the order without telling me. Then I checked Yelp to find numerous similar complaints from others. This company is untrustworthy with no customer service ethic. Now I will have to get a replacement birthday gift that will not arrive for weeks after my daughter's birthday. Shame on them.Desired Settlement: I want others to know how untrustworthy this company is.

The customer was notified on 9/18 that the item was discontinued by the manufacturer. On 9/18 the transaction was voided. The customer called back on 9/19 and was angry because he could not get the item. The customer was offered a substitution but declined. The customer was not charged an authorization was given for the transaction and the transaction was voided the same day. We were not trying to mislead anyone the item was discontinued and no longer available.
