C I sure there is a reason why these issues was not addressed in the many correspondents sent to my email address, the facts are, I received the brake pads that did not fit my car and I received them not in the manufactures box, in which I usually keep the boxes in case of defectsSir, what I ordered was *** disc brake pad set [redacted] *** * *** *** ***, what I received and returned, disk brake pad set part number [redacted] , the order totaled $Furthermore, for the years I’ve dealt with [redacted] .com I find them to be reputable company and never had a need to follow up on the many many parts I’ve received from them As a DIY I collect the necessary auto parts and at my convenience I do the work where as my vehicle is not down for a lengthy period, awaiting parts or finding the right time to do the workI must say, I waited to long to install the pads, I must now change this tacticI feel it is very unfair to send emails starting in March misleading me in believing that a return courtesy label plus a refund is being processed for my inconvenience for the wrong part being sent out without packaging, now asking me to pay for the mistake made! omplaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

I called the manager from *** asking to take out the part for me which he is willing to do but the problem is I gave your company my old high pressure hose when I got the one that is giving me trouble replaced so I am wondering where that hose is in order for me to give you the defective hose back to inspect because the car cannot be on a lift for a long period of time unless you guys are willing to take out the high pressure hose from my carI had called you not to long ago, Please contact me at your earliest convenience thanks

I am rejecting this response because:I did not state that the product was operable nor did I ever call the customer service departmentI emailed your companyThe item is not operable if it causes my car to stall and go into limp mode, which is the problem I was trying to remedy by purchasing a new, current model fuel pumpApart from the item not being what I ordered, I mentioned that the clip to the wiring harness does not click and simply pulls outThe pump has the same exact problem that I had in my previous failed unit, despite it being a new partIt shorts out during the heat and causes the car to go in limp modeThe problem occurred within one week of me installing the pumpThis is not my first time with this issueThis is my third fuel pumpThe original fuel pump that was pulled out of my car last year is identical to this one, which obviously explains why it has the same fuel cut issues and of course, ** does not sell the outdated model for this reasonThis fuel pump was revised at least four times due to their failure in the heatSimply google *** *** fuel cut issues and everything you need to know about the fuel pump revisions are there for your reading.So noI did not call your companyThe item is not operating correctlyYou sent me an old productThe "correct" item did not arrive in a timely manner and the part is not what you advertised on your websiteIt also caused my vehicle to go into limp modeEven the photo of the item matches what I got from the dealership and not the product that was shippedIf it were the correct item, your company wouldn't have gone the distance to remove the oem sticker and scratch off the part numbers.The fact that you're even questioning if the fuel pump has a defect shows your stance on this issue, which is doing absolutely nothing but twisting the truth

Well since I do need the car to travel and it's my only transportation, I am going to send you the pictures aboveThere are attachment pictures of when the hose was cleaned and then detecting where the leak is coming from when turning the steering wheel both ways which causes the car to smoke when the fluid is touching the mufflerPlease get back to me as soon as possible thanks.

Hello Mr*** Thank you for contacting us regarding this issueThe customer placed an order for automotive exhaust system parts with us and the items were shipped in a timely fashion in the usual mannerWe ship dozens of these systems out on a
weekly basisMost of the exhaust components are shipped to us from overseas in bulk containers with no additional packagingMinor scratches and dings are accepted as part of the process and do not detract from the exhaust systems performance or longevityThe rear muffler that the customer purchased does have an exposed chrome tip and the very slight scratching on the unit was in a location that would not show once installedSee attached photo provided by customer please We offered the customer a return or replacement for the product but he refused those optionsWe would be happy to offer a $credit to resolve the issueThanks for your time and please feel free to contact me if you need further information. *** ***Customer Service Manager

We have a very specific bug in our ordering software where multi-line
*** orders revert to a
lower item cost and then add in "shipping" to
adjust the order total so that the totals match. We're aware of the
issue and are working towards a fix. So in this regards no refund is
due. You paid the agreed upon price at the time of checkout. There was
no deception. If you'd like to return some or all of your items for a
partial or full refund we can help you with an RMA and you per ***'s
and our policy you would only need to pay return shippingRegarding
the difference in pricing. We do not advertise "free shipping" on
***. At ***'s request, we charge zero for shipping, and include that
in the item price *** feels that this is a better user experience for
customers using ***. In support of this they have tailored many of
their seller metrics around providing users with "zero cost" shipping.
They then market the listings as "free shipping" or "shipping included"
however they deem appropriate. On our site you would have paid some
amount of shipping on these items based on the total amount of the
items. Likely 6.99-9.99. We try to make it so that the prices that you
pay on ***, again at ***'s request are similar to the total price a
customer would pay on our site. Due to differences in how the two
systems work it's not possible to make pricing exact nor do we really
feel that it's 100% necessary. It is not "FREE" for us to sell items on
*** and as such we can give customers better deals when they buy
directly from our site. Again we're also not allowed to inform you of
this when you're using ***, per *** policy, with good reason on their
end. If we were running *** we certainly wouldn't allow that eitherIn
conclusion. We understand your concern but shipping is never free.
It's certainly not free from *** ** *** to us and in general, it's
always a marketing tool and the actual cost for shipping is always

This is getting ridiculous! When the transmission was out of my car, my mechanic and made the best and most timely decision to use the parts in the clutch kit that fitWhile ordering the correct pressure plateThe transmission for this vehicle is very specific and the correct rebuilt transmission was used in the jobDean from Eeuroparts.comis coming up with a new excuse every emailI'm tired of this BS! received.*** On august 23rd the customer called in and was extremely upset that the item required further programming and berated a customer service supervisor to the point of escalating the call to my direct extensionI called the customer back twice in the next twenty four hours and the line connected but nobody on the other end would speakThe customer proceeded to contact his credit card carrier and file a charge back on the transactionWe fought the charge-back on the grounds that the item was specific to his car and coded for his car from *** and could not be returned as it is a special order itemAgain all of this is clearly listed on the websiteHis bank sided with us after viewing our listing and we were paid for the product that was delivered.
